    Abstract: Substituted 1,2,4-4H-triazoles of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are hydrogen atoms and R.sup.3 is alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl benzyl or phenyl. These compounds are fungicides and are particularly useful for the control of cereal rust.
