The components of the portable urinal are useful for mitigating odor and directing fluid to dampen sound. The funnel of the portable urinal can be aligned to direct fluid toward the internal diverting features to dampen the sound of fluid flowing into the reservoir.

Abstract: A beverage system can include a pitcher and at least one coaster. The pitcher can contain a quantity of a beverage and extend along a vertical axis between an upwardly-facing opening at the top and a first closed end. The pitcher can also include a base portion having a second wall defining a downwardly-facing opening. The base portion can also include a second closed end adjacent to the first closed end. The at least one coaster can be selectively engageable with the base portion and thereby positionable inside the base portion.

An automated food making apparatus can include: a carousel; a dispensing apparatus shared among a plurality of canisters on the carousel, wherein at least one canister includes a paddle; and wherein the dispensing apparatus is configured to rotate the canister's paddle to dispense ingredients stored in the canister. A mouth extends upward from an upper end of the shoulder portion. A mid portion connects the upper peripheral wall to the lower peripheral wall. The mid portion includes a constant radius for more than half of a circumference of the mid portion. The constant radius extends from the upper peripheral wall to the lower peripheral wall. The mid portion further includes an upper band adjacent the upper peripheral wall and a lower band adjacent the lower peripheral wall. Each of the upper band and the lower band have the constant radius about their entire circumferences.

Abstract: Disclosed is a liquid pitcher that is specifically designed to be stackable. The present invention comprises a beverage pitcher for storing liquid with an internal handle and optionally with a pouring spout. The internal handle is a handle that is housed within the body of the liquid pitcher rather than protruding from the body of the liquid pitcher. The internal handle allows the pitcher to support the base of a subsequent pitcher placed within the first pitcher interior. The handle does not protrude from the body of the liquid pitcher and does not sacrifice any structural integrity because it has two points of attachment, which is an upgrade over currently available stackable liquid pitchers, whose handles largely only have a single point of attachment.

Abstract: A fuel container includes sealed vessel having a pivoting spout assembly and fill nozzle assembly and a locking assembly. The container provides storage and dispensing of fuels without a user having to manually remove any caps. The spout assembly pivots closed and automatically seals when not in use. An air vent is built into the locking assembly to allow air to enter the vessel only during filling or dispensing, thereby effectively containing fumes within.

Abstract: A normally-closed pour spout is operable to pour fluid from a container to a receptacle. The normally-closed pour spout includes a fluid conduit and a valve. The fluid conduit has proximal and distal ends, with the proximal end being fluidly connectable to the container and the distal end being configured for fluid association with the receptacle. The fluid conduit forms a passageway configured to pass fluid therethrough and fluidly communicate with the container and the receptacle. The valve is operably assembled with the fluid conduit so that the valve controls fluid flow through the passageway.

The flap includes a closing apparatus to releasably retain the flap in the closed position. The tear strip is removable and is coupled to the flap and the skirt.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a personal hydration system includes a fluid reservoir having first and second spaced apart apertures. A first port is coupled to the first aperture, and a second port is coupled to the second aperture. A flexible tube has a first end that is coupled to the second port for communication with an interior of the fluid reservoir. The personal hydration system further includes a handle having a first end coupled to the first port, and a second end coupled to the second port. A channel near the second end of the handle extends over at least a portion of the first end of the tube and thereby captures the first end of the tube between the channel and the fluid reservoir.

Abstract: A product and method for sealing cracks in pavements, roofs, or the like utilizes a can containing a tar sealant. The tar sealant is a solid at room temperature and assumes a fluid state pourable from the can when the tar sealant is heated in the can to a temperature above the melting temperature of the tar sealant. A spout and handle that can withstand the heat are fitted to the can for pouring the melted tar sealant in a fluid state from the can into a crack to be sealed.

Abstract: A flexible bag for containing a product comprises a dispensing portion, a panel forming a first compartment for containing the product and forming a second compartment that is separate from the first compartment, and an elongated grip disposed at least in part in the second compartment. A texture is on the exterior surface of the base, whereby the texture enhances a user's ability to grip the base when the base is inverted. The seal interconnects the top of the base and the lid and allows the lid to be peeled away from the top of the base.

Abstract: A container to receive liquid fuel is provided. The container includes a major sub-chamber to receive the fuel, and a measuring chamber that would typically receive an oil to be mixed with the fuel. A throat joins the sub-chambers to enable mixing of the fuel.

Abstract: An inventive pouring spout that is selectively attachable to a container and fitted to the opening of the container with which it is used. In a preferred embodiment, the pouring spout is fitted to the dimensions of a one-quart container and includes a wall, a sealing member, a mouth and a handle. The handle is connected to the wall with a hinge that enables the handle to pivot away from the container to allow the sealing member to be appropriately positioned while the container rests flat on a surface. After the sealing member is in place, the handle is then pivoted back in position to securely hold the container. The handle includes a plurality of upwardly extending projections adapted to securely engage the bottom rim of the container. Furthermore, thermoplastic material is applied at the handle area forming a handle cover that is comfortable and easy to grip.

Abstract: A combination rinse pitcher, particularly for rinsing shampoo from the head of a child during “bath time.” A main container body is made of relatively rigid material, and has a bottom and a plurality of main body sidewalls. A lip element is attached to the main container body and defines a rim of the rinse pitcher. The lip element is made of a relatively soft material which is sufficiently flexible such that at least a first portion of the rim can conform to the shape of the child's forehead. The first portion of the rim can be pressed against the child's forehead forming a seal to prevent poured water from flowing down the forehead of the child. A second one of the lip element sidewalls has apertures through which water can be poured to provide a shower-like flow.

Abstract: Described is an improved pouring bottle having an ergonomic enclosed handle with a thumb pad and an alignment nub that allows accurate venting through the vented enclosed handle when pouring through the dispensing opening. The vented handle may be separated from the bottle container interior at the neck by a solid web and fluidly connected to the bottle container interior on the bottle side surface.

Abstract: A grasping device for grasping structures such as, for example, containers and bottles. The device facilitates the dexterous handling of these structures that otherwise would often require significant strength, gross and fine motor skill to manage, and especially to dispense the contents of in a controlled manner. The device may also facilitate one-handed operation, and may leave the second hand free to perform other tasks, such as, for example, securing a target container.

Abstract: A plastic container and closure and method of making the same. The container can include a solid bottom end, an outer sidewall extending from the solid bottom end, and a neck portion extending from the outer sidewall to create an open end of the container. The neck portion may have a spout portion having an aperture formed therein. The spout portion can be inverted to form a flange receptacle. The closure can include a sealing portion which includes a first receptacle, a spring portion that includes a second receptacle, and a planar center area configured in the center of the closure and extending inward from the spring portion. The container may be filled with a product and the closure secured to the container, over the open end, to create a primary seal and a secondary seal. When the closure is secured to the container, the spring portion can exert a sealing pressure against the neck portion of the container to create the primary seal.

Abstract: A divot mix dispenser having an annular body sized to mate with a holder mounted to a golf cart. The body includes a spout located at the upper end of the body with the spout having an opening offset from a centerline of the container through which the divot mix flows out of the dispenser. The lower end of the body defines an inlet for removable attachment with a cap so that the cap can be removed to fill the dispenser with divot mix and attached to secure the divot mix within the dispenser.
