Abstract: A dishwasher includes a main body, a tub provided inside the main body and configured to form a washing chamber, a machine room formed under the tub, a drain hose configured to discharge washing water stored in the washing chamber, and a hose fixer disposed on a side surface of the tub and configured to fix at least a part of the drain hose, and the drain hose further includes a first coupler coupled to one side of the machine room and a second coupler coupled to the hose fixer, and the first coupler includes an insertion part provided to extend in a longitudinal direction of the first coupler to be inserted to the one side of the machine room to couple the first coupler to the one side of the machine room.

Abstract: A dishwasher water channel, which is integrated in a base of a dishwasher, is disclosed. The dishwasher water channel has a water distribution chamber, a flow guidance channel, and a spray arm. The flow guidance channel has one end communicating with the water distribution chamber and the other end communicating with the spray arm. The flow guidance channel extends from an outer wall of the water distribution chamber toward a rear end of the base and communicates with the spray arm at the rear end of the base. A spray arm seat is provided between the spray arm and the flow guidance channel and penetrates the base. The spray arm is connected to a top of the spray arm seat and located above the base to spray water out of the spray arm seat, and the flow guidance channel is connected to a bottom of the spray arm seat and located below the base.

Abstract: A mechanism for the door of a domestic electrical appliance, for example a dishwasher, is described. The mechanism includes a door latch for holding the door closed, a latch opener mechanism, an electrically controlled actuator for displacing the latch opener mechanism, a movably arranged pusher, and a spring device for providing a spring force which acts on the pusher. The latch opener mechanism functions such that, when the door is closed, it can be transferred from an inactive position into an active position while at least partially overcoming a holding-closed action of the door latch. The movably arranged pusher is separate from the latch opener mechanism and is decoupled therefrom in terms of movement. After the holding-closed action of the door latch has been overcome, the spring drive allows the door to be pushed open by the pusher.

Abstract: A front-loading washing machine includes a door frame, a latch, a door, a seal, and a striker. The latch is secured to the door frame. The door is rotatably secured to the door frame. The seal is disposed between the door and the door frame. The striker is secured to the door. The striker is configured to disengage the latch in a first configuration while the door is in a closed position such that a gap is formed between the door and the door frame to facilitate venting from an interior of the washing machine. The striker is configured to engage the latch in a second configuration while the door is in the closed position such that the seal closes the gap between the door and the door frame to inhibit venting from the interior of the washing machine.

Abstract: The invention relates to a seal for a dishwasher adapted to be interposed between a peripheral edge of an opening of a tub for cookware and a door for closing said opening. The seal comprises a metal part adapted to be connected to the peripheral edge of the opening, a first part, made of polymeric material, integrally connected to the metal part and a second part, made of polymeric material, associated with the first part and adapted to be contacted by the door when the door is arranged in a position for closing the opening.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing an insulation member for an appliance includes the steps of forming a porous bag with a woven fabric, filling the porous bag with insulation materials, heat sealing the porous bag, vibrating the porous bag to define a pillow, compressing the pillow within a mold to define a compressed insulation member, and evacuating the compressed insulation member within an insulated structure to define a vacuum insulated structure.

Abstract: Water and space saving bathroom components especially useful for a comfort station. Included are a novel toilet having a cistern with a sink in combination with the toilet, a novel waterless urinal and a hand sanitizer dispensing station. The sink is an integrally formed sink into the top of the cistern and has a drain formed into the sink for draining effluent from the sink into the toilet cistern. A faucet is installed in the surface of the sink to provide a clean water source for hand washing and the like that generates grey water after washing. The waterless urinal can be plumbed and mounted to a comfort station wall or on a mobile stand, while the hand sanitizer dispensing station may be adapted for multiple dispensers. The dispensers may be mounted at different heights to accommodate adults, children and disabled persons in wheelchairs.

Abstract: The product is a Portable Hand Washing Device. It stands at approximately 59 inches in length and 25 inches in width from the bottom. The device stands as one unit, with an upper chamber which holds 5 gallons of clean water. The chamber for clean water is connected with a touchless faucet to activate the flow of the water which leads into a basin. The basin is connected with a tube to a pale underneath the unit which can hold 6 gallons of water and serves as a reservoir for the discarded water from the basin. There are two rolling wheels at the rear of the unit. There is a provision for liquid hand soap and paper towel dispenser. The device is still under development.

The undermount sink system includes a sink basin and a discharge conduit coupled to the sink basin, which is positioned to expel fluid into the sink basin via an outlet thereof. The flow of fluid through the discharge conduit may be activated via a motion sensor or switch coupled directly to the basin or a spacer ring positioned between the basin and the countertop. A lock fixes a position of at least one of the first switching unit or second switching unit when the door opens the introduction port.
