Supply Source Capable Of Reversible 180 Degrees Revolution Patents (Class 414/223.02)
  • Patent number: 10737330
Abstract: A material rod feeding device for feeding material rods to a machine tool, includes a magazine for stocking the material rods and a guide means into which material rods to be processed can be fed from the magazine, one at a time. The feeding direction of a material rod from the magazine into the guide means, is transversely to the longitudinal axis of the material rod in the guide means. The guide means includes a support leg and an abutment leg for providing a variably modifiable receiving channel. The support leg provides a support surface of the receiving channel that is inclined in the feeding direction and relative to the horizontal. The abutment leg is movable along the inclination relative to the support leg, so that the variably modifiable receiving channel is formed between the two legs, into which the material rod to be processed can be fed onto the support surface. The support leg together with the abutment leg is vertically movable as a whole.

  • Patent number: 8757180
Abstract: In a processing block, a plurality of back surface cleaning units and a main robot are provided. The main robot is provided between the back surface cleaning units provided on one side of the processing block and the back surface cleaning units provided on the other side of the processing block. A reversing unit used to reverse a substrate and a substrate platform used to transfer and receive substrates between an indexer robot and the main robot are provided adjacent to each other in the vertical direction between the indexer robot and the processing block. The main robot transports substrates among the plurality of back surface cleaning units, the substrate platform, and the reversing unit.

  • Patent number: 8584830
Abstract: A device for picking up, transporting and sorting electronic components in particular integrated circuits includes at least one loading device, one transport device, and one unloading device. The transport device has at least one transport wheel which is rotatable around a rotation axis and which has a peripheral face. The transport device also has at least one pick-up module which is arranged at the peripheral face and is suitable for accommodating components. In addition, the transport device is provided with a pressure source which is connected to the pick-up module. The pick-up module has at least one pick-up space for one individual component which extends along the peripheral face and can be moved between an initial position and an end position. The pressure source enables a prescribed pressure to be exerted at the pick-up space by means of which the component can be retained at the pick-up space or can be ejected from the pick-up space.

  • Publication number: 20090252578
Abstract: One of reverse passing parts provided in a substrate passing part comprises a first holding mechanism and a second holding mechanism. The first holding mechanism and the second holding mechanism are arranged in vertically symmetry with respect to a rotary central axis and rotate 180 degrees about the rotary central axis, to replace each other in position. A transport robot on the loading side passes a substrate to a third holding mechanism or a fourth holding mechanism at a first vertical position. The substrate reversed in the reverse passing part is passed to a transport robot on the unloading side from the third holding mechanism or the fourth holding mechanism at a second vertical position. Before a reverse process on the preceding substrate is finished, the transport robot on the loading side can start the transfer of the following substrate.

  • Patent number: 6171049
Abstract: Workpieces such as chips are removed from a receiving plane by a transfer unit, which carries them to a delivery plane. The workpieces are transported in two segments during two phases, each workpiece being deposited between the phases on an intermediate station arranged in the region of the feed path. The transfer unit has two working heads, which simultaneously transport one workpiece from the receiving plane to the intermediate station, and another workpiece from the intermediate station to the delivery plane. The workpiece can be pivoted or rotated at the intermediate station so that its lower surface can be grasped by the depositing head.
