Abstract: Rack systems, devices, and methods for attaching and providing foldable storage racks underneath refrigerator shelves or cabinets or other shelves for suspending, storing and separating wine bottles and beverage cans and plates. The storage racks can include a plurality of bail cradles each having ends pivotally attached to brackets. The bail cradles can have concave support surfaces for supporting and separating bottles and cans.
Abstract: A plate changer includes a plate storage that includes therein a plate setting base, and is provided with a transport window for retrieving, in one direction in a horizontal plane, a sample plate set on the plate setting base; and a transport mechanism that has at least a pair of holding portions holding both side surfaces of a sample plate, and holds and transports the sample plate by the holding portions. The plate storage has a plate guide that supports a side surface of the sample plate set on the plate setting base and guides the sample plate to a predetermined setting position. When the holding portion is inserted into the plate storage from the transport window, the plate guide is configured to move to a position not interfering with the action of the holding portion.
Abstract: A tier sheet includes a deck having a support surface. A plurality of walls extend downward to define lower recesses for receiving the upper ends of containers therebelow. In one embodiment, the tier sheet is a single thermoformed sheet and includes a plurality of upper recesses formed in the deck, each upper recess defined between an outer wall and a column. In another embodiment, the tier sheet is injection molded.
Abstract: A bracket for supporting an electrical device on a cable tray. A receiving area includes an aperture for fastening the electrical device. A plurality of retainers flanks the receiving area. The retainers are planar-formed of an integral, uniform-thickness sheet with the receiving area. The retainers extend away from each other on opposite sides of the receiving area, each formed with a relief of locally thickness-reduced sheet material along a line to define at least one fold axis for conforming the retainer to a portion of the cable tray to retain the bracket with respect to the cable tray, with the plurality of retainers extending directly over top outer edges of the cable tray. One or more of the retainers are provided along a first edge of the bracket for engaging a first edge of the cable tray, the first edge devoid of any fasteners and devoid of any fastener apertures.
Abstract: Technologies for optical communication in a rack cluster in a data center are disclosed. In the illustrative embodiment, a network switch is connected to each of 1,024 sleds by an optical cable that enables communication at a rate of 200 gigabits per second. The optical cable has low loss, allowing for long cable lengths, which in turn allows for connecting to a large number of sleds. The optical cable also has a very high intrinsic bandwidth limit, allowing for the bandwidth to be upgraded without upgrading the optical infrastructure.

Abstract: A dashboard desk organizer fits on the dashboard of a vehicle providing compartments for storage. Its top and bottom can be made from a semi-stiff rubber or polymer product that, while partially stiff, can nevertheless be contoured to match the contours of the dashboards of different vehicles. The structure can be around four to five inches high with a lower lip of about an inch to keep items from sliding out. It can be from about nine to eleven inches deep with varying standard manufactured lengths sized to fit a wide range of dashboards. Alternatively, its compartments can be slanted downward in the forward direction to prevent slip out of items rather than having a lip.

Abstract: An office desktop organizer system including a rigid, tubular section with a triangular cross-section joinable with more sections in series via a connector joint in between sections and end caps covering the opposite ends of the tubular sections. The connector joints may be straight or have a bend. Add on office implements, such as a storage shelf, a drawer, a pencil box, a tape dispenser, a bin, a phone dock, a note pad stand, a USB port, or an AC outlet power center, each having an overarching arm, are connectable to the tubular section by engaging the overarching arm thereto. Eyelets in the end caps and connector joints allow the tubular section to be mounted to a wall using a screw, push pins, tape, etc. where the screw or pin head fits into the eyelet.

Abstract: A merchandising system that improves the merchandising of product by limiting the number and the frequency with which product can be removed from, for example, a merchandising shelf. The merchandising system may include a base configured to support product and a housing configured to engage the base. The housing may comprise a top wall, a first side wall, a second side wall, and a front retaining wall mounted to the base at an angle. The system may further include a spring-urged pusher movably mounted on the base. Abstract: A SBS-standard test tube rack is provided which is suitable for use in automated capping and de-capping of flat bottomed test tubes, in particular flat bottomed glass vials, both for individual test tube capping and de-capping as well as simultaneous capping and de-capping of all test tubes in the aforementioned SBS-standard test tube rack. The rack comprises a top tier having a plurality of apertures and a bottom tier that comprises a friction tier of high friction material. The bottom of each well in the rack is formed of the high friction material.

Abstract: Compartmented assemblies related to customizable storage compartments. A bottom panel, side panels, and divider panels may be configured in any combination to form a compartmented assembly with a primary compartment comprising at least two sub-compartments. A method of designing and constructing compartmented assemblies is described. A graphical user interface may be used to format a design which may be transmitted to associated machinery for automated cutting of the component panels. Series of notches, tabs, and apertures are used for mating adjacent panels to one another. Adhesive may be inserted into joints for securing the panels.

Abstract: A tray holder apparatus that includes a frame on which a coffee maker may rest and a compartment into which a tray may be slid. The tray that slides into the frame is adaptable for receiving and displaying single serving beverage packages. Abstract: A method includes identifying a wafer position for a plurality of die on a wafer, storing the wafer position for each of the plurality of die in a database, dicing the wafer into a plurality of singulated die, positioning each of the singulated die in a die position location on a tray, and storing the die position on the tray for each of the singulated die in the database. The database includes information including the wafer position associated with each die position. The tray is transported to a processing tool, and at least one of the plurality of singulated die is removed from the die position on the tray and processed in the processing tool. The processed singulated die is replaced in the same defined location on the tray that the singulated die was positioned in prior to the processing. Other embodiments are described and claimed.

Abstract: A modular apparatus is erected from a kit of component parts to provide for displaying and dispensing selected merchandise at a point-of-purchase placed at a selected site. The merchandise is in the form of packages of selected dimensions to be arranged serially along the apparatus. The kit facilitates transport to the site and erection of the apparatus on-site to accommodate the packages of selected width. Adjustment of the apparatus to the dimensions of the packages is accomplished during erection of the apparatus at the selected site by movement of wall members of the apparatus into guiding juxtaposition with the packages. Rack and pawl arrangements integral with the wall members enable ease of assembly while attaining and maintaining accurate on-site adjustment.

Abstract: A method includes identifying a wafer position for a plurality of die on a wafer, storing the wafer position for each of the plurality of die in a database, dicing the wafer into a plurality of singulated die, positioning each of the singulated die in a die position location on a tray, and storing the die position on the tray for each of the singulated die in the database. When the tray is inserted in the compartment in the predetermined position, the fixed movable stop member is in the extended position and restrains further insertion of the tray into the compartment. A method of making a food tray in accordance with the invention is provided. Also provided is a method of storing food within a food tray to be contained in a pass-through compartment.

Abstract: A drinkware rimming apparatus including a wetting receptacle, a cutout, and a rotatable tray having a plurality of spice receptacles. The tray is rotatable relative to the cutout (or vice-versa) to align and provide downward access to a desired spice receptacle or to the wetting receptacle. A cover may be included and the cutout can be in the cover and/or the tray. The cover can have beverage garnish compartments on a top surface thereof. The wetting receptacle can be positioned in a tray or on the cover. The cutout can be in another tray also having one or more spice receptacles and above the first-mentioned tray and rotatable independently of the lower tray. A method of applying spice to rims of drinkware is also disclosed.

Abstract: A monolithic display stand for the point-of-sale display of produce manufactured out of a closed cell foam material and of solid construction, with a raised central region and vertically oriented divider panels. Abstract: Magnetic microplate assemblies are disclosed for assaying of biological activated magnetic particles from a supernatant. The assemblies include a magnetic microplate holder and a microplate including a plurality of wells for retaining the magnetic particles. The microplate holder includes a plurality of magnets for attracting the magnetic particles to the wells and a plurality of detents for securing the microplate in the holder. The detents allow the microplate to be tightly retained in the holder when the assembly is turned over to discard supernatant and wash buffer applied to rinse supernatant from the magnetic particles.
Abstract: A cargo rack for transferring loads between a marine vessel and an offshore marine platform provides a frame having a front, a rear, and upper and lower end portions. The lower end of the frame has a perimeter beam base, a raised floor and a pair of open-ended parallel fork tine tubes or sockets that communicate with the perimeter beam at the front and rear of the frame, preferably being structurally connected thereto. The frame includes a plurality of fixed side walls extending upwardly from the perimeter beam that include at least left and right side walls. A plurality of gates are movably mounted on the frame at least at the front and rear of the frame, the gates enabling a forklift to place loads on the floor. The frame has vertically extending positioning beams or lugs that segment the raised floor into a plurality of load-holding positions.
Abstract: A tray system comprises a tray comprising a bottom portion and sides forming a volume in which junctures of the sides and the bottom portion are rounded to comprise convex exterior surfaces. The tray further comprises two loop members disposed on opposing ends of the tray. A connecting member is configured to removably join to a one of the loop members. A lead device is configured to removably join to the connecting member. Abstract: A rolling extension tray bag dispenser rack includes a bag pack support tray that has a base, a first side wall, a second side wall, a back wall, a front wall and is sized and shaped to hold a merchandise bag pack. The front wall has an opening sized and shaped to permit extraction of bags from the pack. Rolling extenders are provided that have fixed portions and moving portions. The moving portions are attached to outer surfaces of the first and second side walls or the underside of the support tray and are slidably mounted to the fixed portions. Abstract: Tray units adapted to be mounted on and extend from the front edges of conventional display shelves for supporting and displaying merchandise are provided with mounting support means which attach the tray to the display shelf. The support means includes a first member which extends horizontally from the back side of the tray and a plurality of posts which depend from the first member and extend parallel therewith and rearwardly therefrom. The tray may be simply attached to and supported from the front edge of the shelf by inserting the posts into holes in the shelf so that the first member rests on the top surface of the shelf and the posts rest on the bottom surface of the shelf.

A method of handling tags involves the provision of at least first and second removable trays wherein a first tray with a stack of tags can be replaced by an empty second tray so that the stacking of additional tags can recommence without waiting for the first tray to be emptied.
Abstract: A product shelf unit specially adapted for yogurt cups and the like, includes a metal base bracket that attaches to a horizontal rectangular bar. A plastic tray is slidably received on the base bracket which has two elongated walls which slide within the hollow interior of elongated walls in the tray. The base bracket includes lateral projections that engage stop members in the tray which keep the tray in a rearward position. The front end of the tray is lifted up, allowing it to slide forwardly for restocking.

Abstract: A drying rack assembly for drying baby bottle components features a drying rack and a drip pan which supports the drying rack. The drying rack suitably is porous, with tubular support posts extending upwardly from a support surface thereof, and the drip pan suitably has a draining configuration in which liquid caught by the drip pan drains out of the drip pan and a collecting configuration in which liquid caught by the drip pan remains within the drip pan. The drying rack assembly is suitably configured such that multiple such drying rack assemblies can be stacked on top of each other in a drying rack system. In another configuration, the drying rack is of one-piece construction, with a plurality of support posts and a plurality of longer stacking posts extending from a support surface of the drying rack. The one-piece configuration is designed for stacking of multiple such drying racks.
Abstract: A plurality of separate display modules are interchangeably installed on a shelf of a cooperating cabinet structure and arranged to provide concavely curved display panels mounting selected arrangements of illuminated sample chips, an interactive video display, and brochure receptacles. The structure is provided with an integral sprinkler water distribution system and may include a two-part chip mounting mechanism which facilitates changing out of sample chips.

Abstract: A clip is provided for holding a stack of at least one tray and tray cover. Stack compressive forces applied by the clip are substantially limited to tray and cover perimeter rail portions. The clip has a channel base with left and right side retaining walls attached for restricting movement of a stack in left and right directions. Left and right rods protrusions above the base extend inward towards the walls of the channel from the left and right side walls respectively for captivating the stack in an upward direction. Spring protrusions extend upward from the base on input and output ends of the channel, and are configured for applying an upward spring force on opposing bottom edge areas of the stack.

Abstract: A product tray insert that helps hold a vertical post in place is provided. The insert is placed within a product tray and has upwardly folding retaining flaps that capture the bottoms of the vertical posts between the flaps and a side of the tray. The tray insert is particularly useful for packaging systems that do not have a large rectilinear product to fit the posts against and that do not hold the posts at their ends.
