    Abstract: A motion assisted manure fork having a handle, a fork head having a plurality of tines, a leverage assembly and a motor assembly that imparts a sinusoidal motion to the plurality of tines. The fork head includes a frame having a neck dimensioned to receive one end of a handle and a plurality of tines. The plurality of tines has an inner tine section, and an outer tine section on each side of the inner section with a hinge positioned between the inner tine section and each of the outer tine sections. The fork head also has an angle of inclination, which divides the plurality of tines into an upper portion of tines at a first angle to the handle and a lower portion of tines at a second angle to the handle. A support member extends across the plurality of tines, which includes a plurality of supports positioned between the tines to provide strength to the fork head during use.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a terminal block for a telecommunication cable comprising the steps of providing a mold having a first half and a second half, each forming a respective body cavity configured to form a terminal block and configured to receive a substrate comprising a plurality of openings adapted to receive an insulated electrical contact. A plurality of projections extend from the first half into the cavity, wherein the plurality of projections are adapted to remove a portion of insulation from the electrical contact positioned within each of the openings. The substrate is positioned in the mold and the insulated electrical contact is inserted into each of the openings. The mold is closed such that the plurality of projections remove a portion of the insulation from the insulated electrical contact upon closing of the mold. A dielectric material is then injected into the mold containing the substrate and insulated electrical contact to form a terminal block.

A mechanism includes a radiator and a metal block that is thermally coupled to the active electronic components and that has a tubing therewithin. The radiator includes a pipe and baffles attached to the pipe, where one end of the pipe is connected to one end of the tubing. A pump, connected to the other ends of the tubing and pipe, circulates coolant through the pipe and tubing to transfer thermal energy from the metal block to the radiator. The mechanism also includes a fan unit to generate and direct an air flow toward the radiator and metal block, where the air flow removes the thermal energy from the radiator and metal block.

    Abstract: A method and system for controlling the wavelength of light emitted by a tunable laser. The system includes a wavelength tuner that provides information of a desired wavelength; a coupler for tapping a portion of the light from the tunable laser; and an apparatus for measuring the actual wavelength of the light. The apparatus takes the portion of the light as an input signal and splits the input signal into two beams that are directed through two paths of different optical lengths. Then, the two beams are interfered with each other in order to form a fringe pattern at an observation plane, where the fringe pattern is detected and analyzed to determine the wavelength of the light. A processor compares the difference between the desired and determined wavelengths, and sends a tuning signal to the tunable laser forming a feedback control of the tunable laser.
