Lever Transmitter Patents (Class 74/118)
  • Patent number: 11448296
Abstract: A centrifugal impact transmission between a drive shaft (1) with one or more rotors (1) and one or more driven shafts (6) parallel to the drive shaft (1): each rotor (1) or rotor level (1) includes one or more arms (2) joined to the rotor (1) by a joint (4) and with a mass (3) at the free end thereof, which can be disconnected via a clutch. Each driven shaft (6) includes at least one lever (7), joined to the driven shaft (6) via a one-way clutch, and aligned with a rotor (1), the lever (7) having a return mechanism (8). In this way, each arm (2) has at least one lever (7) aligned with it, and the rotation of each rotor (1) produces the consecutive impact of the arms (2) thereof on each lever (7) aligned with the rotor (1).

Abstract: An actuation device includes a frame, a linkage mechanism and a handle mechanism. The handle mechanism includes a handle and a connection link, each having a first end and an opposite second end. The first end of the handle is pivotally connected to the frame. The first end of the connection link is pivotally connected to the handle and the second end of the connection link is pivotally connected to the linkage mechanism. Movement of the second end of the handle rotates the handle about an axis determined by a connection point of the first end of the handle to the frame and results in movement of the connection link in a first direction causing translation of the linkage mechanism in a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction to mechanically and electrically connect a power supply to an outside circuit through an opening of the frame.

  • Patent number: 6684724
Abstract: A shape memory alloy step drive mechanism includes at least one shape memory alloy element (1) with a fixed end, the other end being connected to one end of a lever (2). The lever (2) is provided with a pawl (4) which is located to move on the teeth of a ratchet wheel (5) mounted on a main shaft (6) along with the lever (2). A stopper pin (7) is provided which also guides the pawl (4) on the ratchet wheel (5). A bias spring (9) is provided on a mandril on the main shaft (6) for returning the lever (2) to its original position. A detent wheel (8) with at least one detent lever (10) is mounted on the main shaft (6) to provide the detent torque required to hold the main shaft (6) in position when the lever (2) returns to its original position. A pair of support brackets (11) are provided for supporting and holding the various components together in an assembly.

  • Publication number: 20010029798
Abstract: The transmission mechanism comprises a lever (12) which can rotate around an eccentric shaft (11) of a rotating disk-crank (10). The lever (12) is guided in its movement by cam means (15a) and acts upon an arm (19) which is attached for joint rotation to an output shaft (3). Advantageously the disk-crank (10) is driven through a connecting rod (8) from another disk-crank (1) which can rotate around a shaft which is different from that of the first disk-crank (10). It doesn't require adjustment or setting up and it has a low cost. The transport device has on the output shaft the wheels for drawing chains with transporting bars provided with clamps for the sheets.

  • Patent number: 5558166
Abstract: A power tool including a machine base, a fixed jaw fixedly secured to the machine base, a movable jaw turned about a pivot on the fixed jaw, a spring supported between the fixed jaw and the movable jaw to force the movable jaw into the closed position on the fixed jaw, a motor mounted within the machine base, a speed reducer, an eccentric shaft coupled to the motor through the speed reducer, and a link reciprocated by the eccentric shaft to turn the movable jaw about the pivot, causing the movable jaw to act against the fixed jaw in processing the workpiece put between the movable jaw and the fixed jaw.
