Can be inserted into a storage cassette (28) and comprises a recess (3) and retaining means (7, 15, 16) for retaining the information disc (4) in the recess (3). The tray (1), which constitutes an easy-to-remove and easy-to-introduce insert for the storage cassette, is constructed as a drawer-type insert for a playing apparatus. The retaining means (7, 15, 16), which include one resilient retaining means (7), are arranged opposite one another on the edge of the recess (3).

Abstract: A means for supporting the frame of a recording/reproducing apparatus on a positioning surface includes a plurality of supports of an elastic material. Each support is constructed as an elastic socket, an outer portion adjoining the bottom of the socket. At the bottom of the socket a base portion is formed as a locally thickened portion. By means of the base portion the socket can be placed on the positioning surface. The frame carries a projection whose free end bears against the center of an end wall of the base portion situated inside the socket.

Abstract: A storage case and holder combination has an ejection spring which urges an inserted holder outward. The holder is retained by a resilient latching arm having a pin which engages in a latching groove that deflects the pin in two orthogonal directions during insertion and latching. To keep the pin from resiliently moving out of the groove in response to a pull on the holder, a stop on the storage case prevents movement of the pin in the undesired direction while the holder is in the latched position. The latching arm and ejection spring are formed as a unitary molding with a cover portion which attaches to, and preferably forms part of, the rear wall of the case when shaped into position.

Abstract: In a magnetic-tape cassette apparatus with an electrical power supply (43, 62), a power switch (5, 40, 61) for switching the power supply on and off, a capstan (24) for tape transport, and a speed switching element (20, 54, 67) which can be switched between a first and a second position, for switching the capstan drive to a first and a second speed respectively, switching means (12, 14; 42, 45; 64) are arranged between the power switch and the switching element. The switching means are such that at least during normal operation, each time that the power switch is switched off and is subsequently switched on, the switching element is set to the first position in response to the actuation of the power switch.

Abstract: A tape recording and/or playback apparatus having a cassette support positioned vertically by the magnetic head holder. The support is movable with the magnetic head unit in two transverse directions, one in which the heads are inserted in or retracted from the operative position, and the other in which the holder may be latched or unlatched so as to permit the support and magnetic head unit to move into the operating position.
