Abstract: Disclosed is a method for producing non-spherical particle consisting of a number of mutually coagulated polymer particles comprising the steps of:adding a metal salt or an aqueous solution of said metal salt, and an organic solvent being infinitely miscible with water to a dispersion of said polymer particles, wherein the concentration of said metal salt is not less than a critical coagulation concentration of said dispersion; andheating said dispersion containing said metal salt and said organic solvent with a predetermined temperature so as to coagulate said polymer particles.
Abstract: Wiring harnessess are current feedback paths from the loads to a battery, thereby forming a closed-circuit. For each load, there are provided a current detector and a current control; each current detector compares the current input to a junction box to the output current from the corresponding load via a corresponding wiring harness, and outputs a normal state signal when the two currents are equal. When the input and output currents are at variance with each other, it outputs an abnormal state signal. Each current controller causes, upon receipt of the normal state signal, the input current to flow into the corresponding load along normal current path; upon receipt of the abnormal state signal, the input current is directed to flow to a current cutoff which includes a thermal device which is disposed in parallel with the current path and whose resistance value changes with temperature, thereby cutting off the flow of current to the load.
Abstract: The present invention relates to new nucleotide sequences coding for variable regions of .beta. chains of human T lymphocyte receptors, corresponding peptide segments and the diagnostic and therapeutic uses.

Abstract: This invention aims to settle an attaching state of a connector assembly by positively engaging a lock piece of the assembly with an apparatus m. In the connector assembly, a male housing 4 is provided on its side with a deformable lock piece 15, which is loosely engaged with a recess 24 formed in the apparatus m when the male housing 4 is fitted in a chamber 16 in the apparatus m. When a female housing 3 is coupled to the male housing 4, a projection 13 provided on the female housing 3 pushes the lock piece 15 from its inner side so that a pawl 15a is deeply engaged with the recess 24.
Abstract: For soldering a terminal (14) to a land (13) formed on an FPC (12) made of a material having a softening point below 230.degree. C., such as PET, by using a flow soldering or reflow soldering technique, an opening (17) larger than the land (13) is formed in a thermal insulation holder (11) including a phenolic paper base copper clad laminate board or the like so that the land (13) and the terminal (14) are within sight, and the thermal insulation holder (11) is held in contact with a surface of the FPC (12) to which solder is applied so that the land (13) and the terminal (14) are located within the opening (17) to perform the soldering using the flow soldering or reflow soldering technique, whereby molten solder readily reaches the land (13) through the opening (17) which need not be worked into a conventional trapezoidal configuration in vertical section, thereby preventing poor soldering.
