Abstract: The present application is directed to systems and methods for a rotating advertising label for a container. One or more advertisements may be displayed on a base label. A portion of the base label may be visible through a transparent window in an opaque rotating top label. Rotation of the top label may cause the transparent window to display any combination or the advertisements.

Abstract: A label system including a label having a first portion which has a protective coating thereon and a second portion on a same side thereof which does not have the protective coating. The label further includes a generally transparent window, wherein the window is configured to overlie the second portion when the label is wrapped around a body.

Abstract: A service plan product providing a tangible representation of a service plan includes a support backer and a tag removably coupled with the backer. The tag includes service plan account identification means corresponding to a service plan account stored in a database and plan administrator contact indicia. The tag is configured to be removed from the backer and applied to a primary product for which the service plan is provided, and wherein only the service plan account identification means is required for the service plan administrator to access the database to identify details regarding the service plan account. Related systems and methods are also disclosed and provide additional advantages.

Abstract: A sign is formed from an indicia donor element and an indicia recipient base element. The recipient base has a first color; and signage indicia is removed therefrom to cause the recipient element to be stencil-like. The donor element has a second color; and signage indicia is removed therefrom and installed into the stencil-like openings in the recipient element, to form the sign having one color of background and a second color of signage integral therein. Preferably, the donor and recipient elements are of the same baseboard material, except for color; and the donor signage is snap fit into the recipient base. The preferred orientation for this sign is vertical, just above floor level. Visual recognition of the signage can be enhanced by phosphorescence or glitter treatment. Tactile signage sensing can be enabled by texture difference between donor and recipient materials.

Abstract: A greeting and invitation card device having a substantially opaque paper-like rear sheet or panel and a translucent or transparent front or sheer overlay sheet or panel positioned against and in front of the rear sheet. The front sheet is imprinted to provide viewable greeting or invitation indicia. The rear sheet has a design formed of an array of apertures, preferably laser-cut, therethrough. The word indicia is readable simultaneous with viewing the design of the back sheet through the front sheet to provide a unique visual effect.

Abstract: A marker and method for use on roads for locating underground utilities utilizing a flexible tile (A) constructed of front and backing layers of fused plastic having openings (B) for receiving screws (C) extending into corresponding holes drilled in the road surface for holding the tile while an adhesive backing sets and for assuring affixation thereafter. Suitable symbols (D) are formed into the tile by grinding away the front layer. All the components may be provided in a package utilizing a box or other container.
