Abstract: A display device includes a backplate and a supporting member. The backplate has a positioning hole formed thereon. The positioning hole includes a first area and a second area arranged along a first direction; an average width of the second area in a direction perpendicular to the first direction is smaller than an average width of the first area in the direction perpendicular to the first direction. The supporting member includes a base, a positioning shaft and an engaging protrusion disposed on a bottom face of the base, wherein the positioning shaft includes an axle and a flange portion connected to an end of the axle. The flange portion passes through the first area so that the axle extends into the positioning hole; when the axle moves along the first direction to the second area, the flange portion interferes with a periphery of the second area, the engaging protrusion contacts against an inner wall of the first area to prevent the axle from moving back to the first area.

Abstract: The reading stand includes a base, a book support adjustably mounted to the base, a timer module disposed on the book support, and a multimedia player disposed on one side of the book support. The book support can be horizontally adjusted with respect to the base in order to accommodate larger books and reading material and vertically adjusted for user comfort. Additionally, the book support can be adjustably tilted to various angles for setting a comfortable viewing angle for the user. The timer helps the reader to keep track of the reader's reading skills and progress, while the multimedia player can be used to listen to lessons from digital media, such as a compact disc.

Abstract: A wall-mounted device (1) which ensures easy confirmation of the mounting of a to-be-mounted-on-wall object on a wall surface or the like, and can prevent the to-be-mounted-on-wall object from falling off, and a timepiece having the device are provided. First, an attachment fitting (30) is fixed to the wall surface or the like by screws. Then, a hook part (30a) of the attachment fitting (30) is hooked on a hanging part (13) of the wall-mounted device (1) while deforming an elastic plate member (10) inward. When deformation of the elastic plate member (10) is released, vibration occurs together with generation of a light impact sound at the time the elastic plate member returns from the deformed state to the original state. With a first bent part (10a) of the elastic plate member (10) being in abutment with the hook part (30a) of the attachment fitting (30), the to-be-mounted-on-wall object is mounted on the wall surface or the like.

Abstract: A display device with a document holding function includes a main body and an elongated rod. The elongated rod, which is pivotally connected to an edge of the main body, is swiveled relative to the main body, and selectively laid against or perpendicular to the edge of the main body. A curved wall extends from the elongated rod. A curved clip is pivotally connected to the elongated rod, and rotatable to be selectively laid against or away from the curved wall. When the curved clip is laid against the curved wall, a document is clamped between the curved clip and the curved wall.

Abstract: A mounting apparatus for use with a parameter measuring device includes a stem extending from an outer casing of the parameter measuring device, where the stem includes an internally threaded opening. A mounting plate having an integral barrel formed thereon cooperates with the measuring device wherein the mounting plate abuts the outer casing and the integral barrel surrounds the stem. A mounting bar is secured to a distal end of the integral barrel wherein the mounting bar serves to attach the measuring device to an external surface. Finally, a threaded fastener is threadedly received within the internally threaded opening of the stem for securing the mounting bar and the mounting plate to the measuring device.

Abstract: A tiltable and height- adjustable seat for a vehicle with three doors, said seat comprising two front racks, two rear racks, two front pinions cooperating with the front racks, two rear pinions cooperating with the rear racks, two cross-rods respectively fastening the two front pinions and the two rear pinions and supporting the sitting portion and an actuating knob connected angularly to one at least of the pairs of pinions. The tilting axle of the seat is rigidly connected to the base and to the backrest, the front racks are mounted pivotably around an axle joined rigidly to the base, the rear axles are fast to the backrest and the axle of the two front pinions is joined to the axle of the two rear pinions by a rigid cross-piece.

Abstract: A display unit for jewelry articles of substantially circular shape is disclosed comprising a small plate which is fabricated with a band or strip. This band is cut out from a strip of flexible material possessing good elasticity. At the small plate there is formed an opening or slot or the like to allow for the passage of the jewelry article which is to be displayed, for instance a bracelet, wrist watch, necklace or ring. In this manner, the small plate is located outside the ring or annular body formed by the jewelry article where it can serve to support the most different data concerning this jewelry article, and the band or strip is wrapped-up around the interior of the jewelry article. Owing to its elasticity, the band or strip supports the jewelry article which, if necessary, can then be set on a shelf of a display window.
