  • Patent number: 8684138
Abstract: A hunting stand assembly is provided for facilitating erection and positioning of the hunting stand by one person. The assembly includes a base assembly configured for coupling to a support surface and a support assembly configured for securing to a tree. An elongated stand is configured for propping against the tree. A lower end of the stand is pivotally coupled to the base assembly. A pulley assembly has a first end coupled to the support assembly and a second end coupled to the stand. A lift rope extends between the first end of the pulley assembly and the second end of the pulley assembly such that pulling a free end of the lift rope urges the first end towards the second end. Thus, the stand is urged to pivot towards the support assembly and into a desired position against the tree.

Abstract: A device for transporting a ladder has first and second frame positions, the lower ends of which are pivotally mounted on an axle that also mounts a wheel for rolling along the ground. The upper ends of the frame portions are moveable toward and away from each other allowing the device to collapse for storage. A hook is mounted on the upper end of each of the frame portions for attachment to adjacent rungs of the ladder. A strap connects the upper ends of the frame portion to prevent them from separating from each other beyond a given distance.

  • Patent number: 8672279
Abstract: A reversible ladder-mounted support and tray has a bracket designed to be removably affixed to the combination of a rail of a ladder and over a rung just adjacent to the rail. A first fitting is provided that overlies the rail and a second fitting overlies the rung. Concerning the second fitting overlying the rung, in fact, two such fittings are also provided that are essentially back-to-back. In this way, the support may be removably installed on either of the opposed rails of the ladder so that the support can extend laterally to either side of the ladder. Attached to the first fitting designed to overlie the rail is an elongated rod to which is mounted an elongated tube or sleeve having a split and a locking mechanism. The split allows the tube to slide freely over the rod and the locking mechanism may be engaged to narrow the split to lock the position and orientation of the tube thereon.
