    Abstract: A fastening arrangement with a clip body, a fastening device and a panel is provided, with the clip body having a retainer for the fastening device, the clip body being fastenable to the panel which has fastening and positioning openings so that the clip body can be positioned on the panel by a stop of a positioning element on an edge of the positioning opening. The positioning opening has a size which allows the clip body with the fastening device held thereon to be passed at least partially therethrough, the positioning element bearing at least partially against the edge of the positioning opening and the positioning element at the same time being or being connected to a locking element which makes contact with the panel on a side facing away from the retainer. The locking element is arranged opposite the retainer. A clip body and clip are also provided.

    Abstract: A fixing clamp for connection of sheets with different expansion properties and is thus installed in a rectangular opening of a support plate. The fixing clamp includes a rectangular baseplate and a threaded sleeve in the center. Transverse webs are bent in the same direction as the threaded sleeve on a front transverse edge. Two clamping legs are bent away from the sleeve, parallel to the baseplate. A further clamping leg is bent upwards on the opposing rear transverse edge in the same direction as the front clamping leg. Spring webs are cut into the baseplate on both sides of the threaded sleeve and bent at an angle in the same direction as the clamping legs. The spring webs are bent with the end regions thereof reaching the baseplate, whereby a separation “A” between the end regions and the transverse webs on the front clamping leg is of such a size that the spring webs extend into the opening when the front clamping legs are situated on the longitudinal edge of the opening.

The fingers flex inwardly to permit insertion of the anchor through the bore from an accessible side of the panel. Subsequent rotation of the shank clamps the panel between the head and anchor.

The mounting system comprises a U-shaped strip of resiliently deformable metal whose opposing sides define a U-shaped recess for receiving the upwardly directed flange of the fender, as well as a fastener assembly for fastening the mounting flange of the trim to the clamping member that includes a threaded stud, one end of which is connected to a first side of the U-shaped strip of metal forming the clamping member. When the free end of the stud is inserted through one of the slots in the trim, and a nut is threadedly engaged to the stud, the mounting flange of the trim is secured to the clamping member.
