Abstract: Permanent magnets are mounted within an electrical machine in a pitched saw-tooth pattern around the rotor shaft. This focused flux configuration provides for improved magnet mounting strength without resort to bonding or taping; provides improved rotor and stator cooling by access to the axial generator air flow; and provides for a simpler and more easily manufactured design. A laminated version of this basic structure provides for reduced surface losses and self-heating.
Abstract: An impact hammer with pre-pressing damping and buffering effect includes a handle, outer barrel, air inlet, internal slide, actuating cylinder, air flow switching module and air inlet coupling portion. A front damper is assembled between the front end of the internal slide and the front end wall of the holding space and is characterized by a two-section pre-pressing rear damper assembled between the rear end of the internal slide and the rear end wall of the holding space. The two-section pre-pressing rear damper includes superposed upper and lower elastic buffers. At least the lower elastic buffer is pressed by a pre-pressing member to the preset degree. When the impact hammer yields recoil force under the impaction of the piston, the pre-pressing rear damper is employed to realize stronger buffering effect, so that the impact force is not much affected, thereby improving the impact efficiency and yielding excellent buffering effect.
Abstract: In a solution of metal-polymer (chelate(s) and applications thereof, a metal-polymer chelate is prepared by mixing water and R—COOH soluble carbohydride molecules and/or hydroxyl or hydroxyl amino and/or carboxyl and/or carbohydrate polymers, metal salts and/or ammonia or amines. The solution of metal-polymer chelate(s) is used extensively in different technical areas including oxidation, condensation, degradation, oxidizing condensation, gas detection, artificial imitated chitosan solution, artificial imitated glucosamine, disinfectant, biochemical reaction for fermentation, biological protein and its metabolite purification, metal enzyme biocatalyst, dry activation of protein enzyme, bacteria preservation systems, oil product, plant, semiconductor, nano filtration, nano material production, nano inorganic matter, nano ceramic, nano plastic, nano textile, battery, liquid crystal, and biochip. These reactions give effects for chemical engineering, gas removal, and waste solvent treatment.
Abstract: The present invention provides a snowboard binding, including a mount, rear plate, top plate assembly base, rotary top pressboard, trigger support and coupling plate. The coupling plate, the mating frame of the rotary top pressboard, the mating ends of the trigger support and the top plate assembly base are coupled together to form a four-bar mechanism. The pressing state of the rotary top pressboard can be positioned directly by the perpendicular trigger support, and the rotary top pressboard can realize an expanded opening state over 90°. Thus, the snowboard boot can be slipped directly into the snowboard binding, enabling more convenient locating and release of the snowboard binding with better efficiency and applicability.
Abstract: The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a toothbrush having needle-shaped bristles and a toothbrush manufactured using the method. The method of the present invention includes the step of grinding bristles, which have been set in a head part of a toothbrush, using a grinder provided with protrusions (11) having heights ranging from 1.5 mm to 7 mm. According to the manufacturing method of the present invention, a toothbrush having needle-shaped bristles can be manufactured without a separate chemical immersion process such that the thicknesses of the end points of the needle-shaped bristles range from 0.01 mm to 0.03 mm and the lengths of the tapered portions thereof range from 3 mm to 9 mm. Furthermore, because the process is simplified, the time required for production and the defective proportion is markedly reduced. As well, in the present invention, materials other than polyester can be used as the material for the bristles, unlike the conventional arts, in which this is impossible.
Abstract: The present invention provides an improved built-in swing mechanism of a rotary fan. The mechanism includes a ball-and-socket support frame, arranged onto front wall of the main casing corresponding to the axle center of a drive motor and provided with a spherical supporting surface and a through-hole. A spherical abut seat is fastened at a front end of the drive motor is provided with a spherical abut surface that couples with the spherical supporting surface. A punch hole is placed at the center of spherical abut surface for the penetration of the axle center. A crank linkage element is assembled between rear end of the drive motor and the rear wall of the main casing. The first end of the crank linkage element can be driven to enable the oscillation of the second end. The second end is assembled at a rotary pivot corresponding to the main casing.
Abstract: A pullout mechanism for a biosensor, wherein the pullout mechanism includes a permanent seat, a sliding seat, a resetter and a push type brake seat. The sliding seat is set into the sliding seat space of the permanent seat in a sliding state. A resetter is arranged between the permanent seat and the sliding seat, enabling resetting of the sliding seat. A push type brake seat is arranged laterally onto the casing. The push type brake seat includes a pushing portion and a driving end. The driving end can penetrate the threading portion of the permanent seat. When the pushing portion is pressed, said driving end can push the driven end of the sliding seat to control the state of the sliding seat, allowing for automatic pullout of the specimen in the specimen inserting portion, and improving the ease of operation with stronger applicability.
Abstract: The present invention provides an adjustable hinged door closer, including a seat with the first and second cylinders, and a first and a second elastic linkage unit. A double-threaded regulator is incorporated onto the first connecting rod of the first elastic linkage unit, so as to change the compression of the spring and regulate the closing/restoring force of the door body. The double-threaded column of the double-threaded regulator has a double-thread that shifts to two thread pitches by just making one rotation, thus facilitating the fine-tuning easily. The elastic linkage unit and the regulator are structurally configured to be assembled externally, and then mated with the connecting seat of the door closer.

Abstract: A water hose connector assembly has a main body, an elastic snapper seat, a sleeve and a pipe locking ring. A plurality of oblique guide blocks are formed on a tubular portion of the main body. The oblique guide blocks have an oblique guide surface. An elastic snapper seat has a C-shaped chassis and a plurality of elastic claws. The chassis is received in slots at a bottom of the oblique guide blocks. Elastic pushers are formed onto an inner wall of the sleeve and aligned with the oblique guide blocks.
Abstract: A transfer switch apparatus has first, second, and third electrical terminals extending outwardly from a housing. A first vacuum bottle is positioned in the housing and has a pair of contactors therein. A second vacuum bottle is positioned in the housing and has a pair of contactors therein. A mechanical linkage is movable between a first position and a second position. The first position electrically connects the first electrical terminal to the second electrical terminal. The second position electrically connects the third electrical terminal to the second electrical terminal. The first vacuum bottle and the second vacuum bottle are longitudinally aligned. The mechanical linkage is interposed between the first and second vacuum bottles.
Abstract: A system for forming mini microbubbles has a motor, a shaft attached to the motor, a displacer attached to the shaft for mixing a media with a liquid, a discharge plate positioned adjacent the displacer, a housing adjustably attached to the discharge plate, and a media chamber fluidly connected with the discharge plate. The motor rotates the shaft. The discharge plate has a discharge hole formed therein. The media chamber is fluidly connected to the discharge hole of the discharge plate. The discharge plate is positioned between the motor and the displacer. The displacer is positioned within the housing. The media chamber can be positioned between the motor and the discharge plate.
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for the production of a diet food with medicinal herbs. According to the method, herbs which have physiological activities suitable for dieting are selected by making reference to various reports and through experimentation. Depending on nutritional and pharmaceutical ingredients responsible for the physiological functions and activities, the herbs are classified into three groups, and combined with each other to form a composition which is extracted in such a manner that as few effective ingredients are lost as possible. The diet food is effective for the prevention and treatment of obesity.
Abstract: The present invention provides a light emitting diode (LED) circuit board with a multi-directional electrical connection. The board includes a board body with a surface and an assembly plane as well as four sides and corresponding corners, and a plurality of positive and negative electric contacts, separately arranged onto the surface of the board body nearby four sides, and also arranged at intervals. The circuit of the LED circuit board is simplified, helping to facilitate multi-directional electrical connection and expansion, and to improve significantly the paving efficiency of the LED circuit board with better practicability and industrial benefits.
Abstract: A barrel has an external metal cylinder and a plastic vessel. The external metal cylinder has a cylinder body, an open top and an open bottom. The plastic vessel has an inner space with a sealed bottom as well as a through top flange. The top flange of the plastic vessel is sleeved tightly into the external metal cylinder, and embedded into the internal curling portion formed by the open top of external metal cylinder. Moreover, the sealed bottom of the plastic vessel is extended into the open bottom of the external metal cylinder, and kept with a recessed spacing to the curling flange, while the bottom of the external metal cylinder is exposed. The barrel can be applied to toilet brush assemblies in order to reduce the manufacturing cost, prevent rust and facilitate the cleaning process with better economic benefits and applicability.
