Self-organizing System Patents (Class 396/49)
  • Patent number: 11778309
Abstract: Digital photograph filters and associated settings are recommended by an image classification model. A plurality of images and metadata associated with each of the plurality of images are received. Human interaction scores for each of the images are received. Training data is generated classifying the images using the associated metadata and human interaction scores. The training data is used to derive an image classification model for predicting a human interaction score for an image having an unknown human interaction score. At least one recommended image capture setting using the image classification model is determined in response to determining that a user is preparing to capture an image with a device. The recommended image capture setting is displayed on a display of the device.

Abstract: An image is analyzed, a scene of the image is recognized, imaging information regarding capturing in a case where the image is captured is acquired, and reproduction information in a case where the image is reproduced on a display is acquired. An image coincident with preference of a user of the imaging device from among images having the same scene is decided for each scene based on the reproduction information, and a preference parameter table in which the scene and imaging information of the imaging device in a case where the image coincident with the preference of the user is captured are stored in association with each other is created. Imaging information associated with a scene coincident with a scene of an image to be captured next by the user is selected from the preference parameter table, and an image is captured by using the imaging information.

Abstract: There are provided systems and methods for digital image filtering and post-capture processing using user specific data. A computing device may include a camera that records media of a scene, including images or videos. A user may utilize the computing device to add filters, graphical overlays, or other effects to the recorded media, which may alter pixel data for pixels of the media or blend graphics into the media. When adding image effects to images, the device or a service provider that offers and image hosting and/or sharing platform may determine recommendations for particular image effects to use when recording and processing the image. The recommended effects may be based on effects used in past media, as well as user information, and may change an appearance of the output media in a particular way specific to the user, media, and/or scene.

Finally, a lens driving section then drives a photographic lens based on a predicted result of the photographic subject position predicting section. The photographic subject position predicting section includes a neural network that predicts the future position of the photographic subject with an input parameter that has values regarding focusing positions of the photographic lens. These values correspond to focus detection data calculated by the focus detection section.
