Abstract: A kit of pieces is provided comprising a buckle (1), a pair of braces and at least one elongate guide stick. The buckle comprises a first portion (2), a second portion (3), and a clamp portion (4). The first portion (2) is situated in front of the second portion (3) when the buckle (1) is in use. The clamp portion (4) is configured to clamp a first end of a belt against the second portion (3), and the first portion (2) is configured to clamp a second end of the belt against the second portion (3). Further, the first portion (2) comprises at least one groove (6).

Abstract: The present application includes embodiments for a belt adjustment system. The belt adjustment system can be configured to engage a belt comprising a plurality of belt teeth. The belt engagement system can include a buckle portion that includes a belt clamp configured to couple the belt to the buckle, a lever pivotally movable between a first position and a second position, and a belt-engaging tab, the tooth-engaging tab positionable between a tooth-engaging position and a tooth-disengaging position responsive to the position of the lever on. The belt adjustment system can include a tool housing having a first wall and a second wall that form a slot. A tool comprising a distal end and a proximal end can be coupled to the tool housing, the tool positionable within the slot between a closed position and an open position.

Abstract: An apparatus for securing a pair of trousers about a torso includes a belt buckle for attaching opposite ends of a belt thereto and a compartment. The compartment includes a pair of opposing angled vertical sidewalls for progressively curving a portion of a credit card or a driver's license or a personal identification card or a similarly sized card as the card is urged into the compartment. Friction between edges of the card, in particular where the card is curved or bowed, and a the pair of opposing angled vertical sidewalls that are in contact with the card edges secure the card in position in the compartment until a user urges the card out of the compartment. The compartment is sized to house as many cards as desired.

Abstract: A strap-securing device is configured to be able to be used to ignite a fire. The strap-securing device may include at least one strap-retaining body configured to retain at least one strap, and at least one fire-starting component configured to be used to ignite a fire. For example, the at least one strap-retaining body may include a first buckle member, and a second buckle member configured to be removably connected to the first buckle member. Alternatively, the at least one strap-retaining body may include a slider, cord lock, shackle, and/or the like.

Abstract: A unitary item holder enabling the cooling and solidification of items within a vehicle having an air conditioning system and an associated air vent, especially those which have melted within the vehicle. The item holder includes a plate having a plate axis, a pocket, and a directly opposing hook end configured for sliding within the air vent and anchoring around a slat horizontally extending therein, such that the cool air from the conditioning system can be used to cool and solidify the items. The hook end is defined via the plate extending downwardly away from the plate axis. The pocket includes a pocket defined via the plate extending upwardly away from the plate axis for holding the melted items. In an example embodiment, the pocket further includes a cooling component for retaining coolness such that items can also remain cool and solidified when the vehicle is not running.

Abstract: An applicator mounting apparatus for supporting an applicator from a mounting surface is disclosed herein. The applicator mounting apparatus includes a housing defining an applicator cavity for receiving at least a portion of an applicator therein; a mount engaging with the housing to contain the applicator, the mount configured to be coupled to a mounting surface, a portion of the mount configured to serve as a cap for the applicator; and at least one coupling device releasably coupling the housing to the mount. An applicator system and a method of using an applicator mounting apparatus are also disclosed herein.

Abstract: A combination gift card holder and message delivery package facilitates the identification of a gift card contained within the package while presenting the recipient with an accompanying message prior to fully revealing the gift card. The package includes first, second and third panels. The first and second panels and the second and third panels are connected with one another along a common edge and are pivotable with respect to each other. The panels have cutouts therein. The gift card is positioned in the package between the second and third panels thereby exposing a portion of a front surface of the gift card through the cutout in the third panel and exposing a portion of a rear surface of the gift card through the cutout in the second panel, thereby partially concealing the gift card while exposing an identification marking thereon.

A knurled cap 20 threaded to fasten securely to the top of the appliance with the top of the knurled cap having a match striking surface 26 and the bottom portion of the knurled cap having a bulls-eye cutter 22 for plugging cigars. A pocket clip with locking spring for cigar support 16 to receive a cigar support clip 18 to hold a cigar. A base mount 24 with support legs 14 extendable to erect a holding stand for cigar use.
