The coating composition is a mortar/aggregate mixture blended with fiber reinforcements and containing a quantity of selected migratory corrosion inhibitors. These inhibitors are a mixture of sodium gluconate together with an auxiliary inhibitor consisting of sodium sebacate, potassium sebacate or ammonium benzoate.
