Abstract: Systems and methods for validating and reconciliating data with a core reconciliation (recon) device. The core recon device may be configured to receive data from various data stores from various different independent systems. The core recon device may be configured to facilitate users such as agents or brokers to perform cross-platform data queries from all the data stores from all the independent systems. In embodiments, the core recon device may be configured to receive all the cross-platform queried data and then validate and reconcile all the received data into a single processor assignment queue. In the embodiments, the core recon device may be used by the user to identify any particular type of desired discrepancies from all the queried data. In the embodiments, the core recon device may then be used by the user to respectively work towards verifying and rectifying the identified discrepancies stored within the processor assignment queue.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods, and computer program products for providing intelligent analysis of technical and non-technical data to validate instances of permitted use of such brand elements and generate alerts for instances of non-permitted use of such brand elements. The system provides a single portal view for upload of relevant data and transmission of analysis results. The invention utilizes a permissioned distributed register database architecture for the secure storage and tokenization of brand elements and retrieval of validation and ownership information. The invention further includes the capability to recommend and automate remedial measures to prevent continued unauthorized use of brand elements.

Abstract: Systems may evaluate a claim or patent with respect to a related set of claims or patent documents. The systems may perform linguistic analyses of claims included in the patent and the related set of patent documents. Based on the linguistic analyses, the systems may identify claim limitations, and/or claim elements. The systems may generate a claim profile for each claim being evaluated. The claim profile may include ratings or scores for various metrics related to the claims being evaluated. The systems may also generate a peer group profile that provides an overall measure of metrics for claims included in a peer group of patent documents.

Abstract: A system and method are provided for creating a social-networking community and enabling the social-networking community to interoperate with other social-networking communities within a network of social-networking communities. The method includes creating a core profile that links a user member's identify to plurality of social-networking communities of the network. The system enables user identity information, content, and friend information to be shared across social-networking communities of the network. The system also enables community content to be shared and tracked across social-networking communities of the network.

Abstract: A content distribution facilitation system is described comprising configured servers and a network interface configured to interface with a plurality of terminals in a client server relationship and optionally with a cloud-based storage system. A request from a first source for content comprising content criteria is received, the content criteria comprising content subject matter. At least a portion of the content request content criteria is transmitted to a selected content contributor. If recorded content is received from the first content contributor, the first source is provided with access to the received recorded content. The recorded content may be transmitted via one or more networks to one or more destination devices. Optionally, a voice analysis and/or facial recognition engine are utilized to determine if the recorded content is from the first content contributor.

Abstract: Implementations generally relate to a method of matching job-seekers and employers in real-time with low required effort by the job-seekers and employers. A system-wide taxonomy is used in matching job-seekers and employers, thereby reducing the time for the recruiting process. Employers create a job position, and specify the relative importance of traits associated with the job position. Job-seekers answer profile questions (e.g. work experience), and the system uses the taxonomy to generate a list of job-seeker skills based on the answers to these questions. A list of job-seekers is then generated for the job position based on a mapping of the available job-seekers' skills and the employer rankings of the job position traits. A number of additional factors, like job seekers' in-app engagement, are used to further sort and filter the list of job-seekers.

Abstract: A digital platform enables 3D printing where the designs are protected from piracy/redistribution. A single board computer (SBC) communicates with a first server and a second server. The SBC requests a unique hardware ID from the first server, which assigns and sends the ID to the SBC. The SBC submits the ID and a secret key to the second server to request registration of a user and a printer, and the second server sends private certs, a client ID, and a unique public identifier to the SBC. The second server also receives and stores 3D print designs through a designer portal, and on-demand displays the designs in a GUI screen. The SBC user may purchase a 3D print design, and the second server, in response, sends an access token to the SBC.

Abstract: Methods for protecting software licensing information via a trusted platform module (TPM) are performed by systems and devices. When a licensing server is unreachable, a license is generated for a software application by a licensing manager. The license is generated via a secure register of the TPM using an asymmetric key, specific to the software application and policy-tied to the secure register, to generate a signature of a hashed license file for the software application. The asymmetric key is stored, mapped to the license file, and used for subsequent license validation. A licensing manager validation command is provided to validate the license using the key, as applied to the hash, to verify the signature and checking validity of the time stamp. Time stamp expiration or alteration of the license are determined to provoke invalidation indications for the validating application.

Abstract: Systems and methods for updating a Domain Name System (DNS) registry are disclosed. Embodiments perform operations including maintaining a domain name record of a DNS registrant recorded in a database of the DNS registry by a primary DNS interface. The operations also include receiving a request to update the domain name record of the DNS registrant via a secondary DNS interface. The operations further include modifying the domain name record of the DNS registrant in the DNS database in accordance with the request.
