In the preferred embodiment, a visual means may be applied to a fabric member. Then a phosphorescent substance and a reflective substance may be applied to enhance the wearer's visibility.

When the garment is extended from an interior portion of the belt pack, the belt pack is configurable to be turned inside-out and is adapted to house the entire belt assembly of the belt pack at a bottom end portion of the garment.

Abstract: This invention comprises of one-time single-use gloves made from latex or vinyl that have a built in pocket space on the outside surface (the term “outside surface” refers to the surface of the glove that is distal from the body of the wearer) of the glove in palm and fingers areas that have tiny surface holes on the outside surface of the pocket to allow dispensing of solution that is sealed under a plastic pull back tab. Once the tab is pulled back, the solution can be forced out of the pocket's tiny holes located on the outside surface of the pocket, by squeezing the hands gently for small amounts or firmly to allow larger amounts of solution. These gloves can be produced to be sterile or non-sterile, depending on the need of the product. The purpose of these gloves are to provide a one time use solution to administering topical solutions, medication and shampoos to human and animal patients, providing a sterile approach when necessary, provide a barrier to disease between the caregiver and patient.

For example, the reversible hat can be converted between a blaze orange material and a camouflage material. In one embodiment, a first design is visible on the exterior surface of a first crown. The reversible hat is converted to show a second visible design by folding the exterior surface of a portion of a first crown onto the exterior surface of another portion of the first crown, thereby hiding the first visible design. The folding portion of the first crown is connected to a folding portion of a second crown. Thus, folding a portion of the first crown thereby unfolds a portion of the second crown. Folding the exterior surface of a portion of a second crown onto the exterior surface of another portion of the second crown reveals the first visible design again.

Abstract: The present invention features a facial mask comprising a water-insoluble substrate sized and shaped to lie against and substantially coincident with a face of a human user. The water-insoluble substrate includes separation features that form laterally-extending tabs capable of overlapping the facial mask, improving its adaptability and fit. Methods of treating the skin using facial masks are also provided.

The power source provides power to the array of light emission devices and the logic circuit. The input device is connected to and instructs the logic circuit to display various arrangements on the array of light emission devices.

Abstract: A sock suitable for wearing with shoes and protecting feet from contact with dirt and debris. The sock is coated on the heel and sole with a protective coating of nitrile. The interior of the sock has a band of nitrile in the area of the sock that covers the heel. The exterior coating protects the feet from the drying effects of prolonged contact with dirt. The interior band, when used in conjunction with an emollient applied to the heel, holds the emollient in contact with the skin, allowing the skin to be softened and protected. The sock can be laundered by virtue of its properties, and reused.

Abstract: A one-piece back support apparatus comprises a belt portion being configured to provide back and abdominal support encircling a wearer's waist and a compression pants portion. The belt portion has a front portion, a back portion, a top portion, a bottom portion and an inner surface. The compression pants portion secured to the belt is configured to provide support for the wearer's pelvis, legs, and groin area. The inner surface of the belt has one or more pack support portions with slots for receiving one or more gel packs so as to maintain contact between the gel packs and the wearer's back. Slots in the belt portion may accommodate vertically extending inserts of rigid plastic to reinforce the belt portion over the lumbar region of the wearer.

An air channel is adopted to remove an ocular pain due to a pressure in an inner space where the user's eyes are placed when the swimming goggles are worn. The swimming goggle comprises a pair of glasses disposed at a predetermined distance in front of the user's eyes, a set of looped cushions surrounding the glasses for directly contacting around the user's eyes, and a vent hole interconnecting an outer surface with an inner surface of the glasses or penetrating the looped cushions.

Abstract: Devices for dispensing toilet treatment tablets into toilet bowls when a button is actuated are disclosed. In one version, the device includes: (i) a toilet cover; (ii) a dispenser mounted to the cover; (iii) a plurality of solid tablets stored in the dispenser so as to be dispensable therefrom, wherein at least one of the tablets includes a toilet treatment chemical; and (iv) an actuator for moving a tablet from a ready position of the dispenser to a release position. In another version, the invention provides a handheld device including a body having a cover and a hollow wall connected to the cover. The cover and the wall define an interior space in the body, and the cover includes a dispensing slot. The device also includes a removable tablet holder suitable for holding a plurality of solid tablets. A tablet retainer of the tablet holder is located within the cover when the tablet holder is installed within the body. The tablet retainer retains a tablet in a ready position for dispensing.

Abstract: An automatic shutoff valve and sensor assembly is disclosed to control water supply to a toilet. There is a housing mountable upstream of the toilet and downstream of the room water supply. There is also a shutoff valve, an automated sensor, and a microcontroller in the housing. The sensor is suitable to detect when a potential user is adjacent the water closet. If it detects a user, the sensor can send an output signal that ultimately leads to the opening of the shut-off valve. The shutoff valve then later automatically re-closes when users aren't present. A manual override can be incorporated in the housing as well. This reduces the potential for water leaks and water waste from the toilet.

The toilet bowl has a rim channel provided along an upper periphery thereof and a direct-fed jet channel that allows fluid, such as water, to flow from the inlet of the toilet bowl assembly to the direct-fed jet outlet port into the interior of the toilet bowl, in the sump of the bowl. The rim channel includes at least one rim channel outlet port. In this toilet, the cross-sectional areas of the toilet bowl assembly inlet, the inlet port to the rim channel, and the outlet port to the direct-fed jet channel are configured so as to be optimized to provide greatly improved hydraulic function at low flush volumes (no greater than about 6.0 liters per flush). The hydraulic function is improved in terms of bulk removal of waste and cleansing of the bowl.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a control method of a washing machine that performs washing using bubbles. The control method may generate a large number of bubbles using a small amount of water to reduce water consumption and transmit detergent water to laundry placed in the washing machine effectively and rapidly using high-concentration detergent on the surfaces of the bubbles, thereby reducing time and energy consumption and improving washing efficiency. The bubbles may act as a cushion to reduce friction between laundry articles, thereby preventing expensive laundry (such as wool or silk) from being damaged due to the friction between the laundry articles and between the laundry and water and preventing damage to and deformation of general laundry when washing the laundry.

After the microprocessor has analyzed the brushing sounds, a message is displayed on the digital display that directs the user to continue brushing or change brushing habits, depending on the outcome of the analysis. Abstract: A wiper system for use with a windshield includes a wiper arm and a separator assembly. The wiper arm includes a wiper blade movable between a use position and a raised position. The wiper blade is in contact with the windshield in the use position and removed from the windshield in the raised position. The separator assembly includes a base and an air bladder secured to the base. The base is adapted to receive a source of pressurized air for selectively inflating the air bladder to toggle the wiper blade between the use position and the raised position.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a windshield wiper blade element having improved anti-chatter and cleansing properties. The elongate rubbery blade element has a pair of opposed channels to impart angular flexibility adjacent the blade root and a bottom edge section defining a squeegee element having the cross sectional geometry of a mature inverted mushroom cap. In use, the squeegee element having this geometry provides a beneficial scraping action during the cleansing sweep of the blade element over the glass surface, thereby aiding in the removal of soft detritus.
