Abstract: A digitizing power meter for measuring voltage and current's root-mean-square, average power and power factor, which includes a voltage detector circuit and a current detector circuit to measure voltage and current analog signal; a phase-lock circuit, a voltage Sampling/Holding circuit, a current Sampling/Holding circuit, a trigger circuit, a voltage A/D converter and a current A/D converter to convert analog signal to measure to digital signal; and a digital processing circuit to accurately measure out voltage and current's root-mean-square, average power and power factor by means of the operation of its microprocessor.
Abstract: A light emitting diode display with PCB base, LED members affixed thereon by conductive epoxy, and bonding wire, wherein the PCB is punched with reflector dish on each LED die attach zone so as to reflect and concentrate the light emitted from the LED to increase the luminous intensity of the display, and near each die attach zone is formed a plating through hole to increase the heat-dispersing area of the LED and improve the stability of the forward voltage and wave length (color) of the LED and decrease the light output degradation of the LED to prolong the life of the display.

Abstract: This invention relates to an electronic talking stick for the blind and more particularly to a stick which talks to instruct a blind man to walk and go upstairs and downstairs, and to warn a blind man of dangerous depression in road, and which calls for help when a blind man who uses the stick falls. It is generally comprised of a supporting rod, a control box, a handle, a free steering caster, and a horizontal scanning device, in which the free steering caster helps the whole assembly to slide; two detectors in the control box and a range finder and moving object detector in the handle are arranged for trouble detection to let detected signals be converted into voice, by means of the processing through a control circuit, to instruct the user through an earphone connected to the handle.
Abstract: A foot-controlled water faucet for regulating the outflow of water from a water faucet by means of air pressure comprises a compressing bladder connected with an air bladder in the water faucet by a passageway, a valve block, a ring body and a knob associated in proper order to form the water faucet. When stepping on the compressing bladder by foot the air inside is compressed and is squeezed to the air bladder in the water faucet via the passageway. The air bladder expands and pushes the platform as well as the stem in the ring body and the valve block respectively downward. The stem moves away from the opening of the valve block and water flows out. Water is stopped by releasing the compressing bladder which sucks back the air from the air bladder that is then contracts and allows the stem to move back to the original position. It can also be controlled by hand as an ordinary water faucet.
Abstract: A coaxial cable connector including a screw threaded tube, a male clamping tube and a female clamping tube. The male clamping tube has a central hole, a rear projection pipe and a clamping portion, whereby an insulating portion of a concentric coaxial cable fits into the projection pipe with an outer cover and separate grounding wire sheath of the concentric coaxial cable fitted between the projecting pipe and clamping portion. The inner wall of the female clamping tube is formed with rearwardly tapering inclined portion whereby when the female clamping tube is fitted to the male clamp portion, the tapering portion presses the clamping section of the male clamping tube making the saw tooth portion of the inner wall of the clamping portion securely bite into the concentric coaxial cable. An annular projecting shoulder formed on an outer wall of the clamping portion of the male clamping tube engages an annular groove formed on inner wall of the female clamping tube to join the male and female clamping tubes.

Abstract: A mechanically controlled writing apparatus with presharpened pencil lead elements generally comprises of an inner cylinder and a pen-holder. Abstract: An over-loading idling lock set having an actuating shaft connected to an indoor lock core and an outdoor sealing block wherein the sealing block is connected to an outdoor lock core, and plural ball members pushed by corresponding restricting springs are disposed between the sealing block and outdoor lock core whereby the ball members are partially extended into corresponding restricting holes formed on the sealing block to associate the outdoor lock core with the sealing block. By means of turning an indoor or outdoor handle, the actuating shaft is rotated to open the lock set. When closing the lock set, a controlling bolt is inserted into a longitudinal groove formed on the indoor lock core to lock the same and thus when turning the outdoor handle, the ball members are separate from the restricting holes due to insufficient spring force. Therefore, the outdoor handle can only idle without opening the lock set.
