Abstract: A wall patching device for attachment to the inside of a wall adjacent to a hole in the wall to fill and patch the hole. The wall patching device includes a rigid plate having a plurality of holes therein, the plate having two wings connected by a raised center portion. The raised center portion preferably has a tether connected thereto for holding the wall patching device when the wall patching device is inserted into a hole in a wall or wallboard such as a hole made by a door knob striking a wall.
Abstract: An automatic mixed drink dispensing apparatus wherein individual ingredients are combined according to pre-programmed recipes to produce a complete mixed drink. A single chip digital computer provides the control means to interact with the user, store recipes and calculate dispensation times. The computer calculates dispensation times based upon the relationship between gravity flow and liquid level in the ingredient containers. The control system is physically isolated from the dispensation means and operates by electromagnetic repulsion.

Abstract: The present invention is a method and apparatus for aerating liquids including pumping liquids to be aerated into a hollow manifold, providing nozzles on the manifold and openings in the top of the manifold for spraying the liquids to be aerated therefrom, swirling the liquids in a spiral direction prior to the liquids reaching the nozzles, injecting air under pressure into the nozzles prior to discharge of the liquids to be aerated from the nozzles, and discharging the liquids through the nozzles and the openings from the interior of the manifold to the exterior of the manifold.

Abstract: An apparatus for supporting an umbrella. The apparatus of the invention includes a base plate which is placed on the surface of the area in which the umbrella is desired, a hollow cylinder connected at its lower end to the base plate and extending upwardly therefrom for receipt and support of an umbrella shaft, and a jack for contacting the underside of a vehicle to place a downward force on the base plate.
