Abstract: An apparatus used in a cooking pot and holding up to thirteen small-to-large chicken eggs for the purpose of steaming the eggs until cooked. The apparatus has a bottom surface with six lower egg supports and one center egg support. Six additional upper egg supports are located radially and alternatingly between six perimeter wall sections. The bottom surface is elevated on legs that allow a small volume of water to be placed under it and heated to steam the eggs. The perimeter walls extend upwardly from the bottom surface above eggs seated on the lower egg supports, each wall section having a beginning slicing guide slot aligned with the centers of seated eggs. Finishing slicing guide slots also extend through the center egg support and each of the lower egg supports to allow a slicing device inserted into the vertically-extending slicing guide slots to cut peeled eggs in half.

Abstract: An egg carrier of the present disclosure has a housing that has an external surface and disposed in the surface of the housing are a plurality of openings. Additionally, the egg carrier has a plurality of receptacles, and each receptacle is accessible by one of the plurality of openings. Further, each receptacle has an oval-shaped internal wall forming an oval-shaped cavity for receiving an egg.

Abstract: A cleanup device having a first board having a first edge, a second board having a first edge, a first hinge attached to the first edge of the first board and the first edge of the second board, an aperture defined by a portion of the first edge of the first board and a portion of the first edge of the second board, a first plate slidably attached to the first board, wherein the first plate is movable from a first, open position where the aperture is open to a second, closed position where the first plate extends over at least a portion of the aperture, and wherein a top surface of the first board is movable towards a top surface of the second board to form a V-shaped surface for directing dirt or soil off of the first board and the second board.

The movable member engages the foodstuff. Multiple food handling devices may be mounted on a serving platter of a food service assembly.

Abstract: A food staging device particularly suited for shelled eggs, a method of storing shelled eggs, and a method of cooking shelled eggs are provided. The shelled egg staging device comprises an elongated body, individual receiving receptacles, a pour spout associated with each receiving receptacle, and a handle. The food staging device can be used to hold shelled eggs prior to cooking, for example. A method of storing shelled eggs in a shelled egg staging device is provided. A method of cooking the shelled eggs is provided and comprises containing shelled eggs in a food staging device and pouring the shelled eggs onto a cooking surface.

Abstract: Tools for inserting containers into ice are disclosed herein. An embodiment of a tool includes a first end and a second end. A ring is located proximate the first end. The ring has having a hole, wherein a container is receivable in the hole. The tool has a first state when no container is received in the hole and a second state when a container is received in the hole. At least one sheet extends between the ring and the second end, the sheet forms a substantially conical shape when the tool is in the first state and a less conical shape when the tool is in the second state. An opening is located proximate the second end, wherein the container exits the tool via the opening.

Abstract: A spatula device operable for handling heated foodstuffs and manipulate a baking pan or container providing a unique and convenient integrally operable cooling chamber for receiving, cooling, and removing the baking pan or container from a complementary toy oven. The spatula device automatically retains the baking pan or container in the cooling chamber when the baking pan or container is removed from the toy oven used in combination and is operable to manually release the baking pan or container from the cooling chamber when the device is manipulated by a user. The spatula device includes a handle and a cooling chamber coupled to a first end with the chamber having an access opening defined in a wall, and the chamber manufactured from a thermochromic material capable of changing color corresponding to the temperature of the chamber.
