Abstract: The present invention discloses a wet wipe cover with convenient wipe drawing opening, which is used on a wet wipe packaging bag body. The wet wipe cover with convenient wipe drawing opening comprises a cover body and an upper cover, wherein the cover body is provided with a through hole in which an elastic sealing cover is arranged; and the elastic sealing cover is provided with a cutting groove from the bottom upwards, and the cutting groove does not penetrate through the upper surface of the elastic sealing cover. When the sealing cover is stressed, the elastic sealing cover bulges upwards or downwards, and a small-caliber wipe drawing opening is cracked on the upper surface of the sealing cover corresponding to the cutting groove; and when the cover is not stressed, the paper extraction opening recovers to a closed state under the action of the elastic force.

Flanges for holding the paper within the opening, and for allowing easy insertion of paper into the housing, are also provided.

The system can be designed to provide the elemental iodine in more than one potency concentration through the use of a metering valve and different travel routes for the elemental iodine out of the second housing.

The tissue roll dispenser may contain at least one vertically stacked column of tissue rolls that are gravity fed through the dispenser. For instance, the dispenser may include an opening towards the base of the dispenser for dispensing the tissue rolls. In one embodiment, the opening may be covered by a plastic film that defines a slit. The slit may have a size sufficient to allow the tissue rolls to be dispensed therethrough. The plastic film may be used to protect the tissue rolls from dust, dirt and wetness.

An activating device facilitates rupturing of the microencapsulated delivery vehicles as the wet wipe is removed from a wet wipe container to allow contact between the temperature change agent and the aqueous solution of the wet wipe to thereby dispense a warm wet wipe. In another embodiment the wet wipe in the container has an aqueous solution. A lotion having the microencapsulated delivery vehicles is disposed in a lotion container free from contact with the wet wipe. An applicator in communication with the lotion is operable to apply the lotion to the wet wipe while the wet wipe is disposed at least in part within the wet wipe container.

The holder portion is formed as a separate element which can be snapped into the container. The two sheets are hinged at the bottom. Behind the holder portion is a catching container fixed to the holder portion and to the wall such that medication expelled from the blisters through the openings by a manually movable punch is caught in the catching container. A bottom wall of the catching container converges the medications to a bottom chute with a manually movable press lever operating a flap valve to discharge the medications into a cup. A front door covers the holder and the blister pack and contains a receptacle for the punch.
