    Abstract: A vessel with a movable deck. The vessel will contain in one embodiment a catamaran hull having a first pontoon and a second pontoon. The catamaran hull has a platform attached thereto. The vessel also includes a first leg, second leg, and third leg extending vertically from the top side of the platform. The movable deck will contain a first opening, a second opening, and a third opening which has the first, second, and third leg respectively disposed therethrough. The vessel further contains a jacking mechanism that raises and lowers the movable deck relative to the platform. The vessel may further comprise a first thruster nozzle attached to the first pontoon, the first thruster nozzle being movable in a 360 degree phase and a second thruster nozzle attached to the second pontoon, with the second thruster nozzle being movable in a 360 degree phase.

A manifold member, operatively attached to the first member for channeling a plastic fluid to an insert device, is included. The insert devices are positioned within the opening located within the first member, with the insert containing a first slide and a second slide. The first slide and second slide will have an extended position and a contracted position, and wherein the contracted position defines a cavity profile. The second member will have a first end that contains a plurality of core pins. A piston is adapted to the second end of the second member for reciprocating the second member into engagement with the insert so that the first slide and second slide are moved to the contracted position. During the reciprocating motion, the plurality of core pins are received in the cavity profile.

    Abstract: An apparatus for assisting the advancement of a work string. In the preferred embodiment, the work string is concentrically disposed within a highly deviated tubular member. The apparatus comprises a cylindrical member having a first half clamp and a second half clamp having an arcuate inner portion, with the first half clamp and second half clamp being connected with a hinge. The apparatus further includes a first housing attached to the first half clamp and a second housing attached to the second half clamp. The apparatus further comprises a first roller inserted into the first housing and a second roller inserted into the second housing. In the preferred embodiment, the first and second rollers are spherical. The apparatus may further comprise a first deflector plate operatively associated with a first side of the first housing and the second housing. The first deflector plate has a first end adjacent the cap member and a second end adjacent the first half body so that an angled end is formed.

    Abstract: A non-aqueous system for cleaning a section of a subterranean well bore and installing a water based fluid system into the well bore. The well bore may be an open hole or contain a casing string therein. A series of spacer fluids are introduced into the well bore to displace the drilling fluid in order to clean and water wet the section of well bore. In the preferred embodiment, three spacers are pumped into the well bore including a first spacer containing a solvent, a second spacer containing a solvent and a third spacer containing a surfactant. A water based fluid system may thereafter be introduced into the well bore. The water based fluid system will be a completion fluid in the preferred embodiment.

    Abstract: An apparatus for pulling objects from a well is described. The apparatus may comprise an elongated housing having an internal chamber. The housing will be connected to a work string such as wireline or coiled tubing. A skirt is attached to the housing, with the skirt having an inner portion. The skirt will contain a first window and a second window, with the first window having a first load shoulder and the second window having a second load shoulder. The apparatus further contains a mandrel disposed within the inner portion of the skirt, and two dog members disposed about the mandrel. The dog member have a first surface that cooperates with the first load shoulder and a second surface that cooperates with the second load shoulder. The dog members distributes a pull force which is exerted on the apparatus to the first and second load shoulder so that the effective tensional strength of the skirt is enhanced. The mandrel will have a second end containing an angled shoulder.

    Abstract: An integrated poultry and meat cooking apparatus is provided having a collecting pan and a vertical steaming tube permanently fixed thereto upon which the poultry or meat is supported in an upright position during cooking. The steaming tube has a well which contains liquid seasonings, such as water, beer or wine. During cooking, the fatty juices in the poultry or meat are secreted out of and away from the poultry or meat because of its upright position and are collected in the collecting pan. The liquid seasonings in the steaming tube are vaporized and enter the poultry or meat to replace the loss of the fatty juices and thereby maintain the moistness of the poultry or meat while adding flavor.

The piling also includes a gripping member adapted for rotating the blades from the inner diameter of the tubular member to an extended position protruding through the passages. The gripping member consist of a first gripping surface formed on the first end of the first rod and a rod holder, operatively attached to the second end of the tubular member. The rod holder will contain the second end of the rod so that the first rod may be rotated by a turning of the first gripping surface. The novel piling may also include a second plurality of passages therein, along with a second rod longitudinally placed within the inner diameter of the tubular member and adjacent the first rod.
