In another aspect of the present invention, a single electric motor selectively actuates two or three intermittent rotary motion mechanisms thereby causing separate mechanical devices coupled thereto to operate within an automotive vehicle.

    Abstract: A slam latch is provided which includes a housing which receives a planar slide which is movable between an extended position and a retracted position. A spring biases the slide toward the extended position. The housing forms a part of a divider which is hingedly mounted to a trailer body to form compartments in the trailer. Preferably, the housing is made of metal, and the slide is made of plastic. The housing has a hole in each side of the housing allowing access to the slide. Preferably, the slide includes a hole therethrough defining a hand slot. The trailer body includes a receiver post which receives the end of the slide in the extended position to latch the divider in place. Preferably, the receiver post has a continuous cross-section from floor to ceiling and is flush with the wall of the trailer body.

    Abstract: A locking means for locking the rear doors of a truck trailer in closed position while providing suitable resistance to unauthorized entry. First and second pipes are mounted in an aligned relationship on the rear doors of a truck trailer and a third pipe is inserted into the first and second pipes. A hollow elongated body covers a depending segment secured to the third pipe and locking means are attached to the segment. The third pipe has a non-connected pipe housed therein which pipe is readily rotatable and functions to prevent the complete sawing of the third pipe.

    Abstract: The sunroof structure basically comprises a sunroof which is preferably constructed of a plexiglass or acrylic material and a preferably rectangular frame which is suitably supported from the vehicle roof structure and which defines an opening which the sunroof covers. The sunroof is of the pop-out type and a plurality of fasteners secure the sunroof in place to cover the opening. A peripheral gasket, which is preferably attached to the sunroof, provides a seal between the sunroof and the vehicle roof. The sunroof may be either completely removed or can be partially opened by pivoting the sunroof and supporting preferably its back edge by means of a pivotal support arm.
