Abstract: A vibration reduction device includes: a rod rigid body supported between an engine and a vehicle body via respective elastic bodies, a resonance frequency of which is set to be lower than an engine rigid body resonance frequency; an elastic component that is provided on the rod rigid body and caused to deform by a force acting in an axial direction of the rod rigid body; an inertial mass supported by the elastic component; and an actuator that causes the inertial mass to reciprocate in the axial direction of the rod rigid body by generating a force that is proportionate to an axial direction velocity of the rod rigid body. As a result, resonance itself can be suppressed without reducing a double vibration proofing effect.

  • Patent number: 8814151
Abstract: In an antivibration device (1), a partition plate (45) includes a main partition plate (46) made of an elastic material interposed between a protruding portion (60) and a support portion (54), and a reinforcement member (47) which is buried in the main partition plate (46) and is configured of a hard body that is harder than the main partition plate (46). The main partition plate (46) divides a main liquid chamber (9A) and a sub-liquid chamber (9B), and blocks the opening end of the hard member (50). A space surrounded by the hard member (50) and the main partition plate (46) constitutes a restriction passage (10). In the main partition plate (46), a communication portion (42) that penetrates therethrough in an axial direction and causes the main liquid chamber (9A) and the restriction passage (10) to communicate is formed. The reinforcement member (47) is disposed to surround the peripheral edge of the communication portion (42) in the main partition plate (46).

  • Patent number: 8794608
Abstract: To provide a vibration isolation apparatus which prevents a vibration isolation leg from being pushed by a resin material injected in a resin molding process and to prevent generation of resin burrs. Because a rubber notch is formed in a first molding product, when the first molding product is placed in a resin mold in an insert molding process, the pressure of the flowing resin material injected in the resin mold through the injection gate can be relieved and thus first wall covering rubber parts may be less pushed by the resin material. This reduces positional deviation of a vibration isolation leg and sealing errors caused by deformation of the first wall covering rubber parts, and thus generation of resin burrs can be suppressed.
