The translator includes a first permanent magnet arrangement with an axial magnetization. The stator includes a second permanent magnet arrangement radially surrounding the first permanent magnet arrangement. The stator includes a third permanent magnet arrangement that is coaxially below the first permanent magnet arrangement and that has an axial magnetization aligned in inverse fashion with respect to the axial magnetization of the first permanent magnet arrangement. The stator includes a magnetic body arrangement that is coaxially above the first permanent magnet arrangement. The first permanent magnet arrangement, the second permanent magnet arrangement, the third permanent magnet arrangement and the magnetic body arrangement form a magnetic unit and, in interaction with one another, form a compensating force that counteracts the weight acting on the translator.

Abstract: [Problem] To provide a safety device for a sliding door with which finger pinching can be automatically prevented without manually operating a stopper, and which can be smoothly closed without a resistance that acts when closing the sliding door. [Solution] A safety device for a sliding door is provided with a guide frame 11 and a feed plate 12 that are mounted on the opening side and the sliding door side, respectively, so as to face each other. A low-speed movement groove 38a and a lock groove 38b are provided on the guide frame 11 side. A contact face 12c that is inclined to contact a disk roller is provided on the feed plate 12 side. In addition, when the feed plate 12 collides with the disk roller 14 at a force stronger than or equal to a prescribed value, the shaft 14b of the disk roller 14 is moved from inside the low-speed movement groove 38a to inside the lock groove 38b and the movement of the disk roller 14 in the left-right direction is locked.

Fasteners such as turn buttons or flex tabs may be altered into a locked state to secure the stack and the bracket in the rabbet so that the frame can be hung for display of the display item.

The lid assembly reduces the risk for damaging the glass top section, such that there will be a reduced risk of breaking the glass if the lid suffers from a heavy impact. Also there is a reduced risk of scratching the glass material from underneath since the glass top section is cushioned against the supporting frame underneath at a central area of the glass top section.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for hanging objects on a supporting wall includes a bracket with an outwardly extending shelf for supporting engagement with the object. A flange extends upwardly from the bracket and is secured by a fastener to the object. A marking device is removably mounted in an aperture formed in the bracket and has a sharp marking element extending therefrom. After the bracket is attached to the object by the fasteners and the marking element is positioned in the aperture, the object is pressed against the supporting wall at the desired hanging location whereupon the marking element marks the wall at the correct location for installing the hanging hardware. After the hanging hardware is installed at the marked locations, it is subsequently received in the bracket aperture after the marking element is removed therefrom to hang the object on the hanging hardware.

Abstract: A system for securing a maintaining an article, such as a picture frame, in a desired position on a vertical surface, such as a wall, is disclosed. The system comprises a first bracket and a second bracket. The first bracket has a first part of a pivot and includes at least one projecting nub. The second bracket has a second part of the pivot and at least one divot that are each cooperative with one of the at least one projecting nubs. In use, the first and second brackets are each fixed to either a rear surface of the article proximate a top edge thereof, or to the vertical surface. Each nub of the first bracket engages the cooperative divot of the second bracket when the article is in the desired position on the vertical surface. When jarred, the article pivots back and forth about the pivot until each nub becomes re-engaged with its cooperative divot, by gravity, to bring the article back into the desired position.

A spacer seats against the second pair of bushings and is attached to the load by fasteners which extend through the spacer and bushings into the load. An anchor is mounted to the wall where the load is to be hung. After the load is assembled with the glass plate, the hanger seats on the anchor to easily mount the load onto the wall.

Abstract: A display magnetic hanger system provides a hanger support that may be repeatedly attached and removed at desired locations on a structure using a remote installation tool to install the hanger support and to install items for display on the hanger support. The installation of the hanger support is to a pre-installed magnet location marker at the desired location(s) on a structure. The desired location may be out of reach of the user desiring to display an item but the system and display item is easily installed using the long-handled remote installation tool.
