Leading Plow Or Cutter With Contiguous, Fixed Inclined Separator Patents (Class 171/83)
  • Patent number: 11072899
Abstract: A tree and debris pusher for removing and gathering felled trees, such as stands of dead cedar trees, particularly though not exclusively adapted for use on burned land from which dead trees must be cleared. The tree and debris pusher comprises a frame, a pusher bar assembly, a tooth assembly, and plurality of support and connecting structures. The pusher bar assembly forms a generally concave or arcuate shape, including a center section and transverse wings. The tooth assembly extends is contiguous with the pusher bar assembly and comprises a plurality of teeth extruding from therefrom so as to precede the pusher bar assembly in the direction of use of the tree and debris pusher and make first contact with trees and debris which are the object of removal. Support members and connecting members provide additional support and resist loads during operation of the tree and debris pusher.

  • Patent number: 4796711
Abstract: An apparatus used in agriculture and more specifically to an apparatus for removing the plastic film cover from raised plant beds in which the edges thereof are tucked under soil placed in overlying relation to the downwardly inclined side edges of the plastic film thereby enabling separation of the plastic film from the plant bed after the plants have matured and the crop harvested from the plants so that the plastic film can be removed and appropriate cultivation and reshaping of the plant beds may be more effectively accomplished with the apparatus of the present invention materially reducing the time and labor required in removing the plastic film for disposal or recycling.

  • Patent number: 4129186
Abstract: A bean puller or harvester of the front end carriage mountable type and including driven cutting discs, the cutting discs running in a substantially horizontal plane and running slightly beneath the ground surface. The drive units run the discs in opposite adjacent rotational directions to urge the severed plants toward a windrow intermediate a pair of adjacent rows. The preferred drive is hydraulic for the discs and the preferred disc form is a scalloped type. Variances in adjustment and interval are available and gage wheels maintain a constancy or running depth for each of the discs. Drive units are supported in selected intervals on a horizontal mounting bar which may be raised and lowered independent of adjustments for running depth and tilt angle.
