With Treated Material Recirculation Patents (Class 34/376)
  • Patent number: 8758681
Abstract: A free radical sterilization system having a chamber defining a region, and a generator for generating free radical reach effluent from a free radical electric generator and/or a vaporizer. A closed loop circulating system without a free-radical destroyer is provided for supplying the mixture of free radicals from the electric generator mixed with the hydrogen peroxide solution in the form of the effluent to the chamber. The free-radical sterilization system is used in sterilizing items in the chamber and, with an open-bottomed wound chamber, in treating wounds on a body.

Abstract: A device for allowing efficient drying and a method thereof are established by increasing the opportunity and area to bring a drying object into contact with air and a method for producing dry fermented feed and dry fermented manure at low costs by using the fermentation heat is proposed. The drying object is floated while shifting and stirring the drying object in the drying vessel, and air is supplied from below, and the drying object is transported by an air current repeatedly from a lower part to an upper part of the drying vessel to increase the opportunity and area to bring the drying object into contact with dry air evenly and significantly improve shortening of time spent for drying.

  • Patent number: 6915620
Abstract: A shrink tunnel assembly for wrapping an article with polymeric shrink film includes a shrink tunnel having a heating zone, and conveyor means for carrying an article to the heating zone and away from it. While in the heating zone, polymeric shrink film covering an article avoids contacting any solid surface, thereby protecting the article from marring and destruction.

Abstract: The invention relates to covers (11) for seats (10) used in transport vehicles, especially motor vehicles. Said covers (11) are manually finished whereby they are smoothed at least steam with the aid of steam. Said manual finishing treatment is not only expensive but also leads to much fluctuation in terms of quality. According to the invention, the covers (11) of the seats (10) are automatically finished as the manufactured seats (10) are transported by a conveyor (14) through at least one treating chamber (116, 17) of a tunnel finisher. All of the seats (10) are treated in the treating chamber (16, 17) at least with steam which smoothes the covers (11) thereof. The inventive finishing treatment results in an even smoothness of said covers (11), even in areas which are difficult to reach manually.

  • Patent number: 6574885
Abstract: The cyclone heat exchanger according to the invention comprises a set of cyclones for preheating powdered raw material. The set of cyclones is divided into a high temperature part (1) and a low temperature part (2) mutually interconnected by a tube (4) with a return loop (40) which is located below the lever of lower cyclone (21) of low temperature part (2). The powdered raw material is transferred from the low temperature part (2) to the high temperature part (1) by means of a transport tube (50), fed with hot transporting gas. The high temperature part (1) and the low temperature part (2) are located in such a way, that the connection of the warm gas input (130) of the highest cyclone (13) of high temperature part (1) is located above the connection of warm gas input (210) of lower cyclone (21).

  • Patent number: 5907910
Abstract: A method has been found to improve the efficiency of a cyclone system for a fluidized bed. The typical plurality of cyclones arranged in series in communication with the fluidized bed is replaced by a plurality of similarly-sized cyclones arranged in parallel, so that the residence time in each of the cyclones is greater than it was in the original system, thereby greatly improving the recovery of particulate material while greatly reducing the energy consumption of the system.

  • Patent number: 5862610
Abstract: Method and apparatus are provided for reprocessing dry pellets made of waste bio-solids in which the pellets and wet sludge waste bio-solids are supplied to the inlet of a material combining conveyor whose angular position can be adjusted. The pellets are coated with the sludge as they travel along the material combining conveyor to its output which feeds a dryer or oven. By adjusting the speed, length and angular position of the material combining conveyor, the amount of sludge coated onto the pellets can be controlled. The material combining conveyor is preferably a sealed shaftless screw conveyor that extends in a generally veritcal direction so that pellets not properly coated fall by gravity to the conveyor inlet. Dry pellets and wet sludge can be supplied from separate bins to a common feed conveyor such as a shaftless screw conveyor which conveys the mixture to the input of the material combining conveyor.
