  • Patent number: 11767846
Abstract: A compressor includes a shell, a muffler plate, first and second scroll members, and first and second sealing members. The shell defines first and second pressure regions separated by the muffler plate. The first scroll member includes a first end plate and a first scroll wrap. The first end plate defines an annular recess and a discharge recess. The discharge recess is in communication with the first pressure region. The second scroll member includes a second end plate and a second scroll wrap. The second scroll wrap meshingly engages the first scroll wrap to define a compression chamber therebetween. The first sealing member is at least partially disposed in the discharge passage and fluidly separates the first and second pressure regions from each other. The second sealing member is at least partially disposed in the annular recess.

Abstract: The present application provides a system for treating malodorous gas from sludge, which includes an air compressor, a first pressure swing adsorption tower, a second pressure swing adsorption tower, a buffer tank, a decomposition tank, an exhaust gas scrubber and a vacuum device. The present invention relates to a process for treating malodorous gas from sludge treatment, which includes: compressing the malodorous gas by using an air compressor, and adsorbing by using a pressure swing adsorbent. The air for removing the malodorous component is configured for sludge separation and aerobic aeration in the treatment tank. When the pressure swing adsorbent reaches the design upper limit value, the intake air is stopped, decompression and desorption start, and the enriched malodorous component is sent to catalytic combustion or photocatalytic decomposition, and then the acid gas in the tail gas is neutralized with an alkaline absorbent, and finally discharged to the standard.

Said flow stop valve comprises a valve body, a valve seat, a piston and a biasing component. The check structure is arranged downstream said flow stop valve to prevent fluid from flowing back. In case of a sudden excessive water flow, the flow stop valve is closed under impact of excessive water pressure to block the water flow. At this time, since the liquid flow in the pipeline is suddenly blocked, the liquid flow remaining in a pipeline downstream the flow stop valve tends to form a reverse flow to impact the flow stop valve, thus shaking the flow stop valve, which may further lead to insufficient close or damage of the flow stop valve.

Abstract: A system for collecting and accumulating excess water from one or more in-building sources and delivering it to one or more flushing toilet tanks and possibly also to one or more other in-building consumption devices, such as washing machines or utility faucets. The in-building sources may include any of condensate from an air conditioner, cool water in a hot water supply pipe emerging during initial flow, treated waste water and collected rain- or snow water. At the heart of the disclosed system is an accumulation tank of large capacity, having at least two inlets and at least one outlet. One of the inlets is connected to the main water supply system and includes a valve, configured to let fresh water flow into the main tank whenever the level of the water stored therein falls below a given height.

Abstract: A pressure controlled valve having a housing with a first pressure chamber for communication to a pneumatically pressurized control source. The housing has an inlet for communication with a pneumatic supply source and outlet selectively in fluid flow with the inlet. A movable valve selectively opens and closes with respect to a valve seat for selectively opening a pathway from the inlet to the outlet and closing the pathway between the inlet and outlet. The pressure chamber may be sealingly and fluidly separated from the pathway between the inlet and the outlet. The pressure chamber provides a closing biasing force on the movable valve and a resilient spring mounted in the housing provides an opening biasing force on the movable valve.

Abstract: A hydrostatic power-unit (7) is connected with an internal combustion engine (2). The suction side (S) of the power-unit (7), when operating as a pump, sucks hydraulic fluid from a tank (9) and delivers into a delivery side (P), and when operating as a motor is driven by hydraulic fluid from a hydraulic accumulator (20). A check valve device (30) is located in the suction side (S) to provide a pressure increase when the power-unit (7) is operated as a motor. The check valve device (30) has a check valve (32) operated by an actuator device (31). The actuator device (31) actuates the check valve (32) between a closed position (32a) in which a connection of the suction side (S) with the tank (9) is shut off, and an open position (32b) in which the connection of the suction side (S) to the tank (9) is opened.
