The transportable safe comprises a safe body, a fastener attached to the safe body and at least one connector configured to connect between the fastener and the solid object. The connector is configured to be concealed at least when the safe is secured.

Abstract: The lock box includes a box, a cap, and a cable. The box includes a box opening, a lock hole, and a lock body. The cap includes a cap fixing part, a cap socket, and a restricting device. The cap fixing part is able to extend into the lock hole and be locked by the lock body when the cap covers the box opening. The restricting device has a lifting lever. One end of the cable has a cable fixing part. The cable fixing part can be inserted into the cap socket with its movement being restricted by the restricting device. A user can apply a force on the lifting lever to release the restriction on the movement of the cable fixing part by the restricting device when the cap doesn't cover the box opening.

Abstract: A medium processing device including a storage cassette, a casing, a loading section, a slide rail, and a connector is provided. The storage cassette is configured to store a medium. The casing includes an internal space to house the storage cassette inside. The loading section supports the storage cassette when the storage cassette is in a loaded state in a loading space having an open bottom section. The slide rail is attached to the casing and to the loading section, and lets the loading section move between the internal space of the casing and outside. The connector is provided inside the loading space of the loading section, and electrically connects to the storage cassette in a loaded state of the storage cassette in the loading space.

Abstract: An electronic combination lock has a touch panel for combination code entry. If the combination code matches a preset code, a solenoid in energized to unlock the lock, allowing a user to pull up the shackle to open the lock. The user can be a master user, a regular user or a temporary user with each type of users having different level of access. For example, the master user can have unlimited number of times to use the master combination code, while a temporary user has only a limited number of times to use its temporary code as designated by the master user. In one embodiment, the lock can be opened with a key. In another embodiment, the user can enter the combination code from a detached electronic device.

A mating member provides a cooperative latching structure and slides on the main shaft between raised and lowered positions. In one of the raised or lowered positions, the two latching structures are latchable, allowing the mating member to drive the main shaft to engage or disengage the ground fastener. In the other of the raised or lowered positions, the second latching structure is non-latchable with the first latching structure such that the main shaft is disabled from driving the ground fastener.

Abstract: A system and method to secure a free-standing automatic teller machine (ATM). An attachment plate having a plurality of sleeves that align with attachment point on an ATM is embedded in a concrete platform before the concrete is cured. The ATM is positioned on the surface of the attachment plate so that its attachment points aligned with a subset of sleeves. The ATM is then bolted into the sleeves. When so installed it is nearly impossible to dislodge the ATM from the platform with typical mechanical equipment such as trucks, tractors etc.

The security lock box includes a cover adapted to be supported on top of the shelf and adapted to house and secure merchandise supported on the shelf therein. The hollow security shell comprises a first shell segment and a second shell segment (the first and second shell segments defining an enclosed internal space with a pair of vertically-opposed apertures), and a hinge joining said first and second half shells, the security shell being configured to enclose the closure.

Abstract: A locking device is adapted for receipt within the main cavity of an underground enclosure. The locking device includes a container having a main body and a container top which define an interior compartment for holding the items of the underground enclosure. The main body is adapted to be assembled in the main cavity of the underground enclosure and is sized to be retained within the underground enclosure. The container top has a selective open position to allow access to the interior compartment of the main body and a selective closed locked position to deter access thereto. An arm assembly coupled to the container top is moveable between an extended engaged position to retain the container top on the container and a collapsed disengaged position to allow release of the container top from the container.

Abstract: A cost effective latch and alignment mechanism for a banknote cassette and a cassette receiving frame uses a magnetic latch providing a magnetic force cooperating with the cassette to move it to and be releasably maintained in a final aligned position. Preferably a permanent magnet attached to the cassette receiving frame cooperates with the metal of the cassette to provide the magnetic bias and locking force.

Abstract: A cash dispensing automated banking machine, such as an ATM, has leveling legs. The legs are also used to fasten the ATM to a shipping pallet. Each leg has a support foot and an opposite free end. The free end is inserted through an opening in an intermediate shipping plate. With the shipping plate situated between the foot and the ATM underside, the free end is screwed into an underside opening. The leg is rotated until the plate is raised to be secure against the underside. The plate is then set on the pallet and fastened thereto by lag screws. The pallet includes horizontally adjustable stabilizing feet at sides thereof. The pallet feet can be extended outward to decrease the ability of a supported ATM to tip over. When not needed, such as during pallet storage, the feet can be retracted inward to reduce pallet size.

Abstract: A vault assembly generally comprises a lock box, an anchor bracket, and a locking member. The lock box includes a mounting wall having a plurality of outward extending hooks arranged in a spaced pattern and a locking opening. The anchor bracket includes a panel for attachment of the lock box including one or more locking openings and a plurality of joining openings for receiving the hooks. The locking member is disposed in the box and includes a locking shaft for insertion in the locking openings and a locking flange on the end to prevent withdrawal. The lock box mounting wall can be attached in a plurality of positions to either side of the panel.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for the shipping and installation of an ATM. The ATM comprises leveling legs. A pallet includes a plurality of readily separable components and a plurality of component fasteners. The pallet further comprises bracket openings which align with the leveling legs allowing vertical movement of the leveling legs therethrough. The leveling legs are extendable in the openings to lift and support the ATM from an underlying floor surface, allowing the underlying pallet to be disassembled. The ATM can be leveled using the leveling legs.

This connecting/holding machine 30 includes a holding base 70 in which a mounting portion 40 capable of mounting the cash container 15 and a back face portion 42 standing from the mounting portion 40 are constituted in conformity with an external shape of the cash container 15. The back face portion 42 includes second terminal portions 37 and 38 capable of being connected to the first terminal portions 22 and 23 at positions corresponding to the first terminal portions 22 and 23. The back face portion 42 also includes an engaging protrusion 45 capable of fitting in the fitting-in hole 47 at a position corresponding to the fitting-in hole 47.

Abstract: The present invention provides a wheel-immobilizing device that does not require holes or indentations in the wheel in order for the device to be secured around the wheel or caster being immobilized. Additionally, a wheel-immobilizing device according to the invention is configured such that it may be placed on the ground in front of a cabinet, and the cabinet simply rolled into position with one of its casters between side walls of the device. The wheel-immobilizing device is then secured around the caster by passing a cross member or, in some embodiments, two cross members through the side walls on either side of the caster stem and then securing the cross member or members in position, thereby locking the wheel-immobilizing device to the caster of the cabinet and hampering rolling movement of the cabinet.

Further, each retainer is movable from the operational position to allow removal of its respective cassette. The retainers may be removable from the mountings to allow removal of the cassette and lockable to the mountings. Two or more locking devices may be used in which the locks are operated separately or remotely. The retainer may be a suitably shaped elongate member such as a locking bar. Multiple bars can be used to retain a cassette. The retainers may guard the face of the cassette.

Abstract: A safe assembly includes a portable lockable enclosure, a mounting plate for securing the lockable enclosure to a stationary surface, and a latching element actuatable from an interior of the safe assembly to detach the lockable enclosure from the mounting plate for further travel or relocation. The latching element has a latch assembly engaging a pair of brackets extending from the mounting plate into the interior of the safe assembly and a release assembly enabling disengagement of the latch assembly.

The first embodiment of container has mounted thereon a pivotable arm which is to removably engage with an exterior object such as a chair frame. When the arm is in the position of capturing a member of the frame of the chair, the arm is locked by a second key operated lock access to which is only permitted through the internal compartment. A second embodiment of lock box has a hanger in the form of a pawl mounted in conjunction with the top surface of the container for locking onto the frame of the chair.

Abstract: A deposit-collecting and transporting security apparatus provides a deposit container arranged to be lockably mounted for receiving and collecting deposits from a depository outfeed apparatus. In order to remove the container for transport to a deposit processing facility, a container-closing lid panel is slid onto the container into position closing the confines thereof against access whereupon the lid panel is automatically locked in place against removal. Thus locked against removal, further slight sliding movement of the lid panel overrides and disengages a container mounting lock, thereby permitting the container to be removed from the depository for transport only after the lid panel has been installed and locked into operative position securing the confines of the container against access.

Abstract: A lock-box for safely storing a handgun. The lock-box includes a receptacle having an opening at one end thereof and a locking door with a flange for closing the opening. A pair of mounting brackets are secured to each of the opposed sides of the receptacle. The mounting brackets are adapted for sliding engagement with a mounting plate which may be attached by threaded fasteners to a supporting surface. When a pair of mounting brackets are slid fully over the mounting plate, a portion of the mounting plate will remain adjacent the opening for positioning between the flange and the receptacle to prevent the removal of the receptacle from the mounting plate while the door is locked. Because the mounting bracket pairs are on the opposite sides of the receptacle, the lock-box can be flip-flopped to suit the needs of a user.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a ground anchor incorporating a sliding lockable wedge portion upon a vertical post having an auger, screw, or drill flight formed thereon, wherein substantial relative motion between an outdoor item and a ground surface may be releasably prevented. The auger may be used to easily drill the post into the ground and, once installed, the sliding wedge portion may be moved down the post shaft and forced down such that the projecting wedge fins are driven into the surface of the earth. The sliding wedge portion is then coupled to the shaft having the auger portion. Such a combination will prevent the vertical post from rotating about its axis, which is desirable in that it prevents the post from rotating in the wind and prevents unauthorized removal of the post, or any item attached to the post, because the projecting wedge fins prevent the post from being unscrewed from the ground.

Abstract: A lock-down security box including a security box and a lock-down plate. The lock-down security box is adapted to be detachably anchored to a mounting surface such as a table, wall or the like. The lock-down plate is fixed to a mounting surface by inserting fasteners through apertures extending through the plate. The lock-down plate includes a first anchoring member and a bolt-receiving slot extending therethrough. The security box includes a top panel which is pivotally mounted to one of the side panels of the box. The top panel includes a first lock set associated therewith for providing controlled access to the enclosure of the security box. The bottom panel of the security box includes a second anchoring member mounted thereon. The bottom panel further includes a bolt-passage slot extending therethrough which is adapted to receive a deadbolt of a second lock set mounted to one of the side panels of the box.
