Abstract: A plank exercise assembly for performing a plank exercise includes a panel that has a curved portion that can be positioned on a support surface. A block is coupled to and extends perpendicularly away from the panel and a pair of foot pegs is coupled to and extending perpendicularly away from the block in opposite directions from each other. Each of the foot pegs has a respective one of a user's feet is positioned between the foot pegs and the panel to position the user's feet in a preferred orientation for performing a plank exercise. A pair of wedges is each coupled to the panel on an opposite side of the panel from the block. Each of the wedges has a sloped surface with respect to the panel that rests on the support surface when the panel is positioned in a ready position.
Abstract: A calf stretching apparatus having a base having a lower surface defining a lower surface plane, a front end, a rear end opposing the rear end of the base, the rear end of the base having a rear edge defining a recessed base through opening and a foot placement platform with a front end, a rear end opposing the front end of the foot placement platform, a platform surface spanning in an upward direction with respect the base from the front end of the foot placement platform to the rear end of the foot placement platform and disposed at an acute angle with respect to the lower surface plane, a platform sidewall surrounding the platform surface on three sides thereof, wherein the rear end of the foot placement platform has a rear edge defining a recessed platform through opening aligned with the recessed base through opening.
Abstract: A twister includes a follower slidably attached onto a housing and having a channel and a rack, a rod rotatably attached to the housing, a lever secured to the rod and having a pin attached to a free end and slidably engaged in the channel of the follower, to allow the follower to be forced to slide relative to the housing in a reciprocating action when the pin and the lever are rotated relative to the housing. An axle is rotatably engaged to the housing and includes a pinion engaged with the rack of the follower, to allow the axle to be rotated in a reciprocating action when the follower slides relative to the housing in the reciprocating action. A foot support is secured to the axle and driven by a motor.
Abstract: A tiltable twisting exerciser includes a base and a cover. The base has a top surface and a bottom surface. There are several fixing recesses disposed on the top surface. A rotatable disk is pivotally disposed the bottom surface. This cover is hinged on a first hinge portion of the base. This cover has an outer surface and an inner surface. A supporting portion is hinged on a second hinge portion which is fixed on the inner surface such that it can rotate out to a desired position. So, the user can do the twisting exercise on a sloped surface. The sloped surface is adjustable. And, it can be easily switch to one of the four operation modes.
