The output shaft is also mounted for pivotal movement about at least two non-parallel axes so that the position of the output shaft can be adjusted about both of these axes. The input shaft is drivingly coupled to the output shaft so that the input shaft can rotate the output shaft in all positions of the output shaft about the two non-parallel axes.
