  • Patent number: 11956633
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to computing hardware and software for uniform security access. A computing platform may receive, from a 5G device, a request to access a collaborative experience service. The computing platform may identify whether the 5G device is authenticated. Based on identifying that the 5G device is authenticated, the computing platform may grant the 5G device access to an API that may be used to access the collaborative experience service. The computing platform may identify that attributes of the 5G device comply with a stored security policy, and grant access to the collaborative experience service in response. The computing platform may receive user interaction information from the 5G device, and may input the user interaction information into an anomaly detection model. Based on identifying that the interactions do not comprise an anomaly for the user, the computing platform may maintain the access to the collaborative experience service.

  • Publication number: 20140269434
Abstract: In response to a network topology change, a clock root node calculates a new clock path for each affected node by building a clock source topology tree, and identifying from that tree a path to the network node from a clock source of higher or equal stratum relative to that network node. The root node then sends a network message to each node indicating the new path that the node should use. Each node receives the message and compares the new path with the existing path. If the paths are different then the node acquires the new path just received in the message. If the paths are the same then the node does nothing and discards the message.

  • Patent number: 8125205
Abstract: A power converter includes a power train with a coupled inductor and a plurality of regulators, and method of forming and operating the same. In one embodiment, the power train includes a coupled inductor including a magnetic core with a common leg, a first leg and a second leg. The coupled inductor also includes a common winding formed around the common leg, and first and second windings. The first winding is formed around the first leg, and is electrically and magnetically coupled to the common winding. The second winding is formed around the second leg, and is electrically and magnetically coupled to the common winding. The power train also includes a first regulator including a first main switch coupled to the first winding and a second regulator including a second main switch coupled to the second winding.

  • Publication number: 20070295494
Abstract: The present invention relates to a flat type heat transferring device, and manufacturing method of the same, which is comprises of a capillary wick that is provided inside a case and formed by weaving a wire in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction so as to absorb a liquid coolant, and a linear member that is formed to have a different wire diameter from the wire of the capillary wick and woven in the capillary wick to form a space where a vapor coolant flows. Accordingly, the mechanically stabilized support rigidity can be secured and an ultra thin configuration can be implemented with a light-weight, in particular, the problem of degrading the capillary force is resolved, and it has the effect that the cooling efficiency can be improved with smooth flowing of a coolant.

  • Publication number: 20060093912
Abstract: The disclosed invention relates to additives for use in, such as, battery pastes and in polymers. The additive is the reaction product of sulphuric acid, water and leady oxide. The additive may be used in a mixture of sulphuric acid, water and leady oxide to produce a modified battery paste that, when pasted onto battery plates, yields plates of improved performance. The additive also may be used as a stabilizer for chlorine containing polymers such as polyvinyl chloride.

  • Patent number: 6877206
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing a metal strip from a cast by rolling in which method the technique of a profiled rolling in combination with a strip rolling is used. The material for the metal strip is first cast by using a casting technique to produce a cast profile having the center part thicker than the lateral parts and the cast profile is in an essentially continuous manner conducted into a rolling mill where during the at least two-staged profiled rolling the cast profile is divided into two symmetrical segments and maintained as two equal segments. These segments are spread into the lateral regions of the material to be rolled into a flattened profile which is as an object for at least one-staged strip rolling so that the spread ratios between the center part dimension of the cast profile and the width of the strip of greater than 2.8:1 are achieved.

  • Patent number: 6813921
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for rolling a metal profile into a metal strip in which method the technique of a profiled rolling in combination with a strip rolling is used, comprising that during the at least two-staged profiled rolling the metal rod is divided into two symmetrical segments. These segments are spread into the lateral regions of the material to be rolled into a flattened profile which is as an object for at least one-staged strip rolling so that the spread ratios between the diameter of the rod and the width of the strip of greater than 2,8:1 are achieved.

  • Patent number: 4297570
Abstract: A stripe for magnetically receiving encoded information; the stripe is bonded and adhered to any type of document having a paper substrate onto which the magnetic stripe is deposited, usually in the form of a narrow rectilinear strip, which is raised above the original surface of the paper substrate by embossing the latter during deposition of the magnetic stripe. Basically the invention entails the provision of a flexible sheet for use in forming a magnetic recording medium in the form of a magnetic stripe on a paper substrate, e.g. a document such as a bank passbook. The sheet includes a first layer of magnetic-particle-free thermoplastic material, which is bonded to the paper substrate by application of high temperature and pressure to a local narrow rectilinear area thereof. Above the first layer and permanently bonded thereto is a middle layer of magnetizable material consisting of a plurality of discrete magnetizable particles dispersed in a matrix.
