The user may then request the crossing between two parties. An announcement window may be kept open through a chaining of announcements. An interloper with a same price but better time than a party to the cross may be kept out of interloping in the cross. A ticker symbol system may list a clearinghouse to be used to execute a requested cross.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for managing blockchain-based trustable transaction services. One of the methods includes: storing order data of an order between a buyer and a seller on a blockchain of a blockchain network, the order data including one or more payment conditions and data of a trustable undertaking (TU) service for the order, verifying that the buyer has the TU service for the order guaranteed by the buyer financial institution, generating a smart contract for the order based on the order data on the blockchain, and executing the smart contract to automatically instruct the buyer financial institution to make a payment of the order for the buyer to the seller according to the TU service for the order in response to determining that a payment condition for the payment specified in the smart contract is met.

Abstract: A service engine determines whether there is a potential lack of transaction tax compliance in a plurality of jurisdictions for a plurality of entities. The service engine generates and/or transmits tax compliance data which may include information about potential lack of tax compliance of an entity in various jurisdictions based on rules about establishing nexus for purposes of remitting transaction tax in the jurisdictions. The tax compliance data may include a notification about the generation of the information, such as a notification to the entity that there exists a potential lack of tax compliance of that entity in specific jurisdictions. The service engine may update the tax compliance data dynamically and send corresponding notifications, automatically in real time or near real time for the applicable entity as sales of the entity change and/or rules for establishing nexus change for various jurisdictions.

Abstract: A mempool of a miner of a blockchain system is accessed. The mempool contains at least a first transaction and a second transaction. A determination is made that the first transaction and the second transaction are related to each other. In response to the determination, the first transaction and the second transaction are linked. The linking of the first and second transactions comprises aggregating data associated with the first transaction and the second transaction into an aggregated data set. The aggregated data set is written into a single block of the blockchain system.

Abstract: One or more Bluetooth® low energy (BLE) beacons in communication with a remote server that provides check in capabilities and payment capabilities may be installed at a location. The BLE beacons may connect with a user's mobile device when the user enters the location and allow the user to check in to the location and authorize payments to be made at the location. Once the user is checked in to the location, the user may be provided with additional functionality, benefits, offers, and applications related to the location and facilitated by the check in. Further, the user may be pre-checked in into a next location when the user is at a current location.

Abstract: Document creation systems and methods are provided for a potential risk relationship between an enterprise and an entity. A back-end application computer server may include a data collection engine to exchange information with a remote entity device associated with the entity. A bundle creation engine may receive the information about the entity and automatically and dynamically create a potential bundle of optional risk relationship components (each associated with an electronic file representing an optional risk relationship component document). A presentation engine may present information about the potential bundle and receive an indication of a selected subset of the potential bundle of optional risk relationship components. A final document construction engine may automatically construct, based on the selected subset and associated electronic files representing component documents, an electronic file representing a risk relationship package document to be transmitted to the remote entity device.

Abstract: A customer uses a mobile device to verbally request an offer that includes an incentive to transact at a merchant's brick and mortar store in the customer's local community in exchange for the merchant's agreement to make an auditable donation to a charity serving the local community. Business rules limit the merchant's charitable donations over calendar periods, which donations can be made directly by the merchant to the community charity, or indirectly to the charity by way of a blind donation made by the merchant to a donation disbursement agency acting on the merchant's behalf to satisfy the merchant's commitment to donate.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for processing global CBDC transactions in a blockchain supported network, where domestic and foreign banking institutions may provide mutual hosting of a consortium blockchain to allow more seamless and direct CBDC supported transactions, and CBDC exchanges in real-time or near-real time.

Abstract: A method of preventing healthcare fraud-waste-abuse uses artificial intelligence machines to limit financial losses. Healthcare payment request claims are analyzed by predictive models and their behavioral details are compared to running profiles unique to each healthcare provider submitting the claims. A decision results that the instant healthcare payment request claim is or is not fraudulent-wasteful-abusive. If it is, a second analysis of a group behavioral in which the healthcare provider is clustered using unsupervised learning algorithms and compared to a running profile unique to each group of healthcare providers submitting the claims. An overriding decision results if the instant healthcare payment request claim is or is not fraudulent-wasteful-abusive according to group behavior.

Abstract: The invention provides a method and system for a financial institution for capturing the business of a financial services customer. The system may include a data access system for obtaining and storing data; and an analysis system for processing the data. The analysis system (1) selects a study group of customers from the data; (2) observes the study group so as to produce a profile of each study group customer's financial information; (3) produces a mathematical representation of an interrelationship between study group customers' profiles and the data; (4) applies the mathematical representation to customers not within the study group in order to estimate those customers' profiles; (5) identifies a portion of the customer's monetary flow eligible to be conducted through the financial institution, the identification based in part on the customer's profile; and (6) does not require direct input from the customer.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for payment based on wireless communication and biological features. One of the methods includes determining at least one wireless communications device is within a wireless communication range of a payment collection system. Data specifying at least one account associated with the at least one wireless communications device and data specifying a biometric feature associated with the at least one account is obtained from a payment platform. The payment collection system collects a target biometric feature of a target user. In response to determining that the target biometric feature matches the biometric feature associated with the at least one account, a target account of the target user is determined based on the at least one account, and a deduction operation is performed on the target account.

Abstract: Image-based processing of sources of financial information for financial transactions is provided. A device is enabled to acquire one or more images including a representation of a source of financial information. The device can validate the source, independent of the financial information in a preliminary analysis. If the source is validated, one or more images are used to acquire the financial information. The financial information is then validated. If the financial information is valid, authorization of the financial transaction can be initiated.

Abstract: A driving accident simulation, having a head-wearable user interface (e.g., a head-worn virtual-reality display), may be used to inform a driver of the driver's potential liability under different insurance options. The simulation may determine damages caused by the simulated accident, and identify multiple insurance options and the resulting user liability under each option. The simulation may also be used to assess an insurance adjuster's ability to estimate damages from an accident, by receiving the adjuster's estimate and comparing it to the simulation's own estimate of damages. In some embodiments, the simulation may present a driver with a simulated view from a point of view of another party to the simulated accident.

Abstract: An automated method of predictive model development first cleans up raw supervised and unsupervised training data with a step that uses an algorithm to make every field of every record consistent, cohesive, and productive. Then the resulting flat data is given texture in a next step by a data enrichment algorithm that culls fields that do not contribute to predictive model building and that adds new fields computed from data combinations that are tested to add value to later steps that build different types of predictive models. Another late step for building smart-agents and their entity profiles uses another algorithm that benefits greatly from the cleaned and highly enriched training data. The predictive models and smart-agents and their entity profiles are then rendered as deliverable predictive model markup language documents in a final step executed by a specialized algorithm.

Abstract: A system for crowdsourcing annotations for transactions includes a crowdsourcing annotation database and a processor. The database stores crowdsourced annotations associated with merchants. The crowdsourced annotations are shared among, and contributed by, users of a community. The processor receives transaction data for a transaction by a user with a merchant. Relevant crowdsourced annotations associated with the merchant are retrieved from the database and sent to the user to enable to the user to annotate the transaction. The user provides an annotation for the transaction. The system dynamically updates the database based on the annotation provided by the user.

Abstract: Methods, computer program products, systems are provided for securely performing electronic transactions over a network. An acoustic wave signal is received. The acoustic wave signal is encoded with at least an identifier of a payer of a transaction and transaction information of the transaction. The identifier of the payer and the transaction information is then obtained from the acoustic wave signal. A bone conduction characteristic of the payer is retrieved based on the identifier of the payer and based on the received bone conduction characteristic of the payer, the payer is verified. Completion of the transaction is allowed based on the transaction information in response to the payer being verified.

The system attempts to match the order within a volatility order book. If there is a match, the system attempts to mitigate the risk of the order by implying an order into the futures market. If there is not a match, the system implies an order into a premium quoted option order book. The exchange automatically maintains the order based on changes in the underlying futures market and a stored quoting model.

Abstract: A system, method and apparatus for cross jurisdictional internet enforcement are provided. An intermediation server receives data indicative of on-line communications between at least one communication device and at least one on-line sales presence, determines that the data indicative of the on-line communications is associated with legal data associated with the on-line sales presence and when the legal data meets a given criteria, triggers remedial legal action.
