Abstract: A pulse power supply device includes pulse power supplies each of which outputs a monopolar pulse voltage, and transformers. The transformers include primary windings, secondary windings, and tertiary windings, and one pulse power supply is connected to one primary winding on a one-to-one basis. The secondary windings are sequentially connected in series, and a load is connected to both ends of the secondary windings. The tertiary windings are sequentially connected in series, and a magnetic reset circuit is connected to both ends of the tertiary windings. The magnetic reset circuit includes a magnetic reset power supply and an impedance changing circuit that is for limiting an induced current that can be caused to flow by a voltage induced in the tertiary windings. An impedance changing circuit is configured to be able to change an impedance.

Abstract: An embodiment of an inductor assembly includes at least a first inductive loop with a first wire formed into a plurality of conductive windings around a first magnetic core section. The first magnetic core section includes at least a radially inner magnetic core portion with a first inner effective radius, Rin(1), and a radially outer magnetic core portion with a first outer effective radius, Rout(1). The radially inner magnetic core portion is formed from a first material having a first core maximum permeability value, Mmax(1). The radially outer magnetic core portion is formed from a second material having a first core minimum permeability value, Mmin(1), less than the first core maximum permeability value, Mmax(1). A single turn of each winding extends fully around both the first radially inner and outer core portions without passing between them.

Abstract: An ultraviolet (UV) laser image recorder, consisting of an argon laser operating in the ultraviolet, with frequency doubling, records on a processless electron recording medium (PERM) and can develop either red or blue coloration in PERM.
