Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to diamond trading system and method for trading diamonds. The system and method may allow rough diamond sellers to list their diamonds for sale individually and enter an ask price for each listed diamond. The system and method may also allow rough diamond buyers to submit their polished diamond parameters and orders. The order may contain a bid price. The system and method may then determine if any of the listed diamonds match to the polished diamond parameters and ordering requirements and if any of the matched diamonds have a bid price at or higher than a ask price. If there is a match and the bid price is at or higher than the ask price, the system and method allow the transaction to proceed.

The receptacle, in the open position, is oriented generally perpendicular to the inner surface of the elongate member and, in the closed position, after rotation of the jewelry-receiving member of about 90 degrees, is oriented generally parallel to the inner surface of the elongate member.

Abstract: A phone case configured for use in capturing a digital video during the course of a proposal. The phone case comprises a first housing for receiving a mobile phone, a second housing connected to the first housing by a first hinge, a pedestal disposed within the second housing and connected to a second hinge, the pedestal adapted to support an engagement ring. The second housing is capable of moving to an open position, away from the first housing, and the pedestal moves to an open position while or after the second housing moves to an open position. Methods for using the case to capture digital video during the course of a proposal are also disclosed.

The central opening of the frame holds a fabricated clear, hard, plastic sheet with clear, hard, open top, rounded plastic cups on the front side of the sheet. Vacuum forming or injection molding creates this clear plastic sheet with clear cups and makes it one plastic unit. This clear plastic unit is then placed in the frame. A mat or mirror is then sandwiched behind the clear plastic sheet to add design. The mat or mirror can be clearly seen behind the transparent plastic sheet. Finally, a cardboard backing fits behind the mat or mirror and picture frame points are inserted to hold all of the components in the frame. The framed unit will be hung on a wall with picture frame hardware.

Abstract: The invention relates to a necklace cover, or sleeve, which covers jewelry that is worn around the neck. The necklace cover is designed to be worn at the back of a neck and is worn over a piece of jewelry to prevent tangling of hair, hair breakage, and/or damage to a persons clothing (e.g. snags or pulls) that often occurs when a person wears jewelry around the neck. Methods for preventing a wearer's hair from getting tangled in a jewelry composition worn around the neck of a wearer are also provided.

A precious gem and an abbreviated certificate of authenticity about that gem are sealed within an at least partly see-through security case. Additional information about the gem is stored in a storage compartment in the security carton, which is separately accessible from the enclosed compartment. Abstract: A case for a portable electronic device such as cell phones, cameras, MP3 players and PDAs wherein said case includes material at the corners to provide protection to the electronic device. To reduce bulk at the corners and allow the material forming the case to conform with the contours of the device, the protection at the corners includes strips of material defining apertures there between. The apertures provide reduction in bulk and allow the case to conform to the corners of the device therein. Alternately, the protection at the corners can be provided by other structures co-molded into the corners of the cases. Such structures include material that is of a reduced thickness than other material used in the case, or structures that are formed to conform to the corners of the case. Such structures can be joined to the material forming the panels of the case by co-molding.
