  • Patent number: 6431411
Abstract: A sensor for continuously releasing a liquid, such as a lubricant, over an adjustable period of time, includes a reservoir from which the liquid is ejected by a movable working plunger. The working plunger is moved with a driving force transmitted from a power transmitter, which is connected to a brake plunger and which counteracts the driving force with a brake force by reducing the volume of a chamber filled with a paste-like liquid and ejecting the liquid. The paste-like liquid is then pressed through a tube, which can then be cut therethrough.

  • Patent number: 6260433
Abstract: The present invention relates to a lubricating device for telescopic shaft with axial conduits formed in the relatively sliding tubular parts, with conformal profile. It comprises a lubricating sleeve in the inner tubular part connected, internally thereto, to a grease distributor element integrally movable with the same inner tubular part, inside the outer tubular part. The inner and outer tubular parts comprise axial conduits between their opposite surfaces. The distributor element presents two segments, one stably inserted in the inner tubular part, the other one able to slide with reduced play in the inner profile of the outer tubular part. Inside the distributor element a passage of the grease to the axial conduits is obtained.

  • Patent number: 6244387
Abstract: A lubricant supply device having a housing defining a reservoir for holding a supply of lubricant, a pump in the housing, and a lubricant distributor having a sealing connection with the housing. The distributor has an inlet for entry of lubricant into the distributor and multiple outlets for exit of lubricant from the distributor for delivery to multiple points of lubrication. The distributor and housing have mating surfaces which seal against one another whereby lubricant from the pump can flow from the housing directly into the distributor without intervening lines.

  • Patent number: 6216822
Abstract: An automatic lubricant dispenser has a lower housing part formed with an outlet, a piston displaceable along an axis in the lower part and forming therein a compartment, a spindle extending along the axis, threaded into the piston, having an upper end above the piston provided with a lower coupling half, and a body of fluent lubricant filling the compartment. An upper housing part removably securable to the lower part holds an electrical motor unit having an output shaft projecting downward at the axis and provided with an upper coupling half axially engageable with the lower coupling half. The coupling halves are axially engageable to rotationally couple the motor output shaft to the spindle so that electrical energization of the motor when the coupling halves are engaged displaces the piston and expresses lubricant from the outlet. A sensor connected to the shaft generates an output after a predetermined angular displacement of the shaft.
