Abstract: A storage cabinet system includes a cabinet-box having a lip for engaging a top-rail of a mechanical lift platform. The cabinet-box further includes a plurality of compartments for holding and storing items. The storage cabinet system is useful for assisting users in holding items while on the mechanical lift platform, thus being more efficient and less hazardous.

Abstract: A dot sighting device includes a housing, a light source, a beam splitter and a reflective element. The housing has a first opening and a second opening. A first axis is defined from the first opening to the second opening. The light source emits light. The beam splitter includes a surface that reflects at least a portion of a first light component and transmits at least a portion of a second light component. The second light component is defined as light that enters the housing through the first opening.

Abstract: A refrigerator includes a cabinet defining a wine storage chamber, a door for the wine storage chamber, a pantry in the wine storage chamber, a rail guide located at an inner surface of the cabinet, and a draw-out rail located at the pantry. The pantry includes a first supporter for a wine glass, a second supporter for a wine bottle, a space defined between the first and second supporters, a first outlet at a front of the space, and a second outlet at a lateral side of the space.

Abstract: An electronic device bracket including a first supporting member, a second supporting member, and at least one pivoting member is provided. The second supporting member is disposed beside the first supporting member. The at least one pivoting member is disposed at a side of the first and the second supporting members, and two ends of the at least one pivoting member are pivoted to the first and the second supporting members. Here the first supporting member is adapted to move between a first position and a second position relative to the second supporting member, so as to adjust a length of the electronic device bracket.

Abstract: An instrument panel assembly and method for assembling an instrument panel assembly are provided. The instrument panel assembly and method of assembling is configured so as to center a front face of an electrical component within a second opening of a cover. The method and instrument panel assembly utilize a deformable rib configured to set the angular position of the front face of the electrical component by adjusting an alignment hole of a bracket to fit the widened rib. Thus, the instrument panel may be manufactured in a repeatable manner so as to allow for the mass production of instrument panel assemblies wherein the front face of the electrical component is centered with respect to the second opening of the cover.

Abstract: A shelf assembly for an appliance comprises a shelf panel with a planar support surface and a frame to support the shelf panel with the support surface extending generally along a horizontal plane. The frame comprises a front support channel, opposed side support channels, and a rear support channel. The rear support channel is adapted to support the shelf panel against the force of gravity and to inhibit removal of the shelf panel from the frame in the direction of the horizontal plane. The shelf panel is selectively insertable into or removable from the rear support channel by temporarily deflecting the rear support channel relative to the horizontal plane a sufficient amount to separate the rear support channel from a rear edge of the shelf panel.

Abstract: A stand for a single-cup beverage brewer incorporates a beverage cartridge storage drawer and incorporates a lever mechanism which, when actuated, simultaneously lifts a plurality of elastomeric friction pads from contacting a support surface, such as a kitchen countertop, while supporting the assembly on rollers to facilitate moving the stand and beverage brewer supported thereon. Release of the lever again brings the friction pads into contact with the countertop to function as a brake.

Abstract: A wall organizer includes a base having a main section that is mountable to a wall, a return section and a joined section coupling the main section to the return section. The return section extends upwardly from the joined section and terminates at a free end. Together the main section, the return section and the joined section define a pocket. Abstract: An apparatus and method to retain a product support, displaying the product in a container, in adjustment panels mounted to a frame. Each adjustment panel may mount to the frame at a particular inclination angle, and include a number of serpentine slots for engaging a number of support pins extending from sides of the product support. Each serpentine slot in the number of serpentine slots may include a notch at each end, and at each direction change, of the serpentine slot. Each notch in a particular serpentine slot may be a different distance from a top edge of its respective adjustment panel. A first product support may be retained in a notch such that a top edge of a first container with a first depth on a first product support is substantially level with a top edge of a second container of a second depth on a second product support.

Abstract: A system is provided for maintaining a minimum separation between a first pallet positioned on a first rack and a second pallet positioned on a second rack. The system comprises a double back stop that includes a first back stop attached to the first rack to prevent lateral movement of the first pallet beyond the first back stop. The double back stop also includes a second back stop attached to the second rack to prevent lateral movement of the second pallet beyond the second back stop. A minimum distance is maintained between the first and second backstops such that the minimum separation is maintained. The double back stop also includes a middle section to connect the first back stop to the second back stop. Methods are also provided for forming the double back stop and for maintaining the minimum separation between the first pallet and the second pallet.

The pill cases are disposed on mounts in the cavity using pressure to hold in place. A drawer is disposed in a cavity opening on a top surface. The device is held upright by a support structure to allow a user to access pill cases from each side of the device. The pill cases may be disposed between rails. An indicator may be attached to the rails thus allowing a user to indicate which pill cases, or compartments in pill cases do not have an adequate supply medicine.

Abstract: A bag container dispenser rack includes a containment structure that has an open first end and an opposite, second end. The structure is sized and shaped to fit slidably about a container dispenser for film bags and has an aperture at the second end. The aperture is sized, shaped and located to at least partially align with a dispensing opening in the container dispenser. A support stand is attached to the containment structure and provides connection to a surface. The support stand is pivotally mounted to an underside of the structure and optionally is securable in either a first, upper position or a second, lower position. A latch prevents unwanted removal of the dispenser from the rack. Two or more structures may be attached to the support stand, thereby providing a choice of bags. Openings are provided in the rack to provide visual access to outer surfaces of the dispenser.

Abstract: An accessory holding device for inserting into a ground surface has a pole member. A tapered member is formed on a bottom section of the pole member for insertion in the ground surface. A plurality of leg members is coupled to the pole member, wherein at least one of the plurality of leg members has a tapered end for insertion in the ground surface, the plurality of leg members movable on the pole member to provide stability when the pole member is inserted into the ground surface. A first rack member is coupled to the pole member. Locking devices are coupled to the first rack member for securing items to the first rack member.

Abstract: A universal container carrier includes a base plate, and a pair of support frames coupled to the base plate. At least one of the support frames is configured to move relative to the other support frame. Each support frame comprises at least one container support configured to engage a portion of the side wall of a container disposed between the support frames The container carrier also includes a resilient biasing mechanism that is coupled to the base plate and the at least one support frame, and is configured to urge the at least one support frame towards the other support frame.

Abstract: A rack for a plurality of capped tubes, including a frame having a longitudinally extending bottom base member having a row of spaced open top recesses adapted to receive the capped tubes. Vertical supports at the ends of the row of recesses fix a cover member above the base member. The cover member has openings therethrough smaller than the capped tubes. A wall is along one longitudinal side between the base member and the cover member, with the other longitudinal side between the base member and the cover member being open. The base member and cover member are vertically spaced a distance sufficient to permit tipped capped tubes to be moved into the frame with the tipped tubes then dropped into the recesses and tipped back to an upright vertical position.

Abstract: An inventive dish support assembly utilizes slots in a pair of panels to support dinnerware including a plate or dish. The dish support assembly may include a third member support which supports the pair of panels pivotably. The third member support may be supported by the pair of panels and another support structure. A set of equations define the most preferable shapes of the slots including an upper curved surface opposite a lower generally straighter surface with consideration of several sources of relaxation from a geometric description of the most preferable shapes. To insure a conforming capture of the supported structures, the respective slots or cut-outs may be covered with a resilient covering.

Abstract: A shower storage caddy is provided that includes a frame with a top portion, a bottom portion, and two longitudinally extending sides extending therebetween. One or more trays are supported by at least a portion of the frame, each tray extending outward from the frame; and one or more removable baskets are configured to removably fit in one or more of the one or more trays. The baskets being removable allows for transporting the baskets and cleaning the baskets. The baskets have a drainage stop configured to drain fluid while in one of the trays and prevent fluid drainage when removed from one of the trays. Other features of the shower storage caddy include a pivoting hook for hanging the caddy, a flip-out base for supporting the caddy on the floor, movable suction cups for securing the caddy, and various shelves and hooks for holding items.

The skeleton structure further includes an internal bracket that has a first end coupled to the first end bracket adjacent a rear end of the first end bracket, and a second end coupled to the second end bracket adjacent a rear end of the second end bracket. Abstract: In one embodiment there is provided a mounting bracket for use with a container. The container has a wall extending from a bottom to an upper edge and has a mounting flange extending outwardly from a portion of the wall. The mounting flange includes an outer surface with a terminal edge leading to upper and lower edges and a pair of distal sides. The mounting bracket has a support side positionable towards the wall of the container. The support side includes a notched section with a base extending outwardly from the support side and a pair of lateral faces extending outwardly and away from edges of the base. Each lateral face includes a member positioned along a portion thereof and which extends towards the other member in a tapering edge such that the sides of the mounting flange are captured between the support side and the extending members.

Abstract: A carrier plate for pharmaceutical containers, in particular syringes bottles, or ampoules, includes a receiving region that has a plurality of through-openings for receiving the pharmaceutical containers. The receiving region includes a handling region that defines a base plane for handling the carrier plate, in particular for engaging on the carrier plate and/or for supporting same, having a top face that functions as a pressure side under a load and a lower face that functions as a tension side. A structural member for increasing the rigidity of the carrier plate is also provided that includes at least one box profiled region between at least two through-openings on the upper face of the carrier plate.

Abstract: Methods and systems for modular fuel storage and transportation are provided. In an embodiment, a fuel storage system includes one or more fuel containers each supported by a fuel container support assembly. The fuel storage system may be mounted to a transportation device such as a vehicle or used in a stand-alone fashion. Each support assembly may include a plurality of detachable end support members such as end support members configured to support the end portions of the fuel container and side support members configured to support the body portion of the fuel container. Some of the end support members may include neck grooves such that when the end support members are coupled, the neck grooves form an enclosure around the neck portion of the fuel container. In an embodiment, the support assembly is configured to facilitate release of excess pressure in the fuel container.

Abstract: A display fixture includes a support assembly mounted to a pair of uprights on a display unit and has a pair of arms having upper surfaces that directly attach to the uprights and a crossbar extending between proximal ends of the pair of arms. The upper surfaces are oriented at a first angle from the uprights. The display fixture also includes at least one loose item display assembly mounted to the crossbar and includes a collar and a mounting bracket. The collar has an inner diameter that defines a central opening for receiving a container. The mounting bracket is fixedly attached to a back of the collar at a proximal end and removably coupled to the crossbar of the support assembly with a distal clip. An upper surface of the collar is oriented at a second angle relative to upper surfaces of the pair of arms of the support assembly.

The at least one first tester product assembly has a base and a cover. The cover includes a hinge component. The base is located in the tester product receptacle of the shelf. The elongated channel is coupled to the shelf and is configured to receive and retain the hinge component of the cover such that the cover is rotatable about a back edge of the base of the at least one first tester product assembly.

Abstract: A device for supporting a plurality of flexible containers for liquid, including a plurality of baskets, each containing at least one of the flexible containers, a magazine to receive the baskets, able to adopt an operating configuration in which the baskets are disposed inclined one above the other, which magazine includes supports for the baskets, able to adopt a loading/unloading position such that each basket can be loaded/unloaded along a horizontal path, and able to adopt an operating position to maintain each basket in an inclined position to make the magazine adopt the operating configuration, and a driver for driving the supports between the loading/unloading position and the operating position.

Abstract: A rigid stand holds bag-in-box containers of liquid to be dispensed from an outlet near the bottom of the container. A platform suspends the containers above a support surface high enough so that the outlet is at least 12 centimeters above the support surface for a cup or glass to fit under the outlet. The stand includes a base panel for sitting on the support surface. Upstanding from first and second sides of the base panel are two wall panels. The platform affixed to each wall panel holds the platform at an angle of at least eight degrees from the base panel. Upstanding from the lower edge of the platform is a ridge that extends upwardly enough to hold the box from sliding forward but low enough to not interfere with dispensing.

Abstract: Kit for assembling a rectangular rigid support structure including a pair of vertical support rails and an upper spacer and a base spacer. The two spacers are rigidly attachable to and space apart the pair of vertical support rails. The spacers have spacer ends with integrally formed inter-engagement arrangements for mechanical inter-engagement with and attachment to the support rails. The inter-engagement arrangements include one or more integrally formed projections intended for insertion into the support rails. The spacers in the kit each have two pieces that can be rigidly assembled together.

Abstract: Systems, methods and devices for processing coins are presented herein. A coin processing system is disclosed which includes a housing with a coin input area for receiving a batch of coins, a controller with a communication interface operatively attached to the housing, and a coin processing unit for counting, discriminating, and/or valuing coins received from the coin input area. The coin processing system also includes a mobile coin receptacle removably disposed within the housing and configured to receive coins from the coin processing unit. The mobile coin receptacle is configured to wirelessly communicate information to the communication interface of the controller. The mobile coin receptacle can include one or more electrical contacts that mate with one or more electrical contacts on the housing to wirelessly communicate the information.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a lyophilized reagent, including mounting a plurality of reagent cartridges in which a liquid reagent is loaded in a tray including one or more tunnel-shaped first rails having opened end portions in a lengthwise direction and an opening formed in the top of the one or more first rails; closing the opened end portions, placing the tray in a lyophilizer and lyophilizing the liquid reagent according to a lyophilizing program.

Abstract: Described herein are a robotic distribution apparatus, system and method. The robotic distribution system may include a Package Delivery Kiosk (PDK), associated front end and back end package delivery management systems, portals for the consumer and the retailer, portals for the common carrier, sender, and recipient, a package inventory management system, integrated retailer access, a real and automated retailer bidding system and a kiosk for distribution. The PDK includes a distribution kiosk and shelving system. The kiosk and shelving system includes configurable shelves and dividers to enable access to the packages. The shelving system handles packages from a robotic placement mechanism and includes shelves that have receiving apertures. The shelving system further includes dividers that fit into the receiving apertures. Each of the dividers has a receiving slot that allows a robotic gripper arm to grab or handle a package with respect to a slot between a pair of dividers.

Abstract: An exhibiting rack for loading a billboard or bulletin board is disclosed. The rack includes a fixed frame and a movable frame. The movable frame is mounted by a board to be exhibited and linearly slidable against the fixed frame. The movable frame is disposed on the fixed frame and an extension stem is disposed therebetween. A fixed end and action end of the extension stem are connected to the fixed frame and movable frame, respectively. The extension stem exerts a force on the movable frame to support the movable frame with a board to a desired height.

Abstract: A cargo rack for transferring loads between a marine vessel and an offshore marine platform provides a frame having a front, a rear, and upper and lower end portions. The lower end of the frame has a perimeter beam base, a raised floor and a pair of open-ended parallel fork tine tubes or sockets that communicate with the perimeter beam at the front and rear of the frame, preferably being structurally connected thereto. The frame includes a plurality of fixed side walls extending upwardly from the perimeter beam that include at least left and right side walls. A plurality of gates are movably mounted on the frame at least at the front and rear of the frame, the gates enabling a forklift to place loads on the floor. The frame has vertically extending positioning beams or lugs that segment the raised floor into a plurality of load-holding positions.

Abstract: The invention is a dish rack for accommodating oversized containers in an automated dish machine. The rack includes a generally porous base surrounded by upstanding sidewalls and at least a pair of notches in one sidewall or opposing sidewalls configured for receiving an edge of the an oversized container. One form of the invention includes a wire framework having a base and one or more stanchions that extend generally upwardly from the base. The notches and wire framework are configured for supporting an oversized container at an angled position within an automated dish machine to inhibit spray from being directed out of the dish machine.

Abstract: A stemware holder for a dishwashing rack has a central shaft. The stemware holder also has a holding portion that has a stemware receiving area defined by a first set of prongs and extends from the central shaft in a first direction. The first set of prongs is adapted to hold a portion of a piece of stemware in the receiving area. The stemware holder further has a securing portion that has a dishwasher rack receiving area defined by a second set of prongs and extends from the central shaft in a second direction that is at an angle from the first direction. The second set of prongs is adapted to receive a portion of the dishwasher rack and secure the stemware holder to the dishwashing rack.

Abstract: A carousel rack assembly is provided with a plurality of carriages coupled together end-to-end for rotation. Each carriage includes a plurality of spice compartments. Adjacent carriages can be coupled in a first position wherein the spice container compartments are aligned or in a second position wherein the spice container compartments are offset. When the compartments are aligned into adjacent carriages, a tall spice container or two short spice containers can be held in the aligned compartments. When the compartments of adjacent carriages are offset, a small spice container can be held in each offset compartment.

Abstract: A tower pantry includes a guide mechanism mounted on a bottom of an opened space inside a refrigerating room and a basket attached to the guide mechanism and configured to move forward and backward on the first guide mechanism. The tower pantry also includes frames that are fastened to corners of the first basket and that vertically extend from the first basket. The tower pantry further includes a frame cover fastened on the frames and defining a space that accommodates a large-size beverage container.

Abstract: An automated staining system and a reagent container designed for use with the automated staining apparatus. The reagent container includes a reagent containment section capable of containing a volume of a reagent. The reagent containment section includes an upper wall and a base wall that are spaced apart along an axis. The base wall includes a well having a nadir that is aligned axially with an access opening in the upper wall so that a reagent probe entering the opening parallel to the axis will travel toward the nadir. In another aspect of the invention, the reagent container may include a two-dimensional data element containing reagent information. The staining apparatus may include one removable drawer for holding reagent containers and another removable drawer holding slides.

Abstract: A foldable holder for a beverage container comprises a fastening plate, a supporting ring coupled pivotably to the fastening plate, a holding bracket coupled pivotably to the fastening plate, and a supporting plate coupled pivotably to the holding bracket. The supporting ring and the holding bracket share a pivot axis extending from the fastening plate. The supporting plate is coupled to a remote end of the holding bracket so as to be pivotable counter to a pivoting direction of the supporting ring. The holding bracket and the supporting plate are disposed radially within the supporting ring when folded into a retracted state.

Abstract: A bin system including a bin support frame and a bin. The lain support frame for supporting the bin and selectively mounting to a. support member, including a shoulder member, a retaining member, a body member, and a shelf. The shoulder member is configured to selectively secure to the support member. The retainer member projects from the shoulder member and is complimentarily configured with a retainer slot of the bin, wherein selectively inserting the retainer member into the retainer slot of the bin retains the bin on the shoulder member. The body member extends from the shoulder member. The shelf is spaced from the retainer member a distance corresponding to the distance between the retainer slot of the bin and a bottom of the bin. Further, the shelf extends transverse from the body member and is configured to support the bottom of the bin when the bin is retained on the retainer member of the shoulder.

Abstract: An interlocking assembly of two generally rectangular panel pairs hinged to each other with one edge of each of the panels including a plurality of recess cut-outs aligned adjacent matching cut-outs in an adjacent edge of the other panel of the respective panel pair in which dishes can be engaged in a cantilevered manner. A telescoping handle extends across the two generally rectangular panel pairs to select the degree of the hinged articulation between the panels of the two generally rectangular panel pairs. To insure a conforming capture of the dishes the respective cut-outs may be covered with a resilient covering.

Abstract: An interlocking assembly of two generally rectangular panels with one of each of their edges aligned proximately to each other at a generally orthogonal engagement, each of the panels including a plurality of matching recess cut-outs in the adjacent edges in which dishes can be engaged in a cantilevered manner. Each of the cut-outs is shaped to include a convex curvature in its lower edge which is opposed by a spaced, generally matching convolution in the upper edge to serve respectively as a large diameter fulcrum to cooperate with an off-set periphery engaging opposing surface between which the dish is captured. To insure a conforming capture the cut-out edges may be covered with a resilient covering.

At least one of the support frames is configured to move relative to the other support frame. Each support frame comprises at least one container support configured to engage a portion of the side wall of a container disposed between the support frames The container carrier also includes a resilient biasing mechanism that is coupled to the base plate and the at least one support frame, and is configured to urge the at least one support frame towards the other support frame.

Abstract: Discussed herein is a shelf assembly that allows efficient discharge and collection of fluids out of fluid containers. In embodiments, the shelf assembly includes one or more racks that allow for placement of fluid containers in an inverted position. The shelf assembly further includes a collecting tray adjacent to (e.g., below) each rack to collect the fluids dripping out of the racks. The collecting tray discharges the fluids from the tray to a discharge station via outlets and/or connecting spouts. The discharge station allows for collection of the discharged fluids and subsequent disposal of the discharge. Such disposal is in accordance with EPA or other local regulations.
