  • Patent number: 4479418
Abstract: A device is described for attaching a silencer to a portable firearm, such as a pistol, which is characterized by a combination of elements such as a silencer-supporting body which has an axial aperture for receiving the barrel of the firearm, and a pair of arms one on each side of the barrel extending parallel to the body of the firearm toward the trigger guard thereof. There are two spines in the device one parallel to the axial opening of the body of the silencer and the other transversely located thereto and serving as a blocking mechanism. The second spine serves the purpose of preventing the automatic operation of the firearm and is so constructed so as to prevent its complete detachment from the device itself. An arresting spring engages alternatively a pair of throats provided on a terminal head of one of the arms so as to block the spine in one of two corresponding positions. The silencer may be provided with its aiming mechanism which can be used in place of the existing one on the firearm.

  • Patent number: 4467546
Abstract: A choke for a shotgun barrel comprises a sleeve body having an outer cylindrical surface and an inner surface with a conical rear section and a cylindrical front section. The conical section rearwardly widens from a mouth thereof and the sleeve body is positioned rigidly within a seat provided longitudinally in the gun barrel. The gun barrel has an inner diameter equal to the outer diameter of the sleeve body and an inclined plane surface defining a seat for receiving a bevelled extremity of the sleeve body. The inclined surface and bevelled extremity both form acute angles with the longitudinal axis of the barrel. An annular threaded projection on the outer surface of the sleeve body is threaded onto an externally threaded ferrul provided on the gun barrel.

  • Patent number: 4437250
Abstract: A revolver of the type which has an opening for the lateral displacement of the drum to be loaded, which revolver is characterized in that the handle and the step thereof are secured to each other by a mortise-like coupling which simplifies the separation of the two members. The weapon has a more practical positioning of the component parts of the firing mechanism so as to facilitate the access and maintenance of the mechanism.

  • Patent number: 4388773
Abstract: A lever-type closing device is provided which permits the assembling and, subsequently, disassembling of a barrel by means of a simple axial or linear displacement of itself. The closing device of this invention also includes means for backwardly displacing the carriage of the weapon and with it the firing pin during the assembling and disassembling of the barrel, means for preventing the closing of the device when the barrel is disassembled so as to leave the weapon in a condition for rapidly accepting a fresh barrel, means for preventing the aiming of the weapon when the closing device is open or when the barrel is not assembled correctly and means for preventing the utilization of the weapon should the barrel be blocked in juxtaposition with the rest of the weapon components.

  • Patent number: 4359834
Abstract: A support weapon is provided having two feet that are independent of each other and which are comprised of foldable rods that are capable of angular displacement and which are also capable of being set up and secured in various angular positions so as to vary at will, the height of the support. Furthermore the foldable rods are foldable on themselves and also rotatable and movable in a parallel fashion to the sides of the frame of the weapon.

  • Patent number: 4306487
Abstract: In a pistol of the type having a firing pin formed of two linearly consecutive elements, that are either aligned or non-aligned with each other, a sear for engaging the hammer and an arming trigger bar for arming the trigger there is provided a safety device comprising a safety shaft transversely mounted in the breech block and carrying the rearward portion of the two-part firing pin. The safety shaft is angularly displaceable about its own axis, so as to activate and deactivate the firing pin. Further, the device has an intermediate rocker lever that engages a first cam surface of the safety shaft so as to arrest the sear in an inactive position when the firing pin is deactivated. This intermediate rocker lever is pivoted on the crown of the weapon so as to be positioned between the safety shaft and the sear.

  • Patent number: 4288939
Abstract: A support for an automatic weapon includes a sleeve axially coupled to a tubular part of the weapon and including a pair of diametrically opposed lateral wings as well as two folding rods pivotal on the wings. The rods are angularly displaceable from a parallel position to a perpendicular position.

  • Patent number: 4282795
Abstract: In an automatic pistol safety means block the firing pin in a neutral position and prevent the lever and the arming rod from cooperating with each other and with the hammer. Automatic safety means intercept and block the hammer to prevent its contact with the firing pin. The firing pin can be immobilized in a neutral position with no possibility of being contacted by the hammer thereby preventing accidental firing of the pistol.

  • Patent number: 4271623
Abstract: The present invention comprises a crown for enclosing therein the firing mechanism of a pistol having a stock and a hand guard for protecting the trigger. The pistol is characterized by the fact that to the stock there is removably attached an extension rod which extends in two sections in a direction opposed to that of the barrel. The extension rod has a T-shaped extremity. The hand guard for the trigger has pivoted thereon a lever urged by a small spring-loaded piston to become blocked either in a first active position that is downwardly inclined with respect to the crown of the pistol, or in a second inactive or rest position through the displacement of the lever toward and near the crown itself.

  • Patent number: 4265044
Abstract: The pivotally mounted hammers of a double-barrel shotgun are each provided with a pair of trip teeth that are engaged alternately by a forwardly directed projection on each of a pair of pivotally mounted trip levers for arming and releasing the hammers. A pair of trip springs are utilized for displacing the hammers. Guide rods associated with the trip springs and the hammers allow slight angular displacement of said hammers in their disengaged position.

  • Patent number: 4236337
Abstract: A pistol is disclosed that may be used by either right or left handed individuals. A spring biased U-shaped latch is located in the pistol handle and may be reversed in position without any special skills or tools. In either position the latch temporarily blocks the removal of the magazine. A force exerted on the latch in opposition to the biasing force permits removal and reversal of the latch.
