Abstract: A foam pit cover having a cover sheet with a gator clip along its perimeter, a perimeter skirt, an apron, and a plurality of toggle bungee cords. The perimeter skirt is made of primary and second sheets, the primary sheet being longer than the secondary sheet. The toggle bungee cords are configured to fit within grommets in the secondary sheet of the perimeter skirt and the bottom part of the apron. The top part of the apron is attached to the bottom part of the primary sheet of the perimeter skirt. The cover sheet and apron are made of a PVC-coated polyester material, and the perimeter skirt is made of a breathable, durable fabric. The invention optionally includes a top sheet with customized graphics and corner pieces to further secure the cover sheet to the perimeter skirt.

Abstract: A foldable animal litter containing apparatus is provided that is compact, and can be easily and quickly assembled by an owner. The apparatus includes a foldable cover having a first cover side, a second cover side, a third cover side, a fourth cover side, a cover top, and an open bottom, with an entrance defined in at least one of the cover sides. The apparatus also includes a foldable frame having at least two intermediary cross members located on a first side and a second side in a use position. The first side opposes the second side. The foldable frame supports the foldable cover. The apparatus includes a wall attached to the at least two intermediary cross members in the use position. The wall defines two internal compartments within the foldable cover in the use position and an internal pet opening between the two internal compartments.

Abstract: A portable changing room assembly for discretely disrobing in a public location includes a shroud that may be worn around the neck of a user. The shroud has a length of at least 5.0 feet such that the shroud extends from the users neck to the ground. The shroud is comprised of an opaque material to inhibit the user from being visible through the shroud. In this way the user may disrobe behind the shroud in a public area. The shroud has a pass-through extending through the shroud and an object passed through the pass-through to be employed by the user. A pocket is coupled to the shroud and the shroud is selectively gathered into the pocket for storage.

Abstract: Tents are disclosed herein. A tent includes a plurality of support frames, each support frame being bent in a shape of an arch and having two ends configured to be fixed on a ground surface when the tent is assembled. Each support frame crosses over at least one other support frame when the tent is assembled. Each support frame is positioned such that the ends of the support frame are positioned on non-adjacent vertices of a polygonal base surface when the tent is assembled.

Abstract: A waterproof cover is attached to a portion of a body frame positioned behind a rear end of a left side member and ahead of left and right engine supports of the body frame when looking at a vehicle standing in an upright state from the left of the vehicle, and at least a portion of the waterproof cover overlaps at least one of a right side member and the left side member when looking at the vehicle from the front of the vehicle.

Each first fastening strap is attached to one side of the three or more sides. The hanging room further includes multiple fasteners, each fastener is attached to one fastening strap. Each fastener attaches the hanging room to a shelter.

Abstract: An animal crate and crate cover assembly is disclosed, including an animal crate and a foldable crate cover which can be placed over the animal crate. The foldable crate cover includes a four panel assembly having a top panel for covering a top of the animal crate, two side panels for covering left and right sides of the animal crate, and a back panel for covering a back of the animal crate. The top panel is connected to the two side panels and the back panel in a foldable way. The side panels and the back panel can have fasteners for fastening the side panels and the back panel together after the foldable crate cover being placed over the animal crate.

Abstract: The present invention is a portable shelter for providing private while outdoors. The portable shelter comprises a cover and a supporting frame arranged inside the cover. The portable shelter is disposed in a collapsed state when the supporting frame is in a tensioned position, and in an installed state when the supporting frame is released from the tensioned position. The portable shelter includes a zipper extending at least partially along a vertical length of the cover to provide ingress and egress to interior space of the portable shelter when in the installed state. The portable shelter further comprises one or more retaining straps to hold the supporting frame in the tensioned position, when the portable shelter is in the collapsed state. The portable shelter further comprises two or more feet for supporting the supporting frame on the ground, while the portable shelter is in the installed state.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a humidity and temperature control system for use in the outdoor cultivation of fruits, as typically found in an orchard setting, with the additional aid of a sunshade. Embodiments include a climate control system with an efficient and controlled introduction of water vapor into an outdoor orchard employing a plurality of fogging type nozzles, coupled with an overarching porous solar shade enclosure.

Abstract: Methods of incendivity testing include applying a flexible sheet over a test article to form a sealed space between the flexible sheet and a surface region of the test article. Methods further include filling the sealed space with an indicator gas mixture, applying an energy discharge to the test article, and determining whether the indicator gas mixture in the sealed space reacted in response to the energy discharge. The indicator gas mixture may be flammable and may be formed while filling the sealed space. Incendivity test systems include the test article, the flexible sheet sealed to the test article to form the sealed space, a gas control module configured to fill, flush, purge, and/or sample gas in the sealed space, and an energy source configured to apply the energy discharge to the test article.

Abstract: A system and method for controlling the movement of an extendible bridge structure has proximity sensors coupled to a distal end thereof and includes a first movement mechanism for extension and retraction thereof. A processor receives signals from the proximity sensors and, based thereon, selectively generates and provides control signals to the first movement mechanism to automatically extend the structure to a predetermined position against a vehicle positioned in a predetermined area. A flexible boot is attached to the distal end of the structure. The processor generates and provides control signals to a second movement mechanism coupled to the flexible boot to extend the flexible boot against the vehicle. The processor also monitors and identifies any changes in a positional relationship between the flexible boot and the vehicle after initial extension thereof and provides generated control signals to the first movement mechanism to restore the structure to the predetermined position.

Abstract: Methods and devices are provided for vehicle covers. For example, a method of covering a vehicle is provided including placing a pre-folded vehicle cover between front and rear wheels of the vehicle and then driving the vehicle forwards until the rear wheels of the vehicle are on top of the vehicle cover. The method includes extending a rear portion of the vehicle cover and driving the vehicle backwards until the front wheels of the vehicle are on top of the vehicle cover. The method further includes extending a front portion of the vehicle cover and covering at least a bottom and at least part of each side of the vehicle with the vehicle cover to form a barrier underneath and at least partially around the vehicle. The method can also include covering a top of the vehicle and entirely enclosing the vehicle.

Abstract: A vehicle cover assembly has a body and a lock device. The body has a housing, a reeling device, and a cover fabric. The reeling device is mounted in the housing and has a reeling axle. The cover fabric is connected with and is selectively reeled around the reeling axle. The lock device has a casing, a pushing rod, and a lock cylinder. The casing is mounted on the housing. The pushing rod is moveably mounted through the casing and has an end selectively engaged with one end of the reeling axle. The lock cylinder is mounted in the casing and is selectively engaged with the pushing rod. When the lock cylinder is engaged with the pushing rod, the pushing rod is engaged with the reeling axle.

Abstract: A boom tent system for use on sailboats, comprising a tarpaulin tent extending from mast to the end of the boom, secured via an adjustable latch and hook system, and providing additional individual flaps secured by male and female common-sense twist fasteners, with zippered doors allowing boaters to enter or exit without the need to dismantle any part of the system.

Abstract: A portable shade shelter has a plurality of canopies including at least a first canopy and a second canopy. The first canopy is disposed over the second canopy, and the first canopy is capable of being spaced apart from the second canopy in a vertical direction such that air is capable of flowing between the first canopy and the second canopy. Each of the first canopy and the second canopy includes a plurality of openings configured to permit air and light to pass through the respective first canopy and second canopy.

Abstract: A window repair apparatus for covering a window of automobile door is disclosed. Embodiments include a transparent sheet ranging from approximately 1.3 to approximately 1.5 times the size of the window region of the automobile door frame. The sheet has a plurality of holes on the top, leading, and trailing edges, and a slit in the corner to receive a side view mirror. The sheet is held in place by inserting the side view mirror through the slit and attaching the hook-and-loop fastener along the bottom edge of sheet to the hook-and-loop fastener on the outer side of door frame just below the window section of the door frame. The transparent sheet is wrapped around the side edges and top edge of the window section of door frame and all the edges are tied up with plurality of fasteners onto the inside of the window section of the door frame.

Abstract: A shade structure assembly includes a canopy, a plurality of legs, and a foot assembly. The shade structure assembly includes a number of legs that are extendable in length to adapt to the contour of the wet or dry surfaces. The legs are coupled to the canopy. A foot assembly is included for releasable coupling to the bottom of the legs. The foot assembly is configured to provide ballast and a suitable contact surface for contacting a plaster pool. The foot assembly may be made from a different material than the legs. The canopy is configured to expand and provide a shade area.

Abstract: An expandable structure that includes front and rear structural units having inside-facing surfaces parallel to one another, a retractable top that spans the front and rear structural units, and first and second retractable partitions each of which spans and connects the front and rear structural units. The front structural unit is fixably attached to a substrate and the rear structural unit is mounted on a rolling mechanism so that the rear structural unit may be moved away from the front structural unit in an orientation perpendicular to the face of the first structural unit to a distance equivalent to a deployed depth of the first retractable partition, the second retractable partition and the retractable top.

Abstract: Fabric structures with raceways and methods of making same are disclosed. In some embodiments, the fabric structures are air supported structures that form an enclosure via internal pressurized air. The air supported structures include an outer membrane that defined an outer surface of the structure. The air supported structures further include a plurality of inner segments formed of tab members coupled to and extending from the outer membrane toward the interior of the enclosure, and at least one inner liner panel coupled to and extending between adjacent tab members spaced inwardly from the outer membrane to form at least one air pocket therebetween. An attachment portion of the tab members extends inwardly past the at least one inner liner panel into the enclosure and forms at least one hardware attachment point.

Abstract: A removable convertible top for a convertible vehicle. The convertible top includes a flexible water-tight canvas provided with longitudinal reinforcements, the ends of which are suitable for resting on the bars of a vehicle; curved rigid side reinforcements, arranged on the opposite sides of the canvas, parallel to the longitudinal reinforcements, and respectively provided with sets of hooks for engaging with complementary coupling structures provided on the vehicle. The canvas and side reinforcements interlock to automatically tension the canvas, when the two sets of hooks interlock with the coupling structures.

Abstract: An automatic sunshade system mounted to a cabin-top of a vehicle automatically deploys from a stored and retracted orientation to a deployed orientation. The canopy is coupled to a plurality of support members that are wound about a hub and have stored energy when in retracted orientation. The support members unwind from the hub automatically and spread the canopy out over the vehicle. The support members may comprise a plurality of elongated portions that are coupled together by an elastic tether. The canopy may be retracted manual with a crank or by a motor that winds the support members around the hub.

Abstract: A fire resistant system comprising a flexible blanket sized to be deployable on or over an edifice, or part thereof, the blanket being flame retardant and heat resistant, the blanket consisting of aromatic polyamide (aramid) fibers defining a knit yarn fabric, the blanket fabric defining distributed vent openings of small size to freely pass air from one side of the blanket to the other, and away from elongated edifice associated objects such as hot embers, the blanket having edges configured to be pulled for distributing the blanket over the edifice.

Abstract: A multi-purpose mat comprises a circular flat body portion having an inner surface and an outer surface. The inner surface comprises a structural fold pattern. The strut ends from the slanted roof panels are held in stitched elongated pockets at the roof corners which are adjacent the stitched pockets that support sidewall struts. The tent has sealable vents and portal for one or more of power cords, ventilations ducts and water or drains hoses.

Abstract: A heavy duty layered blanket having application in construction applications is disclosed. It includes an overlay around one or more edges of the blanket which resists tearing and wear. The overlay helps to assure that the layers of the blanket stay in place when placed in use, especially in heavy duty construction applications such as for curing concrete. Selective openings in the overlay facilitate attachment of multiple blankets to each other and related facilities, such as scaffolding.

Abstract: This invention provides an improved sleeping bag convertible into a backpack with reduced complexity and greater ease of use. The sleeping bag includes (1) an elongated flexible bag; (2) a flexible pouch attached to the bag at or near the bag's lower end; (3) left and right shoulder straps, each having a lower section attached to the bag at the bag's lower end and an upper section attached to the bag at a location spaced from the bag's lower end; and (4) a side attachment assembly for releasably attaching the left side edge of the bag to the right side of the bag, adjacent to the pouch. The bag is configured to be storable within the pouch by (a) folding the bag along a central longitudinal axis, (b) folding the bag lengthwise into the pouch via the pouch's open upper end, and (c) attaching the side attachment assembly, after which the sleeping bag can be worn as a backpack on a person's shoulders.

Abstract: A wind deflection system for deflecting wind on a vehicle includes a vehicle that has a windshield to redirect wind with respect to a rider of the vehicle. A deflecting unit is coupled to the windshield to deflect wind upwardly with respect to the rider. In this way the deflecting unit inhibits the wind from striking the rider's head.

Abstract: A protective cover that is stored in a pouch that is integrally formed as a part of an upper surface of a pivotable canopy that is attached to a frame of the stroller. Abstract: A protective cover system for a motor vehicle includes a first roller, a first cover wound onto the first roller, a second roller and a second cover wound onto the second roller. Abstract: A furniture cover assembly comprising side portions interconnected to define an interior area, wherein at least one side portion has an edge portion adjacent to an access opening to the interior area. The edge portion has a belt tunnel with opposing first and second open ends. An adjustment member is adjacent to the first open end, and a belt is slideably disposed in the belt tunnel. The belt has first and second free end portions projecting from and exterior of the belt tunnel. The belt's first free end portion is adjustably connected to the adjustment member and forms a first adjustable loop exterior of the belt tunnel and is configured to connect to a support structure of a furniture unit when positioned in the interior area. The belt's second free end portion forms a second loop exterior of the belt tunnel adjacent to the second open end and is configured to connect to a second support structure of the furniture unit with the belt tunnel extending between the first and second support structures.

The tent features a covering with a top edge arranged to follow a perimeter of the structure base and a bottom edge arranged to define an outer periphery of the covering. The tent additionally features a base strap arranged for forming a closed loop about the structure base at a predetermined height above the support surface. The base strap supports a first attachment member, and a second attachment member is located along the top edge of the covering for cooperating with the first attachment member to fasten the covering at the structure base. A tightening strap along the top edge of the covering but behind the second attachment member is arranged to follow the base strap to seal connection of the covering and the base strap.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a roof covering system includes at least two ridge post members, a tarp at least two cables, at least two poles, at least two pole attachment members, and at least two winches. Each ridge post member may include a base configured to attach to a ridge of a roof, a head member; and a post having a bottom end and a top end, the bottom end secured to the base, and the top end secured to the head member. The tarp may have a top edge and a bottom edge, and connection points disposed near the top and bottom edges, wherein the head members are configured to attach to the connection points near the top edge. The cables may be configured to attach to the connection points near the bottom edge of the tarp. The poles may be configured to each guide a respective cable. The two pole attachment members may each be configured to attach a respective pole to a location on the roof below the ridge of the roof.

Abstract: The present loading dock rainshield has a self-adjusting, weighted canopy seal with a header projecting from the building to support a flexible, dual fixed-end, downwardly looped, central curtain. The central curtain spans the dominant width of the header and loops from front to back. The center curtain joins with opposed pleated side curtains to compete the front seal. The downwardly looped central curtain has a series of staggered and overlapping weighted baffles proximal its front end. When a trailer backs into the dock, the trailer top engages one or more baffles, which ride up onto the top of the trailer. The elongated weighted baffles push rainwater off the trailer top as it backs into the bay, and remain in forced sealing engagement with the trailer top when it is parked to divert water off the trailer top and prevent the water from flowing or blowing into the bay.

Abstract: A modular frame and structure system and method includes a framework and a cover coupled to the framework and configured to provide a desired structure. The framework includes a plurality of elongated frame members, and a plurality of coupling members for coupling the elongated frame members. One or more of the coupling members includes a releasable connecting device having a connecting mode for connecting the coupling members to the frame members and form the framework, the releasable connecting device having a release mode for disconnecting the elongated frame members from the coupling members. The cover includes one or more interlocking wall panels configured to engage and be supported by the elongated frame members, and one or more interlocking roof panels configured to engage and be supported by the elongated frame members.

Abstract: A method for applying an underlayment layer to trucking cargo includes providing a roll of underlayment layer that is independent of the trucking cargo and a vehicle that transports the trucking cargo. The leading edge of the underlayment layer is secured and the underlayment layer is dispensed from the roll of underlayment layer such that the underlayment layer is applied to the trucking cargo in the longitudinal direction of the trucking cargo so as to cover the trucking cargo.

Abstract: An automobile cover is adapted to protectively cover the windows, the hood, the roof, and some portion of the trunk of an automobile to obviate the need to manually remove frost, snow, or ice which may have accumulated on those surfaces while the automobile is parked. The automobile cover can be deployed from a storage area attached to the interior of a trunk in anticipation of frigid weather precipitation, and removably secured to the automobile. Prior to the subsequent operation of the automobile, the automobile cover would be retracted to the storage configuration, whereupon the accumulated precipitation would be shed from both the automobile cover and the automobile.

Abstract: A tent apparatus includes foot pipes, at least two beam members, girders, pulleys, cloth tubes, and a canopy. A first beam member and a second beam member are fastened perpendicular to a first pair of foot pipes and a second pair of foot pipes opposing each other respectively. The girders including internal guide rails are fastened perpendicular to the beam members. The pulleys traverse the internal guide rails of the girders. Each pulley includes a handle and wheel members in rolling communication with an internal guide rail, and a receptor member to receive and connect a cloth tube. The canopy is positioned over the cloth tubes. The canopy, attached to one of the beam members and in sliding communication with the girders, is stretched across the upper ends of the two pairs of foot pipes when the pulleys are rolled within the internal guide rails of the girders.

Abstract: A vehicle sunshade comprises an enclosure housing one or more shades for covering or shading a vehicle. The enclosure is typically mounted to a portion of a vehicle to allow the vehicle sunshade to travel with the vehicle and be used anywhere. The enclosure may also be tapered and comprise one or more doors that cover the shades therein. A shade may be mounted on a roller with a biasing mechanism for automatically retracting or extending the shade. One or more flaps can be attached to the shade to extend coverage of a vehicle.

Abstract: Puncture resistant seals for loading docks are disclosed. An example weather barrier disclosed herein includes a canopy having a back end and a front end, where the back end is mountable to a wall above a doorway and the front end is to protrude forward from the wall when the canopy is mounted to the wall. A front bar is at the front end of the canopy and the front bar is horizontally elongate. A back curtain hangs from the front bar. The back curtain has an upper curtain edge attached to the front bar. The back curtain has a lower curtain edge that is at a lower elevation than an elevation of the upper doorway edge when the canopy is mounted to the wall. The back curtain has a curtain width. A front panel hangs in front of the back curtain. The front panel is less flexible than the back curtain. The front panel has a panel width that is approximately 50 to 80 percent of the curtain width. A space is interposed between and defined by the front panel and the back curtain.

Abstract: The present invention provides a flexible two component polyurethane and method for producing the polyurethane. The cured polyurethane is flexible, durable and weather resistant. The polyurethane is suitable for use as a protective layer on various substrates. The flexible polyurethane is the reaction product of solvent-free reaction components. The first component includes one or more polyols, optionally, one or more diols, and a catalyst. The second component includes a primary aliphatic isocyante crosslinker.
