Abstract: A network-centric targeting system includes a prepare module to plan for targeting engagements and to identify a target; a sense module to locate targets of opportunity and targets generated by the prepare module to form targeting information; a refine module to enhance the targeting information from the sense module; a track module to maintain a location of a target, a state of the target and target activity, the track module being coupled to the refine module; a target module to select effects and to coordinate delivery of selected effects to the target, the target module being coupled to the track module, the refine module and the sense module; a deliver module to deliver effects to the target, the deliver module being coupled to the track module, the refine module, the target module and the sense module; and an assess module to assess effectiveness of the delivered effects on the target.
Abstract: In a substrate-processing apparatus for performing coating, baking and developing processes on a semiconductor substrate, a first processing block performs a coating process and a developing process on substrates. A second processing block is disposed opposite to the first processing block to heat-treat the substrates. The first processing block includes upper, middle and lower unit blocks. The upper and lower blocks include at least one coating unit for forming a layer on the substrates and at least one developing unit for developing a photoresist layer on the substrates, respectively. The middle unit block is detachably disposed between the upper and lower unit blocks and includes at least one of coating units and developing units. The configuration of the middle unit block may vary according to a process recipe to improve the throughput of the substrate-processing apparatus.
Abstract: In one aspect, a method to determine multipath angles of arrival includes performing an autocorrelation on a first signal received at a first received beam from a signal source, performing a cross-correlation between the first signal and a second signal received at a second receive beam from the signal source, and determining an angle of arrival for a first path from the signal source and an angle of arrival for a second path from the signal source based on the autocorrelation and the cross-correlation.
Abstract: A context forwarding bus efficiently communicates control and data between processing elements in a processor unit having a plurality of processing elements. Control and data information is transferred over a first bus from processing element to processing element.
