The outdoor unit is further configured such that the at least one fan is configured to move air from the at least one air-inlet to the front air outlet or move air from front air outlet to the at least one air-inlet.

In the closed position, each louver panel of the plurality of louver panels is configured to permit airflow between an interior of the housing and an ambient environment. In the open position, each louver panel of the plurality of louver panels is configured to permit increased airflow between the interior of the housing and the ambient environment when the louver panel is in the open position.

In use, the water barrier system provides one or more barriers to prevent, or at least inhibit, water from entering the electrical panel, and/or to direct water, which has entered the electrical panel. The water barrier system may include one or more barriers extending from an interior surface of the electrical panel to block the migration of water, one or more weep holes in fluid communication with one or more channels to direct water that encounters or comes into contact with a top surface of the electrical panel, and/or one or more troughs to direct water that encounters or comes into contact with the top surface of the electrical panel.

Electrical control devices are mounted in the cabinet. A thick-film elastomeric coating is on an outer surface of the cabinet. The coating has a thickness of at least 0.6 mm to provide a monolithic bridging layer over holes, joints, gaps, seams and/or fasteners to prevent environmental contamination from penetrating the cabinet.

The system is primarily for providing water for outdoor applications in cold weather, such as flooding outdoor rinks but may also be used for other watering applications in warmer weather. The system includes a source of water connected to an underground hydrant with an above-ground hydrant valve and a heated enclosure with a floor and an opening in the floor through which the hydrant valve extends. The enclosure includes a hose, a heater, a water conduit extending from the hydrant valve to the hose, a first door for accessing the hydrant valve from outside of the enclosure and a second door for accessing the hose.

Abstract: Systems and methods for installing a compressed natural gas housing apparatus to a vehicle are disclosed. The housing apparatus is configured to be retrofitted to existing cab liners used on refuse vehicles. The complete installation of the housing apparatus and roof liner are disposed below the roofline of the refuse vehicle. The housing apparatus can be configured to contain a variable number of compressed natural gas tanks. The housing apparatus is installed such that the length of the gas pipeline and electrical wiring connected to the apparatus from the vehicle engine and controller is minimized. The location of housing apparatus provides the additional safety of minimizing the exposure of the gas tanks to falling debris or prevent possible contact with the compressed natural gas tanks being damaged as vehicle travels under bridges, other low objects, or contact in the event of a rollover accident.

Abstract: The present invention includes a water resistant outdoor storage cabinet for housing electronics equipment, telecommunications equipment or other water sensitive apparatus sought to be stored outdoors and protected from environmental elements such as extreme heat and cold, wind, snow weight, pest destruction and in particular water ingress. More specifically, the present invention is a double gasket system and complementary perimeter flange for water resistant outdoor storage cabinets that meet the water ingress testing requirements of NEBS GR-47-CORE by incorporating two gaskets around the perimeter of an access port in a storage cabinet and between the door and the storage cabinet.

The slider is moveable between a retracted position and an extended position for engaging the other one of the dome and the base. In one example embodiment, one of the slider and the housing includes multiple protrusions in contact with the other one of the slider and the housing. The protrusions inhibit surface contact between the slider and the housing. In another example embodiment, the slide lock assembly includes a gasket, seal and/or plug to inhibit ingress of debris into the slide lock assembly.

A locking mechanism is attached to the box and includes a lock bolted to either the lid or front sidewall of the bin. The outdoor storage device may be rented as a storage means for condo owners, resort or theme park patrons, beach or lake visitors, etc. Alternatively, the outdoor storage device may be portable and temporarily anchored in the sand or other surface.
