Abstract: Load supports (10), in the form of pallets, have a front plate (12), a rear plate (14), frame members (20) and an upper surface member (22). Two pallets (10) can come together as shown, one inverted relative to the other and can inter fit which results in space saving when the pallets (10) are not in use. For example, the dimensions of the front and rear plates (12, 14) allow the rear plates (14) to be received in-board of the front plates (12) and resting against the frame members (20) of the other pallet (10). Once inter fitted, the volume of the pallets (10) is less than the sum of the volume of two independent pallets.

  • Patent number: 7540510
Abstract: A movable rack for supporting articles. In a preferred embodiment, the rack comprises a frame which supports first and second shelf groups. The second shelf group can be added to the rack when additional shelf space is required and can be removed when additional shelf space is not needed or when the rack is to be moved through or stored in places with limited floor space. Wheel supports and wheels are secured with respect to the frame permitting the rack to be moved. The wheel supports are extensible outward from the frame thereby improving rack stability, particularly when one or more of the second group shelves are attached or when it is desired to move the rack.

  • Patent number: 4480343
Abstract: The board consists of a planar member having first and second surfaces. The first surface, upon which a dish rack may be placed, is supported by legs at an incline and is provided with upwardly extending protrusions designed to engage the dish rack to prevent same from slipping along the first surface. The effective length of the support legs can be altered to change the incline. Other protrusions extending from the first surface cooperate with upstanding walls to retain utensils. The second surface functions as a cutting board and is supported at an incline, in part, by the dish rack engaging protrusions. Upstanding parallel ribs form a horizontal platform above one of the surfaces.
