Abstract: A post-operative breast support system is provided for use following augmentation mammoplasty to prevent or correct implant migration. The support system includes a pair of straps which extend over the patient's shoulders, then cross one another at the patient's chest, then extend under opposite left and right breasts, then around the patient's back in opposite directions, and then forwardly around the torso to the front of the patient, wherein the ends of the straps are fastened or buckled. The straps have a width which prevents twisting. The fastener is adjustable, such that the tension and position of the straps can be quickly and easily set by the patient.

In some examples, the body support includes a first support panel having one or more first tongues projecting outwardly therefrom, a second support panel having one or more second tongues projecting outwardly therefrom, a connecting section, joining the first support panel to said second support panel in longitudinal spaced relationship along an imaginary longitudinal mid-line of the body support, the first tongue and the second tongue being on opposite transverse sides of a mid-line of the body support, a first fastener and a second fastener. The body support may further include a doffed configuration in which the first support panel and the second support panel are non-contiguous with respect to one another.

Abstract: A sports bra has base and cover layers of four-way stretchable material providing a first level of radial compression to the torso, a wide elastic band gripping the midriff to resist rotational and vertical motion of the bra relative to the torso and crisscrossed bands of elastic material spanning the back portion of the bra. Laterally-stretchable, vertically-shape-retaining foam panels overlap the base layer to support the breasts from below and power-mesh is sandwiched between the base and cover layers to increase radial compression of the breasts from above. The components all cooperate to limit bounce of the breasts during vigorous physical activity by the wearer. Adjustable shoulder straps and a zippered front are optional.

Abstract: The invention relates to a breast wrap for absorbing fluid secreted from a wearer's breasts. In one embodiment the breast wrap comprises a panel of material, means for fastening the panel in a continuous band, one or more absorbent regions on a first side of the panel, and first and second adjustment means independently operable to adjust the tightness of the band along first and second adjustment regions proximate the top and bottom of the band respectively. In use, the wrap is configured to wrap around a wearer's chest and substantially cover the wearer's breasts with the one or more absorbent regions covering the wearer's nipples and the first and second adjustment regions positioned above and below the wearer's breasts respectively. In another embodiment, the breast wrap comprises one or more absorbent panels removably attached to a first side of the first panel and, in use, the one or more absorbent panels cover the wearer's nipples.

Abstract: A reversible bra for compression stabilizing the breast mass against motion relative to the torso includes a zipper side and a non-zipper side with shoulder straps in a pattern to approximately match the contours of a female user's torso whether the zipper is worn in the front or in the back. The zipper in positioned on the zipper side down the center of the zipper side from a seam at the top adjacent the straps to provide a non-stretchable seam which reduces the stretch area at the location of the breasts to provide greater compression when the zipper is in the front. The bra may be reversed so that a greater area of stretch fabric is position to apply compression against the breast and thereby proved for lessened compression against the breast when the zipper is position in the back of the user.

A bra cup is configured to fit about the woman's healthy breast. A first strap is configured to laterally join a first side of the bra cup to the strap on the woman's front. A second strap is configured to laterally join a second side of the bra cup to the strap on the woman's back. An elastic paneling is configured to join to the strap, the bottom side of the bra cup, the first strap, the second strap, and the waistband. The elastic paneling positions the bra cup to support the woman's healthy breast.

Abstract: A sports bra constructed for restricting breast motion when the wearer is engaged in a vigorous sport such as basketball, tennis or volleyball includes a left three piece breast cup of non-stretch material for holding the left breast and a right three-piece breast cup of non-stretch material for holding the right breast. The sports bra also includes a pair of front panels, a pair of back panels and a pair of stretch panels. All panels except for the stretch panels are made of non-stretch material. During radiation treatment planning, the elements are adjusted to establish a reference breast geometry. The reference breast geometry is reproduced prior to an actual treatment session by repeating the original adjustment of the elements, as necessary. The medial window enables a light field to be projected onto the patient's chest, and read therefrom, thereby establishing proper alignment of the patient to the radiation treatment machine.

Abstract: This disclosure provides a bra features a band with cups attached at each end. It secures to the user by stretching the band across the user's back and pulling the cups around to the front of the body. At this point, the bra is secured at the center bridge using connectors such that the cups will be connected to one another along their inner sides proximate the center of the wearer's chest. From the user's standpoint, the cups are positioned such that the right hand cup will hold the right breast, and the left hand cup will hold the left breast. The tape forms a loop to a side of the buckle opposite the outer end. Structure forms an eye through which the loop passes and through which the tape can slide.

The clasp may be a hook and an eye. The interior and exterior brassiere panels may be affixed together around a perimeter of the interior panel.
