Abstract: A protective sports glove having decorative accents coupled to the outer visible surface of back portions of the gloves. These accents are applied directly to the outer material layer of the protective sports gloves on one or more of the finger portions, the protective back, the wrist guard, the subcuff and/or the cuff portion. The decorative accents allow the visible outer portion of the back portion of the glove to include intricate features such as logos, numbers, shapes, or other contrasting features that customize the gloves in an infinite number of potential variations. The accents are durable and also add abrasion resistance to the gloves during usage, therein increasing their usable lives. The decorative accents could also be introduced to any other area of the glove, such as the palm, to improve durability, grip or abrasion resistance.

The collar-protecting flap is folded over and behind the wearer's front shirt collar to secure the bib on the wearer.

Abstract: A sauna garment for stimulating sweat excretion includes a body, a heating device, a tube and a sweat collecting device. The body is mounted with far infrared micro particles and has an inlet. The heating device is mounted on the body and has a heating member. The heating device is connected into the body with the tube. When someone activates the sauna garment, the heating device heats and blows air into the sauna garment. The micro particles in the body are also heated and radiate far infrared rays. The far infrared rays stimulate a human body to secrete sweat. The sauna garment is made of flexible material so is highly portable.

Abstract: The Jacket Portal is made from a injection molding process. It is made from ABS plastic. The Jacket Portal is assembled with 6 black oxide screws. The Jacket Portal has a rubber adhesive backed gasket which goes on the outside of the garment between the ABS pieces. The Jacket Portal is used to allow a hunter, Steele worker, rock climber, Power company worker, construction worker, aircraft crew any person who would wear a safety harness to be able to wear a safety harness under a outer garment and thus pull the safety strap thru the outer garment. The Jacket Portal allows someone to put a water proof hole through any type of clothing that would be worn over a safety harness to allow the safely strap of that harness to be pulled thru the clothing comfortably out of the way. It allows someone to more safely wear their safety harness without the buckles and other straps hanging or catching on foreign objects.

The garment also includes a pair of support straps connected between the rear panel and a pair of front panels operably connected to the rear panel. The straps, either by their construction or through an adjustment in the length of the straps, enables the weight of items positioned on the front panels can be shifted onto the hips of the individual and off of the shoulders, while the support belt is engaged around the waist of the individual, to increase the freedom of motion of the shoulders and to reduce fatigue.

Abstract: A closed face motorcycle helmet includes a shell with an eyeport and a shield attached for hinged motion between a closed position covering and sealing the eyeport and an open position displaced above the eyeport. A hinge plate is attached to the shell on each side and includes a socket into which a hub of the shield is rotatably disposed for hinged movement of the shield. A lever assembly having a downwardly extending lever and a hub with two dowels is attached to the bottom of the hinge plate. The lever assembly is manually movable between a central home position, a forwardly rotated shield cracking position, and a rearvardly rotated shield restraining position. A motion plate is attached to a lower edge of the shield and covers the hub and dowels of the lever assembly when the shield is closed. Surfaces on the inside of the motion plate interact with the dowels of the lever assembly to provide multiple precision shield control functions.

Abstract: A protective athletic garment for use in contact sports is formed by first forming a layer of foam. All or a portion of the foam is then compression molded to a desired shape. A layer of a durable coating is then applied to the compression foam to a desired thickness. The compression foam is then optionally coupled to a backing structure. A material overlay may then be coupled around the edges of the coated foam and optional backing structure to form a finished durable edge. Additional protective padding may then be coupled to the material overlay of the durable edge to provide additional protection.

Abstract: An improvement to standard toilet bowls implemented during manufacturing at almost no additional cost, whereby malodor can be vented directly from the toilet bowl into the drainage system. A dedicated auxiliary duct is incorporated in the toilet bowl connecting a circular opening at its top behind the seat with the inside air pocket behind and above the siphon. The opening is blocked with a replaceable tight-fitting plastic plug if the self-venting feature is not required. A low voltage electric fan (6-12V) is retrofitted behind the toilet seat and secured thereto at the seat anchor holes, with a flat intake nozzle fitting under the rear end of the toilet seat, and a discharge tube connected to the aforementioned opening behind the toilet seat. Malodors are sucked by the air fan directly from the toilet bowl through the intake nozzle, and are vented through the discharge tube into the drain system behind the siphon.

The second end includes two holes into which a barrier is inserted. The second end also includes a protrusion and a ball configured to rest on the protrusion. When a disruption in air pressure occurs within the venting device, the ball moves upward from the protrusion to allow air to exit the device. The barrier prevents the ball from moving upward beyond the barrier.

Abstract: The present invention generally comprises of a main body having a frame that attaches to a rim of a toilet bowl; a container coupled to the main body capable of holding a cleaning solution; a dispenser coupled to the container to spray the cleaning solution; an electric motor coupled to the main body; at least one brushing arm attached to the main body, a power source for powering the electric motor; and at least one moving wheel driven by a motor such that when the main body is attached to the rim, the wheel is in engaging contact with a surface of the rim. The dispenser is positioned and angled in a manner to spray the cleaning solution onto an inside wall of the toilet bowl.

Abstract: A device consisting of a standard size toilet seat, hinged at the back and attached by suitable hardware to a smaller, child size toilet seat with molded handles, which can then be attached, through use of the same hardware, to a standard public use toilet, and lid. The device can be configured to allow use by an adult, or by a toddler. The Tot-Pot portion of the configuration can be attached directly to an existing adult toilet seat, or be joined with an adult seat for joint installation. The device is specifically designed and intended for use in the public restroom arena, and will fit all standard toilet devices in use, and by providing handles for ease and sanitation in lifting and for child support, a splash guard for protection of leakage of waste onto the adult seat, and a hinged back such as to provide an oblique, obtuse angle when raised, sanitation concerns of dual use are alleviated.

A means for sealing the receptacle liquid tight is provided, such as a zip-lock seal. Used in combination with the receptacle is an absorbent pack having a liquid absorbing material sealed within a liquid permeable, biodegradable, heat sealed envelope. The liquid absorbing material is an absorbent gelling water-insoluble, water-swellable polymeric material with an optional wicking material. The absorbent pack can include an odor control material and/or an antimicrobial agent as options.

Lowering the height of a patient support platform corresponding reduces the likelihood and significance of patient injuries resulting from falls when a patient attempts to exit the patient support platform.

The height of the support platform is lowered from the specified height to a lower height to reduce the potential fall distance of the patient in response to detecting that the patient is attempting to exit the support platform. In some embodiments, a support platform is rapidly lowered to essentially floor level in a controlled manner.

In some embodiments, the laminated ticking is configured to release less than 15 MJ of heat in the first ten minutes when exposed to a flame in accordance with the testing protocol set forth in 16 CFR 1633. Upholstered articles, such as mattresses, mattress foundations, and articles of furniture, may incorporate the flame resistant ticking layer.

Abstract: A multi-functional curb meter reading/defense stick tool having a lightweight construction for use by field workers/meter readers. It includes a central rod shaped body having a first handle end capable of housing a small bottle of water or other liquid. The central rod shaped body further includes a distal end having a locking mechanism which includes a “J” shaped latch and a compression spring/pressure point. The rod shaped body and locking mechanism are designed to allow various functional devices to be coupled to the distal end of the rod, such as a mirror device, a hook/latch and/or an end magnet.
