Fuel Container Having Means Feeding Gas To A Separate Line Heating Burner And Liquid To Heated Section Patents (Class 431/231)
  • Patent number: 11881418
Abstract: A wafer cleaning apparatus for cleaning a circumferential edge of a wafer includes a cleaning unit that jets water toward the circumferential edge of the wafer from an outer side of the circumferential edge of the wafer held by a holding surface of a holding table, to clean the circumferential edge of the wafer. The cleaning unit includes a first nozzle that jets the water to the circumferential edge of the wafer from an outer side of the circumferential edge of the wafer in a direction parallel to the holding surface, a second nozzle that jets the water to the circumferential edge of the wafer in a direction of 45 degrees downward relative to the holding surface, and a third nozzle that jets the water to the circumferential edge of the wafer in a direction of 45 degrees upward relative to the holding surface.

  • Patent number: 11312209
Abstract: A vehicle heater includes a burner area, a circumferential wall providing a combustion chamber, a flame tube with a first end forming or adjacent to a part of the combustion chamber circumferential wall and a second flame tube end. A heat exchanger housing has a circumferential wall enclosing the flame tube. A waste gas backflow space is formed, between an outer side of the flame tube and an inner side of the heat exchanger housing circumferential wall, with an inlet area at the second flame tube end and with an outlet area in the area of the first flame tube end. An inner dimension of the circumferential wall increases in the direction from an inlet area of the waste gas backflow space to an outlet area. An outer dimension of the flame tube increases in the direction from the second flame tube end to the first flame tube end.

  • Patent number: 7568911
Abstract: A stove has a fuel tank with a flat top and bottom and a side wall to define a fuel chamber. A fuel feed path includes a vertical pipe assembly. The fuel feed path also includes a horizontal pipe assembly functioning as a vaporizer. The fuel feed path also includes a generally C-shaped pipe assembly. An associated warming coil is in a generally circular configuration to direct a flow of some of the fuel from one part of the horizontal pipe assembly to another part of the horizontal pipe assembly. A generally cylindrical ignition chamber is at the terminal end of the C-shaped pipe assembly. Apertures are provided for cooking purposes and are adapted to preheat the fuel in the horizontal pipe assembly and the warming coil.

  • Patent number: 5939139
Abstract: A method of removing a coated film from an edge surface of a substrate comprising the steps of (a) forming an insulating film for protecting a circuit pattern of a substrate by pouring an insulating resin solution on a circuit-pattern formation surface of the substrate, (b) rotating the substrate having the insulating film coated thereon, (c) removing the insulating film by pouring a solvent on the edge surface of the substrate, while the substrate is being rotated, and (d) accelerating dehydration of the insulating film by taking at least one action of spraying a gas to the edge surface of the substrate and performing a local evacuation of a region in the proximity of the edge surface of the substrate while the substrate is being rotated.

  • Patent number: 5567142
Abstract: A burner system for a radio-controlled hot air balloon. The frame that is connected to an envelope contains two fuel tanks. One fuel tank is disposed right side up and delivers fuel in vapor form to a pilot burner mechanism. The other fuel tank is inverted and delivers in liquid form to a burner coil means. The flame of the pilot burner mechanism partially heats the liquid fuel in the burner coil means so that when a valve member is opened, fuel in a vaporous mist form is discharged from an outlet orifice of the burner coil means for ignition by the flame of the pilot burner mechanism. A radio-controlled servo is connected to the valve member and operates the same.

  • Patent number: 5474442
Abstract: Diesel fuel is vaporized and then burned on a cylindrical screen flame holder. The fuel is vaporized in a finned, vertical tube vapor generator and directed through a superheater tube past the flame to a flow control valve and nozzle. A flow restriction is provided between a liquid fuel supply and the vapor generator. The flame holder is vertically supported over a mixer and the nozzle. A flame deflector about the flame holder and a reservoir about the nozzle collect fuel condensate during start-up.

  • Patent number: 5417565
Abstract: A fuel control mechanism for a liquid fuel burner includes a fuel regulating valve which is responsive to flow of liquid fuel through a fuel feed tube for movement between a starting position and a running position. When a fuel control valve for the burner is opened, flow of liquid fuel through the fuel feed tube moves the fuel regulating valve to a starting position in which the fuel regulating valve restricts flow of fuel through a fuel inlet. Air is thereby drawn through an air inlet and mixes with the fuel. After the burner is started and liquid fuel is vaporized within the generator, flow of fuel through the fuel feed tube slows, and the fuel regulating valve falls by virtue of its weight to the running position in which the fuel regulating valve does not restrict flow of fuel through the fuel inlet. Air flow through the air inlet is thereby discontinued, and only liquid fuel flows through the fuel feed tube.
