Abstract: A washing toilet seat assembly includes a toilet seat and a housing configured to be coupled to a toilet bowl to support the toilet seat about a pivot axis. The housing includes a cartridge interface and a cover moveable between an open position allowing access to the cartridge interface and a closed position blocking access to the cartridge interface. The washing toilet seat assembly further includes a cartridge removably coupled to the cartridge interface, the cartridge including a dispensable solution, and a spray wand moveably supported by at least one of the toilet seat or the housing. The spray wand is in fluid communication with the cartridge to dispense the dispensable solution, and the spray want is configured to dispense the dispensable solution during operation of the washing toilet seat assembly as a user sits on the toilet seat.

Abstract: A sensing-type lavatory seat structure with covering film includes a covering film output portion and a covering film collecting portion, a rolling motor and a pivot motor accommodated in a body portion thereof, and a U-shaped seat, through two ends thereof, connected to the covering film output portion and the covering film collecting portion. When the user approaches, a sensing unit senses the situation, controls the pivot motor to lower down the seat and controls the rolling motor to replace the covering film. Then, after the user leaves, the sensing unit once again senses the variation, and controls the pivot motor to lift up the seat to wait for the next time usage.

Abstract: An improved electromechanical assembly advances a tubular protective covering around a toilet seat. The covering is stored on a reel, and pulled off from the reel as it is replaced, and the used covering is taken up on a second reel. An activation button exposed through the top of the assembly is depressed to actuate a switch assembly which, in turn, actuates a drive mechanism. By actuating the drive mechanism, the cover is moved through a predetermined distance in such a manner that when it is in the mounted position, the toilet seat body is completely surrounded by the tubular cover. An upper housing portion has an integral pressure blade for exerting a constant downward force on the advancing protective covering. The pressure ensures adequate contact between the covering and a counter shaft assembly which communicates magnetically with internal electronic circuitry.
