Abstract: A washing machine includes: a case defining a receiving space and an open surface, a drawer provided in the case and configured to slide out through the open surface of the case, the drawer being configured to perform at least one of a washing operation, a rinsing operation, a spin-drying operation, or an air-drying operation for laundry, and a locking device configured to limit a sliding motion of the drawer relative to the case. The locking device includes: a holder provided on an inner wall surface of the case, a lever provided in the drawer and configured to be inserted into the holder, and an elastic member provided in a portion of the holder to which the lever is inserted and configured to come into contact with the lever in a space between the holder and the lever.

Abstract: A drawer-shelf system for a refrigerator includes a drawer, a support rail, and a shelf plate. The drawer has a ridge protruding therefrom. The support rail defines a first channel along a side of the support rail. The first channel is configured to receive the ridge such that the drawer is slidable relative to and supported by the support rail. The support rail has a protrusion extending upward from a first end of the support rail. The protrusion defines a second channel. The shelf plate has an outer edge extending about an outer periphery of the shelf. A first portion of the outer edge is configured to be disposed within the second channel such that the shelf plate is supported by the first end.

Abstract: A container apparatus comprises a mounting means, a lid connected to the mounting means by a connecting means and a frame slideably connected to the mounting means. The frame is adapted to support a waste container. The frame is slideable between a first frame position, wherein an open end of the waste container is entirely covered by the lid, and a second frame position which is offset from the first position in a first direction. The connecting means allows the lid to move between a first lid position and a second lid position which is above the first lid position and is offset from the first lid position. The apparatus has lid moving means which move the lid to the second lid position when the frame is moved from the first frame position to the second frame position. A collar for mounting a container between runners of a retractable container apparatus is also provided.

Abstract: A slidable container assembly includes a sliding support mechanism and a storage container. The sliding support mechanism includes a first sliding track, a second sliding track and a container support arrangement. The container support arrangement includes a first front supporting platform, a second front supporting platform, a first rear supporting platform, a second rear supporting platform, a first front securing member and a second front securing member, a first rear securing member and a second rear securing member. The four base corner portions of the storage container are adapted to detachably dispose on the first front supporting platform, the second front supporting platform, the first rear supporting platform, and the second rear supporting platform. The storage container can be stably and securely slid out and then conveniently took out from the first sliding tracking and the second sliding track for cleaning or replacement.

Abstract: A refrigerator includes a cabinet including an inner case, and a drawer assembly installed in the inner case. The drawer assembly includes a basket which forms a receiving space and can be pulled in and out of the inner case, a supporter assembly connected to the basket to guide an insertion or withdrawal of the basket, and a cover connected to the supporter assembly to cover or uncover the receiving space. The cover may be movable in a direction opposite to a movement of the basket when the basket is inserted or withdrawn. The basket includes a protrusion configured to engage with or disengage from a notch of a connection member to facilitate or prevent transmission of a movement force of the basket to the cover.

Abstract: A packaging machine includes a vertical sealing unit, a movable cover, and a linkage mechanism. The vertical sealing unit is provided so as to be retractable from a vertical sealing position for tubular film. The movable cover covers a heated part of the vertical sealing unit. The linkage mechanism transmits a retracting movement of the vertical sealing unit to the cover to thereby cause the cover to move from a position in which it exposes the heated part to a position in which it covers the heated part.

The refrigerator comprises: a cabinet having a storage space; a door over the storage space; support members; a storage member pushed in or drawn out along the support member, and having an opening in the top surface so that food maybe inserted therethrough; a shielding member, provided above the storage member and a rear portion of the opening; a cover member over a front portion of the opening, and is moved, when the storage member being pushed in or drawn out, in the opposite direction to the storage member, and is moved rearward between the shielding member and the storage member when the storage member is drawn out; and a driving unit connecting the storage member and the cover member so as to move together.

Abstract: A tray table assembly adapted to move to and from a stowed position in a stowage module positioned to one side of a passenger seat. The assembly includes an arcuate rail movably mounted in the stowage module, a tray table mounted on the rail for arcuate movement along the rail between the stowed position and the deployed position relative to the rail, and also mounted on the rail for fore and aft translating movement in the deployed position. The tray table rides on an arcuate rail that permits both deployment and fore and aft movement of the tray table, and automatically centers the tray table during movement toward the stowed position.

Abstract: A lined waste receptacle assembly includes a container and a frame. The container comprises a wall that extends annularly from a bottom to a top. The top is open so that the container is configured to receive waste items inserted through the top. The frame is annular and defines an opening. The frame is sized so that opposing ends of the frame extend past a perimeter of the top. The frame is positioned to rest on the wall with the opening positioned over the top. Each of a pair of couplers is coupled to the frame proximate to a respective opposing end. Each coupler is configured to selectively couple to a respective strap of a bag as the bag is inserted through the opening and the top into the container. The bag is positioned to receive the waste items.

Abstract: A system for easy organizing and storing of food items within a refrigerator or cooling unit comprising one or more stackable modular assemblies each having a housing unit and one or more slidably insertable drawers having flexible substantially transparent or translucent drawer covers and are configured for containing a variety of rearrangeable and removeable food storage trays. Each housing is vented to increase air circulation at drawer bottom, sides and back. Each drawer is easily removeable from the housing and may be used as a serving tray. Each drawer cover may be positioned on the peripheral support edge of the drawer to seal the drawer as well as the open trays positioned therein without inhibiting movement of the drawer within the housing. A user can easily identify food within the drawer, partially slide the drawer from the container, and lift the drawer cover to access food items quickly.

Abstract: A motor vehicle drawer assembly is disclosed having a slideable drawer and a moveable plate housed in a casing. The drawer and the plate both have overlying compressible members used to restrain from movement an item placed in the drawer when the drawer is in a closed position. Movement of the drawer to the closed position causes the plate to move towards the drawer to clamp any item resting on the drawer thereby restraining movement of the item but not until the drawer approaches the closed position. The use of a clamping mechanism that only allows for movement of the plate towards the drawer when the drawer approaches the closed position prevents the plate from interfering with stowing of the item.

Abstract: A self-contained heated wax treatment apparatus includes an outer shell and a rack disposed inside the outer shell. The rack includes a receptacle holder and at least one heater holder. At least a first receptacle is mounted to the receptacle holder of the rack. The first receptacle contains a heat activated substance. A heater is mounted to the heater holder of the rack in thermal conductive contact with the first receptacle. Activation of the heater causes heat to flow to the first receptacle and activate the heat activated substance inside the receptacle.

Abstract: A refrigeration device includes a housing which surrounds a storage compartment; and a container mounted in the storage compartment and including a drawer and a cover, with the cover being height-adjustable between a closed position of the drawer and an open position. The cover is guided on an obliquely sloping path between the closed position and the open position by ramps adjacent to corners of the cover.

Abstract: A refrigerator includes a cabinet provided with a storage compartment, a lower drawer provided in the cabinet and connected to the door, an upper drawer provided in the cabinet, and positioned over the lower drawer, and an intermediate drawer positioned between the upper drawer and the lower drawer. The lower drawer includes a first stopper. The intermediate drawer includes an actuator movable forwards by the first stopper of the lower drawer when the door is opened, to move the upper drawer.

Abstract: Disclosed is a pantry pullout apparatus having side access and designed for simple, adjustable, and accurate installation within a pre-existing cabinet space. The apparatus, slidably mounted within the cabinet space, comprises a top slide assembly mounted to a cabinet carcass and a drawer box. The drawer box is automatically centered on a base slide box. The base slide box is comprised of a slotted template slidingly engaged with a frame, where the frame is mounted to the cabinet carcass. Slide rail assemblies connect the slotted template to the frame. A pin block on the underside of a fixed shelf of the drawer box automatically centers the drawer box on the slotted template. A face plate adjustment mechanism provides for three dimensional alignment of the face plate with surrounding cabinets.

Abstract: A trolley 2 for use in recyclable waste collection in an aircraft or other catering environment is conformal with a normal aircraft trolley. The trolley 2 comprises a horizontal tray 14 18 19 20 21 comprising a plurality of horizontal apertures, each aperture comprising a rubbish bag 19 20 held therein by its edges 22 between a tray base 14 and tray cover 18 that snap together. Before use the rubbish bags 19 20 are contained within the horizontal tray 14 18 19 20 and are freed to hang vertically within the trolley 2 when in use. The trolley 2 comprises a retractable lid which covers the tray assembly 14 18 19 20 21 when the trolley 2 is not in use. A liquid waste container 21 also fits into the tray and is independently removable for emptying without removing rubbish bags 19 20. The apertures and/or the rubbish bags 19 20 are colour coded according to the type of waste they are intended to receive and according to the colour coding employed in the country where recycling is intended to occur.

Abstract: A rack-mounted console module includes a lower unit slideably mounted on a rail and an upper unit pivotally coupled to the lower unit. A locking mechanism includes a first part moveably disposed in the lower unit and a second part fixedly disposed on the rail. When the upper unit is closed and the lower unit slides along the rail to a target position, the first part of the locking mechanism changes from a released state to a locked state where it engages the second part of the locking mechanism to lock the lower unit. When the upper unit is opened, the first part changes from the locked state to a ready-to-released state. When the upper unit is subsequently closed, the first part changes from the ready-to-released state to a released state where it disengages from the second part, and the console module can be slid back into the rack.

Abstract: A controlled access pharmaceutical storage cabinet has at least one pull-out drawer that is divided into a number of locked compartments, arranged in rows. Each row of compartments can be configured as a slide-out tray. A slide bar lock is positioned between rows of the compartments, and has a series of slots along each edge which align with lock pins on hinged lids or covers for the compartments. Only one compartment can be opened at a time. A gear-motor is provided for each slide bar to move the slide bar to a position for access to a given compartment. A locking hinged front door panel can swing down to allow the trays to slide out under the locked lids for refilling or replacement.

Abstract: A storage box comprises a housing with open ends and a tray that slides out either open end and up to at least fifty percent or up to at least sixty percent of the length of the tray may slide out either open end. Latch members operable from either open end of the housing selectively hold the tray in a centered position and can be released to allow the tray to slide out a selected end of the housing. Multiple latch member mating members may be associated with the housing for selective engagement by the latch members to latch the tray in multiple extended positions between the centered position and fully retracted positions out either the first or second open ends. Latch engagement members mounted on the doors engage latches connecting the tray to the housing when the doors are shut to prevent the latches from becoming unlatched when the doors are shut.

The locking mechanism receives a signal from the computer to position it in one of a locked and unlocked position.

Abstract: A sliding cabinet drawer kit for installing on top of a sliding drawer received inside a drawer cabinet and for greatly reducing if not eliminating entrance into the drawer by mice, lizards and like size rodents and insects. The drawer kit includes a pair of drawer slide rails adapted for attachment to a top portion of opposite vertical side panels of a sliding open top cabinet drawer. A thin sheet, plastic drawer shield is cut to size for covering the open top in the drawer. Opposite sides of the shield are slidably received next to the slide rails. The drawer shield includes a shield attachment block with predrilled screw holes and threaded screws mounted on an end portion of the shield. The attachment block is used for securing the shield to a back of a cabinet.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a computer having a standby power cutoff function for a peripheral device which can prevent a power loss by completely cutting off a standby current of a computer and a standby current of peripheral devices by cutting off a power supply to peripheral devices and a power supply unit when a computer is off. The power operation detection unit controls a power supply to the power supply unit by controlling the power cutoff switch unit by detecting an operation signal inputted from the power switch into the main board and for delaying and inputting an operation signal inputted from the power switch into the main board. The power loss due to a standby power can be prevented by cutting off a power supply to the computer and peripheral devices when a computer is off, with the help of a power cutoff switch unit which cuts off a power supply to the peripheral devices and the power supply by means of the power operation detection unit which detects an operation of the power switch.

Abstract: A storage cabinet for disguising a hunter's gear with a natural, outdoor scent. The device is an upright locker with a hinged door and a plurality of hooks and shelves for storing hunting clothing and gear. A removable scent tray is provided under a lowermost shelf. The tray holds natural items, such as leaves, twigs, dirt and other outdoor odorous material that have been provided to cloak a user's garments in a natural scent for disguising the user's presence in the wild. The tray and its contents are easily removed and dumped once depleted of their natural scent. Storing hunting gear in the locker for prolonged periods allows the gear to soak up a natural scent from the items below. The hunter or outdoorsman then dons the naturally scented apparel to conceal any unnatural or noticeable odors, allowing the user to blend into the natural environment of a prey habitat.

The refrigerator includes a first receiving box, and a cover installed to come into contact with the first receiving box and adapted to be pivotally rotated as the first receiving box is pulled out or pushed in. The cover is pivotally rotated downward by movement of the cover on the downwardly-inclined slope when the first receiving box is pulled out and is pivotally rotated upward when the first receiving box is pushed in. With this configuration, the refrigerator has the effect of allowing a user to easily move food stored in a plurality of receiving spaces from one receiving space to another.

Abstract: The present invention provides a rotating bill acceptor for use with a gaming device. The gaming device includes a cabinet with a locking mechanism, where the bill acceptor is rotatably mounted within the cabinet and removably engages the locking mechanism. The locking mechanism includes one or two pins connected to the cabinet, wherein the pins are engaged by an engagement member on the bill acceptor. The bill acceptor rotates between a bill insertion position and a bill removal position and includes a cash box removably connected to the bill acceptor, which stores the bills until removed and emptied.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a drawer-type washing machine and a locking method thereof. The washing machine includes a housing having one open side and partitioned into a plurality of compartments; cabinets which can be drawn out forward through the open side of the housing, each of the cabinets being positioned in each of the compartments; washing baths for washing the laundry, each of the washing baths being positioned within each of the cabinets; and locking mechanism provided between the housing and the cabinets for restraining the cabinet from being drawn out forward from the housing. The cabinets are automatically drawn out by only operating a switch installed in an outside wall of the housing.

Abstract: A waste receptacle or other household items are placed upon a movable shelf or drawer under the counter in a space covered by an openable door. The shelf or drawer is movable between a first, retracted, mounted position stowed within the cabinet and a second, deployed, position removed from the cabinet. The user can withdraw the shelf or drawer hands-free from the cabinet and place items within the waste receptacle or drawer by simply opening the cabinet door. To stow the tray or drawer, the user simply pushes the tray or drawer back within the cabinet, into the retracted position. A novel latch assembly retains the drawer or tray, and, hence the receptacle or other item(s), in the retracted position, and the door can be closed to conceal the same. Upon closing the door, a lever attached to the door causes the latch mechanism to unlatch, releasing the drawer, which then abuts against the cabinet door.

Abstract: A washing appliance such as a dishwasher where a top-loading wash chamber is slidable out of cabinet for loading and unloading has a cabinet-mounted chamber lid which is power driven down onto the open top of the wash chamber during the washing cycle. Linear actuators or motors mounted in opposite sides of the appliance cabinet are coupled to opposite sides of the lid to pull the lid down when the chamber has been slid back into the cabinet. In a preferred embodiment rotating dc motors are used to rotate a threaded nut which in turn produces linear motion in a threaded shaft engaged within the nut and connected to the lid.

Abstract: A double crisper drawer for a refrigerator includes a removable supporting structure, a first slidable tray, and a lower crisper drawer. The first slidable tray includes two side walls, a back wall, a front wall and a bottom wall. A first flange is projected outwardly on a top portion of the two side walls and back wall, the first flange being placed respectively on upper guide members located in the removable supporting structure, in order to be slidably moved with a backward and forward movement with respect to the removable supporting structure. The lower crisper drawer is also attached on lower guide members located in the removable supporting structure, the lower crisper being placed below the first slidable tray. The first slidable tray and the lower crisper drawer are independently slidably relative to one another, in relation to the removable supporting structure.

Abstract: A waste organizing cabinet for recyclable materials. The upper working surface of the cabinet can be used to cut or otherwise treat food products. Below this upper surface is a first holding frame for a pull-out sliding drawer that rests on cabinet rails. Side meshed baskets placed within the holding frame form a series of separated compartments of the frame and placeable within each of the drawers. Each basket is used for separately receiving either: non recyclable waste food products, plastic materials, tin, glass, or paper products. Several different arrangements of the baskets within the drawer may be used to differently arrange the baskets within the framework of the drawer. As the frame and baskets are pulled out, spaced rails have stops to engage fixed frame rails to prevent further movement. Below this first drawer is a second slidable pull out drawer that may have several different holding frames compartments for the individual baskets.
