Abstract: An overload safety coupling, especially for the main drivetrains on rolling stands, which bridges a toothed spindle section and a spindle section with a permanent seat. The coupling includes a rotating-and-sliding sleeve, which has internal toothing at one end to hold the spindle section in a way that allows axial displacement. At the other end, the sleeve holds an inner sleeve, which is permanently seated on the spindle section. A pressure sleeve and a pressure gap pretensioned with pressure fluid produce a nonrotatable connection between the rear sleeve-like extension and the inner sleeve, which frictional connection gives way in the event of an overload.

Abstract: A connector for plates, particularly for shelves or trays, includes a mounting member which is insertable into a recess of a first part, wherein a fastening member for a second part is insertable into the mounting member approximately in axial direction. Abstract: The invention concerns a handpiece for a surgical or dental tool (3), which can be inserted in the head of the handpiece (1) through an insertion hole (14) into a tool holder (2) and is rotationally supported by means of two axially separated bearings (12, 13), with positive torque transmission (8) to the tool (3) by the drive (9) installed in the handpiece, such that the tool possibly has a longitudinal bore (6) for supplying cooling liquid to the work site, and the handpiece (1) possibly has a short, fixed feed tube (7), which extends into the longitudinal bore and is sealed from the tool (3). To increase the torque that can be transmitted, the invention is characterized by the fact that the torque transmission (8) occurs in the region of the bearing (13) that is adjacent to the insertion hole (14). The invention also concerns the development of suitable tools.
Abstract: A carrying handle mount on a plastic container has a mounting plate of plastic material. A carrying handle is connected to the mounting plate. A securing plate of plastic material is connected to the plastic container, wherein the mounting plate is connected by screwing to the securing plate. An overtightening protection device for the mounting plate is provided to protect the mounting plate from overtightening when screwing the mounting plate onto the securing plate. An anti-rotation device for the mounting plate is provided for protecting the mounting plate from becoming detached from the securing plate.
Abstract: In a method for manufacturing a printed end product containing a single printed product or several printed products, collected astraddle and supplied sequentially, and bound by stitching, the printed products are collected in a predetermined sequence required for forming the printed end product along a common conveying path. Subsequently, the printed products are stitched. A circulating collecting support is provided which is supplied by a feeding device with spread-apart printed products. After the collecting step is complete, the collected printed sheets are moved on the conveying path to the stitching location.
Abstract: The invention relates to an actuator for an electric push-button switch (30) comprising a housing shell (10) in whose shell opening (13) a holding plate (20) is placed. A holding suspension, together with outer stops (21) and outer counterstops (11) between the holding plate (20) and the holding housing permit the non-actuated holding plate (10) to be pressed into a defined outer position of rest (20.1). A push-button switch (30), which is arranged in the housing shell (10), is, together with its switching element (31), located in an extended position (30.1) that is effected by a switch suspension (33). The aim of the invention is to provide an economical space-saving design. To this end, the switch suspension (33) of the push-button switch (30) is simultaneously provided with the function of providing the holding suspension of the holding plate (20).
Abstract: A device for recirculating oil from the end face of the barrel and the peripheral surface of the roll neck of rolling mill rolls. A sealing race arranged between the bearing elements and the end face of the barrel is mounted on the roll neck. A first conical ring body has a conical outer surface and a cylindrical inner surface that is seated on the outer surface of the sealing race and is sealed from the race, whereby inclination of the conical outer surface towards the end face runs towards the roll axis. A second conical ring body is rigidly mounted in the bearing housing and has a conical inner surface, which conical inner surface is arranged some distance opposite the conical surface of the first conical ring body, such that the two conical surfaces form a hydraulic pump gap that conveys oil away from the end face.
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for drilling a bore in the ground, comprising a drive system with a connecting rod assembly that extends from the drive system into the ground. The end of said assembly pointing towards the face or base of the bore is connected to a tool head (40). Abstract: In a method for manufacturing a plastic container for liquids, the container is blow-molded to have a securing segment on an outer side of the recess of the front wall for centering and securing the finish-blowmolded container in a welding machine and to have a round depression in the outer side of the recess that has a diameter matching a nominal width of the dispensing valve. The bottom of the round depression is cut by a cutting tool that is centered in the round depression for producing the discharge opening of the container. A fastening flange of the intake socket of the dispensing valve is fused to an outer edge of the discharge opening. Alternatively, a dispensing socket of plastic material having an outer thread is fused to the outer edge of the discharge opening and the dispensing valve is secured on the dispensing socket by a union nut.
